Elevators were not working properly. Took elevator from 7th floor to 1st floor, door did not open. Elevator went up to the 3rd floor and could not get it to go down. Had to call for assistance. This is the 2nd time in a year we were experiencing elevator issues here. Staff at front desk Al was very helpful with assisting us on a room canceleation.

Parking was tough at night. The parking garage elevators were so sketchy. Check-in went smoothly. The pool is huge and great for families. The bar at the pool has delicious food! Housekeeping did a poor, quick job when it came to cleaning our room. The walls are so thin we could hear our neighbors having a conversation and using the bathroom/shower. The doors are thin and have a huge opening at the bottom so the room is never dark at night + can hear people walking by. (not fun at night when everyone is returning to their rooms drunk.) Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will likely return.

I was disappointed, I booked Aug 18th to Aug 20th, and had planned on using the pool Tues the 19th however; it seems that’s when the hotel decided to close the pool Tues & Wed starting that week, which happened to be the days we were staying. It was not on the website that the pools would be closed, we were really looking forward to utilizing the pool but we were unable to do so. Suffice to say I will not book a stay there in the future. We pay a “resort” fee to use the amenities, the pool was an amenity that we were unable to take advantage of during our visit.

Restaurant staff very good, except for manager of Aquarius cafe, very rude woman. It was Labor Day weekend but one night the whole hotel was wall to wall people, parking was a zoo, as well as lobby, 1.5 hour waits to get dinner, 2-3 elevators down Saturday night and Sunday morning with 30-45 minute waits and not one Manager or staff member in sight to assist, zero communication on how guests could manage through it.

Long lines for elevators. Room had torn carpet. Smelled like pot in elevators and hallways. Took 45 minutes to drop of a passenger in the drop off area because there was no one controlling traffic

Room was clean and check in staff was really nice. The pool was closed and we had to walk to go to the other hotel. Over it was not a family friendly hotel. We walked over to Don Laughlin to use their arcade and bowling alley, movie theater.

The property is in serious need of maintenance. The elevator situation is a nightmare—lines are roped off like an amusement park ride, winding through the casino, past the reservation desk, and even out the front door because only a couple of elevators are working. The parking garage elevators are a gamble too, who knows if you will make it out alive. The beds are rock hard, guaranteeing you’ll wake up with a backache, and the smell of smoke lingers everywhere. We’ve stayed here many times over the years, but this visit will be our last. Laughlin may be aging, but other casinos are far better maintained and don’t reek of smoke.

On 4th of July weekend, only half of the elevators were working. All guests including my self had to wait upwards of 40 minutes to just get an elevator to go down to the casino floor. Employees at the casino would refuse to do anything about it let alone offer an apology for the inconvenience.

The Elevator situation was ridiculous. I had to carry all of my luggage down 14 sets of stairs. Will never go back and highly recommend another casino.

We had a late night check-in and we found our room to be dirty. There was trash by the bed and hairs left in the bathroom sink. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and even though it’s an older hotel I’ve always arrived to a freshly cleaned room.

The hotel was extremely dirty. There was spit on the walls in our room. We arrived not only that, but the staff was also very rude and unpleasant to talk to. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Duet cafe had a standard egg, cheese, and sausage croissant with a free coffee. Nothing special, but good for a quick breakfast. 54 cent tea and coffee refills until 6pm. The cannoli was a yummy treat. We had the prime rib special at the Aquaruis cafe, good flavor and nice portion. The line can be long and it takes a while to get seated. Once seated, it took quite a while for the server to come to the table. Ask for a drink refill early because once the food is delivered, you may not see your server again. We also had the option to try their pizza place. We ordered pepperoni. The cheese was gooey, the pepperoni was soft yet crispy edges. The ratio of sauce was good and the flavor was also good. The room was fair. The carpet in the room felt dirty and the outside of the windows could use a good cleaning. For the price it was good enough and a comfortable nights sleep.

Walked into the room there was popcorn in the window, and a hair pin on the floor from from a prior guest, the room was very dusty and the bathroom had hair all over the shower like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The shower was filthy with someone else’s hair everywhere. Beds were very uncomfortable; will be choosing a different place to stay while in Laughlin in the future.

First thing was that i had to wipe the counter and desk tops (white residue). The phone had crumbs sitting in the cradle. The toilet was dirty inside and out. The handles on the sink looked like they had been wiped with a wet rag and not dried off. I basically had to wipe all the surfaces down again. Including the toilet. And, my security latch was broken

Stayed in Rm 4046 (2 queen beds). Ist bed ok. The 2nd bed closest to the window had broken box springs-sagged terribly in the middle. Felt like I was sleeping in a hammock. The Aquarius Cafe had delicious food, but seems they need more staff. Waited in line for about 20 mins to be seated & waited about 15+ mins to pay the cashier. Many other patrons were commenting in line we had to wait to get in, now we have to wait to get out. They were not happy as well.

