Our first rooms AC did not work. I understand it’s hot outside but it must have been 90° inside. We changed rooms and it was only slightly better maybe 80° still felt very warm. Upon leaving, the elevators are packed to the brim even hours before check out. Luckily I was able to catch one however, my friend who was on the 14th floor had a stroller which no one was willing to allow them to enter. They went downstairs 14 flights with a stroller…no AC in the stairwell either. Was about 112° outside that day.

I love it. After a wrong reservation date done for another Hotel we ended up here and was the best thing that could happened to us. My kids loved the pool and enjoyed the arcade. There are plenty of options to dine. 100% recommend.

Checked in got to our room and the room was dirty. Beds a mess, towels every where bathroom dirty. Called to get house keeping. They came while we were gone. Came back beds made floor dirty and bathtub dirty. The dispenser in shower empty also. It was to late to change rooms.

Well I definitely got what I paid for. This is what you would expect from a $40 a night room. I’m just glad I only had to stay here one night because Laughlin was just a rest stop passing through. The room was old and outdated. The furniture was broken and the drawers to the dresser didn’t even close. There was no clock in the room (I’m guessing they probably get stolen at this hotel). My laptop probably has a bigger screen than the TV that was in the room. I was given a room at the very end of the hallway next to the stairwell. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where there was so much traffic coming in and out of the stairwell. Only to find out that people were using the stairwell as a smoking patio in the non-smoking tower of rooms. The hallway and stairwell area reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. The bathroom counter was cracked in half and there were zero amenities inside the room, including toiletries. If I ever have to stay in Laughlin again, I’d rather just pay the extra $20-$40 a night and stay at a different hotel.

Terrible wifi, 0.34 Mbps up, 0.9 down, no cell service, really detracted from stay it was like being trapped in 1989 on a 3600 baud modem. The autonomous restaurant was great, staff is 5-star there is just zero wifi and cell data is blocked so I don't recommend this place, it cause communication problems with family which brought stress to my life so I wont return here

The room didn’t look updated for awhile, no fridge, no USB sockets to plug in. Resort fee although reasonable should ALWAYS be listed on Expedia's site so there are NO surprises to Expedias customers! Because nothing is as it appears in Nevada!

Kind of run down. We stayed in the promanade tower and the door wouldnt close unless I leaned into it as the hinges weren't tight, so the door leaned a bit. The room was dated and the decor lacking. Thankfully the beds were comfortable, the only downside was how thin the walls are, I could hear people running theough the halls. Seems to be a popular place for families, a lot of kids. The wait for the elevators was a little crazy too.

The rooms need updating. Zero charging plugs, old carpet that stinks. Very outdated. To charge electronics you have to pull the night stands away from the wall for plug acces. It would be fare if the room charges were aligned with the 1980s like the room. Stay somewhere else for the same price thats most likely nicer.

Everything was good until I tried to cash in Can money for US at cash cage. Lady I dealt with had no idea what the Caesars Policy was in regards to the daily limits or in helping me properly. She was quite rudely adamant she knew what she was doing; however, she knew very little in regards to the policy. In fact she told me to got to the Riverside and cash my exchange money there, so I did and played it there as well. Went to front desk 1st though and they would not deal with it. They said go see security? Not sure anyone wanted to deal with the issue. Went back to Cash Cage later and got an explanation from the cage supervisor later that night. Not a great experience as I have done exchanges before with a lot less grief than these guys gave me. Made the experience at the Trop not so good.

Check in was easy and the girl said she upgraded our rooms and when I seen what it looked like it looked just like the room I booked. So I upgraded myself because the room just wasn’t it. When I went back down to upgrade my room the girl was rude and had attitude. This was mine and my family’s first time ever in Laughlin so just that alone started my experience off bad. The first night couldn’t sleep the beds were hard and made noise when moving. Not to mention the people next door were loud. The only good thing was the view I got. The pasta place inside the hotel the food was HORRIBLE. Safe to say I won’t be back.

Rooms did not get clean sheets or towels and there was not hot water. I stayed in a non smoking floor and there were people smoking weed, our floor smelled bad and we had small kids with us. Never staying here again. Front desk were rude when we brought it up to their attention.

What I enjoyed the most was the convenience of the valet parking, everything was so quick and smooth. To begin with we arrived at 1 am, we did pre check in online, and requested our refrigerator and was in our room within 10 minutes. The staff was amazing and very responsive and respectful. Housekeeping was always on top of it. Shoutout to the great teamwork, definitely looking to come back in a couple months for the summer.

This is an older establishment. It is clean and the staff are friendly and outgoing. Restaurant sevice is very good and the breakfast food is well prepared. Having an In and Out burger place next door is a huge plus. The room itself was clean and everything worked. Please note there is no microwave, no safe, and no mini fridge. The room consisted of the king bed, a 32" TV, a table and two chairs plus a dresser. I wish there had been some sort of recliner or cushioned chair. The bathoom was well lit and the water pressure in the shower was very good. Even a firefighter would have been impressed. The towels were fresh and the hair dryer worked. The Wi-Fi was poor at best. The system was taxed by all the laptops and phones in the building. The best time to check email was early in the morning when most are asleep. It would take a huge upgrade for this to be workable. I liked the snack bar pizza and the gift shop was well stocked. There were many vending machines with a variety of hot and cold snacks. Even some White Castle sliders. Overall, great people working in an older building.

The pillows smelled like a sweaty old man. They replaced them right away & offered me a new room. Omg do not buy any drinks in the gift sho0. $7.49 for a 16.9oz bottle of soda. They have no prices on anything. It cost me more for 2 bottles of soda then it cost for my room. Very sad. Food & service in the cafe were good. Was a fast get away with my son.

Less expensive rooms are dark, dingy and just not even pleasant. Front desk staff not overly helpful. I would not recommend the French dip or the casino. Casino was mainly empty the three days I stayed, should have told me everything I needed to know. You can count on one of a few of the food options to be open after early evening but, don’t order French dip!

We probably will not be staying at this hotel again. This facility is extremely dated. The rooms are awful. Stained towels and sheets. It was gross. There was no refrigerator in the rooms and I needed one for baby's formula/milk. I had to pay an extra $10 per night for the use of a refrigerator. This hotel needs a major update of its rooms and facility. We loved the supervisor of the gambling table. She was extremely nice and helpful. We had a blast at the black jack and texas hold em tables. Too bad we could only gamble Monday night because the tables are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. I do not like the automated Craps table. too complicated for me.
