Everything was fine except one of the days I was staying there the elevators in the south tower stopped working for a few hours and I had to leave so I had to walk down the stairs that were pitch black and very scary, luckily I made it out alive.

The pool is absolutely disgusting, even though they claim it’s clean during the mornings, and even after it would still be terrible, it made me decide to just stay in my hotel for the rest of my stay, the front desk manager couldn’t even help!

As I entered the building to get to the reception area, I was overwhelmed by the smell of cigarettes. The check-in line was long, so I endured that nauseating smell for longer than I would have liked. Perhaps having the reception area in the non-smoking casino area would be more welcoming to all guests. The room’s sliding door opened to a tiny balcony, but there was no seat to enjoy the fresh air or view of the river. Room was clean, though I could still smell cigarettes while I was in the room which was probably on my clothes from being in the check-in for awhile. Other than that, check-in and our one-night staywas fairly uneventful.

Our room was disgusting and not just a missed clean moment. Looking at the wall/headboard, where the mattress sits has NEVER been cleaned and people have obviously spilled things on the nightstand that added to sticky, nasty, dirty wall and mattress platform. In the bathroom, there were bug droppings in the corners, next to the vanity. The whole place is run down and filthy. Never staying here again!

Room was not very maintained, shower was never cleaned. Had a dirty wash cloth on the rod, hair on the walls, soap remnants on the shelf. Food crumbs on the floor like it was fully cleaned. Chaos at many areas like most staff was in training.

Positives: Hotel was close to the venue where we went to a concert and if you get to the pool early it's not that crowded but around noon it's a circus. Inexpensive compared to Vegas. Opportunities: Not very clean in the hallways, common areas and rooms a tad below average. It was very noisy in the hallways and common areas until very early in the morning. Two out of the three elevators did not work, adults and kids running in the hallways yelling. The AC didn't work that well, went to a restaurant in the casino and the grill wasn't working so no burger. You can't bring an empty water bottle with ice in it to the pool area. Very strict on rules around the pool. The general crowd was pretty rough. We still had a good time but will not be returning.

When we checked in the first thing we saw was a filthy dirty carpet inside the room then when we tried using the mini fridge there was left over crumbs of food and the room looked like they hadn’t cleaned at all other then the beds. Very bad room and full of moths flying around we had to kill about 5 of them in our room right when we checked in

There are a lot of options for dining, entertaining, and gambling at the Riverside Resort. This review is specifically for the hotel portion. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, although they have modern card-readers but do not accept tap. The young lady who checked me in was professional and efficient and there was not a long line when I checked in (it was later in the evening). The room was in good condition, although there were some signs of wear and tear (especially with the drawers). The room was very clean and comfortable, and the television offers a remarkable number of channel options. It was great to have a mini-fridge, and the shower worked well with good pressure and temperature. The bed was comfortable as well and the room was mostly quiet. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return.

The room was clean and pretty, got a nice river view room with a gorgeous view from the 12th floor. Everything worked fine but two things - the shower whistled on and off while on, and it was super annoying. And the bed didn’t serve the most comfort, as I anticipated, as there was no real good comforter - just a sheet and a thin cover going over it. No weight at all, which was disappointing. Otherwise it was nice and peaceful. AC worked great.

At check in we were charged another $150.00. When asked employee couldn’t explain. When got to room, nothing special, extremely hot and not very clean. Turned A/C down and never got cool enough. Didn’t sleep well due to loud, obnoxious, irritating people parting in the hallway all night. Most likely will not return.

We booked two rooms at the same time . And in notes request they be handicap accessible as my grandparents struggle. Not only were our rooms not ready at check in, they did not give us a handicap accessible room until we argued then we had to wait another 1.5 hours and had to have my grandparents wait in the other room until their was ready. We called from the room on the status of their room and the manager didn’t understand why it was taking so long either . Also we ordered food at the sidewalk cafe and the employee Victoria gave everyone the same order number. So when everyone else realized everyone’s food was cold and some lady was touching all the food. We were met with extreme rudeness and attitude from Victoria. I asked for the manager to call me for a refund and have yet received a call. This was our go to hotel but 10/10 won’t be staying here again .

Made reservations through hotels.com and there was a discrepancy with the name on the reservation. Riverside hotel would not accommodate me and my family and had to go through 3rd party with no service and in the heat. I had some informal ID with both names and still nothing. Took over an hour to check in.

Got to check in at 2:45 and was told we couldn't check in for another 45 minutes. That wasn't as bad as how rude the girl checking us in was! No customer service what so ever!!!

Everything has been great except the check in at 4:15 was crazy. Probably 50 people in several small groups waiting and two people working the desk. I thought I would be there for hours. Finally after about 30 minutes, they brought 3 or 4 more to check in and it went smoothly. But, people do t want to start their trip in line. Especially when it seems like you will be there a long time.

Good value and decent location. Very easy and plentiful parking. Room was quite roomy but restroom was tiny. Overall condition of this place is fair. Can’t complain too much based on what I paid for a last minute single night stay.

I was ready for a crappy casino hotel experience. I stayed for one night traveling west to California. The river seemed interesting, so I booked the hotel for a good price. But the room was clean and comfortable and tho I am not much into gambling the hotel has a beautiful pool, a nice walking path next to the river, linking it with other hotels, and an excellent house band at its night club with a generous dance floor. I will go back some day.

Have stayed at this property many times proximity to Lake Mojave access his biggest draw easy parking and especially parking for vehicles. Towing boats is great this trip. I noted that our hallway was not very clean and there was a flossing tool that remained on the floor near our room for a day and a half before someone picked it up and threw it away so halls aren’t patrolled for cleanliness at check-in. The computer died that we were being checked in on and had to move to another computer which caused a delay we enjoyed the new and improved pool that was done a few years ago and enjoyed not having children in that area.

Restaurant was terrible and poor service. I would have been embarrassed to serve the sandwich. It looked like it had been setting around for hours plus it was cold. When I told the waitress when she finally came back she didn’t say anything. She came make only to give us the bill no checking

Hotel was bice. Casino sucks. We were there a week and Casino was turned off everyday. Other Casinos on the strip are better. The restaurants stink also. They need to put more and better food options in this hotel and in the casino.

The drinks were Great. We did not eat breakfast, however we did have dinner last night at " The Gourmet Room" it was one of the best meals I have ever eaten. The entire experience was Incredible from start to finish.Every staff member was throughout the entire hotel were very personable and helpful and we will be back.We also enjoyed FatBurger.The burgers were yummy

Hotel was great for a short getaway. Restaurants were very affordable and the service was always good. We also enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon when there was shade. The hotel and casino were dated, but clean. The prime rib dinner was definitely worth the money. We will be back!

Every thing was great except for the food choices, the restaurants had bland flavors, felt like cafeteria food. And the one restaurant that scored high was closed the days we were there. We chose.the restaurants for that reason, maybe I should habe eaten at the buffet.