The hotel was clean but very dated. The bed was hard, lumpy and old. The bathroom had minimal lighting and taking a shower was dark. The towels were very thin and hard. The bathroom smelled like an old wet rag. The view was nice. The restaurant had a prime rib dinner special but it wasn’t the best. The salad and vegetables tasted/looked like they were right out of a bag from Sam’s Club. We were there for one night for a concert. I’ll try another hotel next time. Not sure any thing else is better considering it’s Laughlin. The bed is the one thing that should be kept up to date

Dated and tatty and not that clean. Aircon controls look like they should be in a museum. Tatty furniture. We refused to pay resort fee for one night as our room wasn’t serviced. On the plus side our room had a good view of the Colorado. Nothing in Laughlin, even the outlet shopping centre had closed down. One of the nearby hotels is derelict.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was reasonably clean. However we reserved 2 rooms and the lights didn't all work in either room. The comfort of the room was not the best, I ended up sleeping on the lounge chair because the bed and the pillows were really hard causing me neck pain. If my husband moved on one side of the bed the entire mattress would move and I would wake up. I see they are doing room updates so hopefully the rooms are updated soon.

Our stay was nice. It is Laughlin, so none of the hotels are great, but this one is one of the nicer ones. The casino and 24 hr food options (McDonald's & Subway) are some of the deciding factors for my family. The pool is salt water yuck! And is pretty far from the rooms. So you're walking through the whole casino after a swim. But overall it's a solid hotel. Clean and the beds are comfy. The wall of windows makes a beautiful sight first thing in the morning! By far my favorite thing about the Aquarius.

Everything about this hotel is third rate, from the rude check-in person, smokers in the casino, dirty rooms and uncomfortable beds. It’s Laughlin, there is not one decent hotel, they are all various versions of terrible.

The check-in didn’t go well as the hotel was over-booked and they couldn’t assign me a room but two managers helped me out to not feel unattended and I felt they are really willing to address my concern. Special thanks to Assistant hotel manager (M. W.) and Senior Manager of Hotel Operations (R. J.) to hear me and tried their best to accommodate. Room is clean and well-located. I will definitely go back.

Took my girl friend and my parents to the Aquarius. Had 2 rooms side by side For 2 days on a Sunday and Monday. Anyhow checked out hotel and a week later charge my credit card over $500 for smoking in room. That we did not. Attempted to get resolved. Customer service was rude. Would not help. Said we simple sign off when we signed in that we be charged thes fees if we smoked in the room. Which we did not do. So be aware of there scam

our entire experience was horrible. At Check in the Employee who checked us in On Saturday 8/3 His Name was Frankie was SOOO rude. Made us feel just super unwelcomed. Then we get to the room go directly to shower my self and i realized there was. Hairy bar of Soap above the shampoo and conditioner. I immediately call the front desk and the same guy who checked us in answered i started explaining to him what had happened and he dismissed me by saying i needed to hold and never came back. I had to call and get someone else who said they would send someone over right away which that meant 45 minutes later. He came and Vacuumed left over crumbs from previous guest all over the floor and cleaned the bathroom. According to them they would be discounting 2 resort fees for the “inconvenience “ I feel they could have at least moved us to a room that was actually cleaned. If it wasn’t for the fact that my son was already sleeping i would have definitely made a bigger deal and asked for the move. Usually i don’t have a bad experience we have been coming yearly for 14 years and recommending the hotel to our friends and family but this Experience was just horrible.

Great place to stay for water activities, restaurant and bar options, fast food restaurants, a gift shop, pool 2 hot tubs, and a very large selection of slot machines and gaming tables. The only thing that was a little scary were the parking garage elevators. There are several elevators, all very old, so the doors have a hard time opening and closing. The rooms were a little dated but clean and large. Great place to stay!

Massive hotel, we stayed on the 10th floor of the Arizona tower and had a bit of a view of the river. Although we were far too busy enjoying the hotel and its neighbours to be bothered about the view. Front desk staff were really nice, very chatty but also very efficient. We went to the buffet in a neighbouring hotel just because we were there so didn’t eat in the hotel. But it had a nice selection of places to eat. We also used the river taxi to get to the further away hotels. That was really good fun. I have to say I’ll be back. Really enjoyed my stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! We have been coming to Laughlin for years and we just recently started staying at Aquarius. First off, I got an amazing deal on Expedia. I think it was $36 a night. All the people who work here were very happy and kind. It seemed they really enjoyed their jobs. This hotel definitely has the best food deals especially at the cafe downstairs. The first night we ate there and ordered really good double bacon cheeseburgers and fries, good size for $5.99 each. Then the next morning another amazing deal… for breakfast at the same cafe, we got the French toast special which came with three eggs and two sausage or bacon for $2.99! Ok this is what I’m talking about. It’s so nice to actually get a deal on something that tastes good. Another thing we liked was that the video poker machines (double bonus poker)were great! We were at least even or ahead plus got our free drinks. All the other hotels were not a lucky. The gym was nice for our son and his friend. Little coffee shop had good coffees and lattes with lots of fresh pastries and the girls that worked there were very happy. So definitely going to be staying here from now on!
