Really disappointed that the hot tub was closed and we didn’t know, That was our reason for booking this place, we wanted to sit in the hot tub after a long day, and to make it worse the pool didn’t open until 9am which was after we had to leave.

I have photos of my room, it was not all the way clean. There were women's hairs in my sink. There was a bottle top on the floor and there were hairs in my tub when I checked into my room. I always book through hotels.com but this wasn't a good situation. It was late in the night when I checked in but I wasn't excited about the room because of those things.

The staff member at check-in was friendly and helpful when selecting a room that would be quiet. The room was very clean and the bed was a little hard, but we slept great, so I can’t complain. The room doesn’t come with a coffee maker but if you go to the business center next to the front desk there is fresh regular and decaf coffee. Overall, excellent stay.

The hotel was clean, valet gentleman was very accomodating. Reservation was for a pool view which could be seen from afar. Hotel room was not very soundproof and was impossible to sleep because of guests above us and being located very close to an elevator made it impossible to sleep! If we got 3 hours of sleep thats streching it a bit. Informed front desk she really didnt seem to concerned about all the noise. So if you go? Stay on the 3rd floor and away from an elevator! Not the best place to play slots, if you play? They really have very few older slot machines. Mostly they have all the new video slots! And very few dollar slots I noticed.

The only issue we encountered was that the door into the room had warped or was off-balanced so that as the door was closed, the top portion of the door hit against the frame and we had to slam the door really hard to close it.

Apparently I have not mastered the house keeping policy. Last time I stayed for 3 days after my room was not cleaned after the first night I asked at the desk and was told I was supposed to request it at check in. This time I requested service but because I didn't leave the room until 1:30 I got no service and came back to an undone room. I did not go to the desk because I was checking out the next morning. Next time I will try setting a time. Now for the good, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the place was clean but there is an odor in the halls that should be attended to, it was quiet, but be prepared to walk a good distance to some rooms or ask for room near elevator.

The rooms were clean and nice and beds were comfortable. My only complaint is I’m a first thing in the morning coffee drinker and the fact that you had to go down into the casino for coffee was a pain. If they don’t want to put coffee in the rooms they should have it available on each floor like the ice.

Room was nice, clean, well kept. Didn't like all the buildings stunk of years worth of 2nd hand cigarette smell. Also maybe we misread but NO Coffee maker in the room. With the price equal or higher than surrounding hotels, there should be a coffee maker. Not an option to walk through SMOKE in the casino to get to coffee!

The size of the room and counter space was good, however there are no hooks or bars to hang towels, clothes, hangers, etc. THERE IS NO COFFEE MAKER OR MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM. When I called to request a coffee maker in the room, I was told “no, there is a coffee maker near the front desk”.

Our stay was pretty good. Everything went well, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give full stars was that a smoke smell was still slightly discernible in our room (even though they were non-smoking). I am not sure if this is because we were on the ground floor with the casino (where smoking was permitted) or if a while ago they permitted smoking in the room which couldn’t quite be rid of the smell (even through renovation). The rooms were otherwise modern and updated.

Great stay overall. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean enough to feel comfortable and generally quiet. Security around the premises was solid, which we appreciated. However, one issue stood out on our last night. A security guard approached us in the parking lot and informed us that there was no smoking allowed on the premises. We apologized and promptly put out our cigarettes. Despite that, the guard continued to follow us for the next 45 minutes as we walked outside, which felt excessive. I remained polite throughout, but the guard’s behavior came across as immature and unnecessarily unkind. Kindness is free—maybe he was having a rough night—but that doesn’t excuse being persistently rude. THANK YOU for being here for us.

We did not stay here. When we came we discovered we could not have our dog so we asked to cancel the booking. The front desk staff said they couldn't/wouldn't cancel it. They also denied on appeal.

The facility was fine for my needs. Reception staff very nice amd helpful overall However, VERY disappointed in the housekeeping end of things. We were there for three nights and NO ONE ever came to clean our room! They said the beds would be changed every 3 days - and even THEN they did not come! Totally unacceptable! It has made me decide to never stay there again. What a shame, as everthing else about the hotel was great.

The check in employee Charleston was super helpful. There's a place where you can eat inside the hotel but there's also plenty of places to go to within walking distance around the area. The housekeepers were also super friendly an attentive.

Stayed here for EDC 2024! Driving to and from the event was so easy! I would definitely stay here again if going to EDC or any other events at the speed way. The rooms where clean and updated (pillows were a 10/10) the casino smelt like old people and cigarettes but they did a good job of keeping the smell only in the casino area rooms smelt good! Lots of food options in the area. Check out My Garage Kitchen for some fire breakfast!!!

Recently renovated property. Great prices, great rooms with plenty of space. Only passing through for 1 night. I recommend avoiding the first floor rooms if you don’t like the smell of the smoke from the casino creeping in — our rooms were on the 2nd floor and we had no smell whatsoever. I wish there was a way to check in without standing in the smoky casino, but that’s what you get in Vegas. The location is convenient for heading out north to the national parks and the property offers free parking.

Overall nice stay. Please add more food choices or add more workers for late night shifts. Wait times were extremely too long for food. Food would come out for to-go orders and they would sit on counter for 10 minutes or long (getting cold) due to it only being 1 or 2 workers at the register and both were taking orders. Needed someone to stop and push out the orders that were already completed

Nice size rooms, with lots of USB and electrical outlets. GREAT water temperature and pressure in the shower! Victory Cafe has a great selection of food with large portions and reasonable prices. We race at LVMS regularly and always stay here!

It is a great value for the money. Facility was very clean and comfortable. It had quite a few places to dine. Unfortunately, even though the coffee shop said it was open daily at 7 it was not.even though it was off the beaten path, I would come back .
