It was pretty frustrating that the elevator didn't work. Hauling luggage up the stuffy stairwell was not very enjoyable. Also, the breakfast was all right, but they seemed to be out of everything.

We enjoyed the included daily breakfast and parking. Location is isolated from the regular Vegas atmosphere which we wanted because we were traveling with young kids. The elevator & hot tub were broken, our remote didn’t work for our tv. Our room wasn’t cleaned 1 out of 3 days of our stay. Service could have been friendlier, beds weren’t the most comfortable. Property could use some updating. If basic is what you’re looking for, this is it.

Good location close to Highway. Remodeling going on so elevator and hot tub weren’t working. Hallways were out dated and dirty. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Bathtub didn’t drain. Breakfast had a decent amount of options. Would probably stay here again.

I liked the "extras" staff provided, at check-in, and at check-out. The breakfast was okay as well. The only bummer was that the elevator was broken during our stay, but we hauled our suitcases up the stairs just fine.

Hotel's elevator was broken and there was no warning given when I checked in. It was a hassle to go up three flights of stairs every time we left the hotel and especially carrying our suitcases. The hotel was expensive and in an industrial area. You hear trains going by right across the way throughout the night

Everything was clean, but there was a faint cigarette smell on the third floor. It was obvious the hotel was older but the carpet was the only thing that seemed to need replacing. Staff called to check to see how we were doing after we got settled. This was super sweet and we appreciate the effort.

This hotel would benefit from a major refresh. Our carpet was badly stained in the room and throughout the building. Our shower curtain rod was hanging by 3 of 4 screws and badly tilted. The wallpaper was peeling. There was plastic and tape over missing carpet in the hallway outside our room. New paint, carpet and some fixtures would make a world of difference. Breakfast is cheap but what you expect from this chain and the workers there were very good at keeping everything stocked and clean. Driving past homeless under the bridge right next to the hotel is a little unnerving. Thankful nothing was broken in to, but we left nothing in our vehicle to tempt anyone. Street racers outside on the Sunday we stayed there added a lot of noise and unsafe road too. Would recommend…that you keep looking.

The people were fantastic. Inside the room was very clean! Breakfast was good with several choices. Elevator has been broken for 6 months would have been nice to know in advance to checking in to a 3rd floor room! Outside trash cans over flowing trash on sidewalk going into hotel side door. Did clean trash up the next afternoon. Pool and hot tub were not open. Location was ok industrial area, trains and highway but restaurants nearby in car not walkable.

Look...it\'s a Best Western. The staff was courteous, the continental breakfast was solid, and the price was right. It was clean and the property itself was updated and well maintained. That was the good. The not-so-good... The motel is directly across the street from an active railroad track. The trains come at all hours of the night, and particularly in the 2-5am range. It is noisy and annoying, "Sticky Joe" lives under the nearby underpass with some friends when they are not being rousted by local pd. The area does not feel particularly safe. I\'m not saying there were bodies dumped nearby, but I am sure the area is well known to local law enforcement. I bought a snack sized gummi bears, small ice cream, and a hostess snack-sized crumb cake from the store in the lobby and they charged me $16. The mattress was impossibly hard, the pillows were like flattened pizza boxes. The Rodeo was in town, and I booked last minute, so I was out of options. Its not a bad option if there are no other options, but try to find another option!

The property was well-maintained. In fact, it was one of the nicest Best Westerns I've stayed at in years! The only real drawback was the neighborhood. It's in the middle of an industrial park and railroad yard. Noisy freight trains coming and going at all hours.

Elevator was broken so we walked the stairs. Then our mattress felt more like a box spring. We could literally feel the springs. There were low spots in the mattress that sucked you in while sleeping. At breakfast all the food was gone by 8:00AM no eggs, no meat, no potatoes, just waffles or cold cereal.

The location is under renovations, so the elevator was not operating. We had a third floor room. The size was considerably larger and good for our family of five. The temperature was good, the beds felt wonderful, the smell of the room seemed clean, the updated furniture even looked great. I was disappointed when I found something left by a previous guest under the curtain and behind a decorative chair. The train was extremely loud in the early morning and woke me from a deep sleep.

The bathroom fan was very noisy, so I avoided using it as much as possible. And the TV would not respond to the channel changer. At first I had the attendant change the batteries; that did not solve the problem. So I took the channel changer to the fitness room to test it on the TV there. It worked perfectly. So there are some definite updgrades needed in room 307.

The staff was amazing. We discovered my husband forgot a ring in our room after we continued on our trip. I immediately called the hotel, the staff member retrieved the ring and secured in their safe until we were able to send for it. The ring was promptly returned via mail and we are very appreciative!

The photo of the property is the side door - not the front door - this I didn't like. We arrived a night and was surprised to find it in an industrial area, however, once there everything was pleasant and well cleaned. I would stay here again. I didn't like that the cooling system sounded like a tractor-trailer started up several times during the night. A good place to stay - restaurants and shops close by.

Carpeting and other things are really worn out and need to be replaced. There is a train track right across the street and an airforce base nearby so it's definitely not quiet- bring a white noise machine! It's located in a weird area so going to get food or other necessities is a bit of a pain and impossible if you don't have a car.
