This is a value stay. The building is old and the rooms are on the smaller side. The staff was lovely and it was clean. They don’t have an airport shuttle and the ride each way is about $30 so if you’re looking to cut costs factor that in. Otherwise it was fine.

Place is going down hill fast. They didnt have our room reqdy at the time check in was supposed to be. The casino was dirty and had a very bad vibe. Even the employees we ran into said this place was falling apart and going down hill. Wont be staying here again. Outside was a mess and felt unsafe, room was not the cleanest and the bed was uncomfotable. Their "breakfast" was muffins, coffee, and 'hot water'. Very disappinted in our stay. Homeless people surrounding the property.

The place is dated and I can handle that for the price and the fact that we had our dog with us which they accommodated. What was so disappointing is the fact that almost all of the amenities listed on their website were broken or no longer exist. That's not even to mention the part of town this place is in is far from a decent part of town. I wouldn't let my wife take the dog out at night to use the bathroom. One of the times I took the dog out in the middle of the day there was someone on property shooting up drugs right in front of everyone. The pictures on the website are outdated as well. The 24 hour diner on site does not exist, there is a diner in the casino that was advertised in the hotel as open from 7 am - 11 pm every day but when I went to get food one of the first nights at 9 pm they were already shutting down. The bar in the online pictures does not exist and apparently there was a bar somewhere in the casino but I didn't bother looking for it after everything else. There is also a restaurant on site except it is permanently closed as well apparently and the pool was closed as well. There was no ice machine on our floor so we had to go to another floor for ice. We were missing the TV remote when we got in the room which was remedied with a call to the front desk. You can see from my pictures the room was a little worse for wear. Wouldn't return here unless I simply had no other choice, but the staff was nice

There is only one place to eat in the casino, a small fast food diner. So you would have to travel elsewhere to get a nice, regular meal. It may not be a good choice for a lady traveling alone because of the area the hotel is located. Also, I didn't see any shops near the hotel, so one would have to drive elsewhere to do any souvenir shopping. But the rooms and bed here were clean and all the employees were nice and helpful. The price was good, also. I did get good rest while I was there, it was pretty quiet where my room was

Check-in was very disorganized. Offer free continental breakfast that consists of muffins and coffee. First day I went down at 10AM and they were out of continental breakfast. Went down the next morning at 9AM and all they had was coffee. Hotel has a small attached casino, the casino lot is very well lit up but multiple questionable people hanging out outside in the evening and early mornings. Did see security making rounds outside, security inside hotel never even looked up anytime I entered in the evening. Outdated rooms and worn bed sheets. Affordable rate.

The water pressure in the shower was horrible. Also, sometimes we had barely warm water in the shower. The heating/air conditioning unit was very loud and hard to keep the room at a consistent comfortable temp. We were freezing one night and sweating the next night. The room had stains on the furniture and floors. The staff was very friendly, though.

Smell in the room was really bad! We did not feel safe because of all the hopeless people hanging around. Carpets are stained in hallways and in the room. We were wondering why the price of the room was low. Had we known about the condition of this place we would not have stayed there. The price is actually expensive when you see what you get! I saw some good reviews and this being a Ramada by Wyndham I thought it has to be good. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name next to this place!

First off, the building needs renovation bad! First room they put me in window was leaking a ton of water on the ac. There were bloody papertowel and napkins in the hall for 2 straight days before it was cleaned up. Homeless people everywhere, watch your vehicle cause my truck was messed with. Im a firefighter who just wanted to relax on his days off. There was feces residue in my toilet and hair all over the shower. Maintenance dude was cool, not so much the rest of the staff. Absolutely will never stay there again!

Beds were comfortable and room was clean but carpets are filthy. Shower is trick and not much volume. There was no room service for the three nights we stayed but were brought clean towels when asked. Many homeless in the area but the hotel is secure. The rates are very good.

My experience was horrible, they give a dirty room, stains on the walls , stains on the carpet, stain on the mirrors, smell like cigarettes… I was telling the front desk how dirty it was and she didn’t believe me I have to take pictures and videos . She wanted to kick me out of property, they manage to get me another room but I didn’t like I was welcome at all

This hotel was disgusting. The check in staff was great but too few. We waited in line for a while to check in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. It went down hill from there. The rooms were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The dirt around the switches was thick. The bathtub didn’t drain and the faucets didn’t work right. Water pressure nonexistent. Neither of us would sit anywhere other than the bed which did seem cleaner than anything else. The walls had marks all over them and the base boards were falling apart. Even though it was smoke free the building smelled of smoke, the halls of weed and cat pee. Would have stayed elsewhere except everywhere else was sold out.

The rooms were not completely cleaned. Hair was left in the tub from previous use. Previously-used towel was still hanging in the bathroom the bathtub drain was partially blocked faucets were rusty and old. Coffee in the room was very good.

Check in was a wonderful experience. The front desk help were friendly, courteous and very professional. Rooms are somewhat outdated, with ours having a shower that drained very, very slowly, and hot water took a little while to get to the shower head. The king size bed box spring was slightly off the frame so we were hitting our legs on the metal frame when getting out of bed on the right hand side. We physically moved the box spring to fix the issue. Betting Linens and towels were clean. Should have checked before booking the room because there was no mini fridge or microwave. Room seemed too high priced for what we got.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The trains blow their horns numerous time through out the night, it’s extremely loud and will wake you up Jo matter how heavy a sleep you are . This place would be nice if it 1992. This hotel is dated, AC sucks doesn't cool off the rooms, if the cleaning people come they will turn off your room AC, no refrigerator The hall ways are 90 degrees The people that hang around this place are all criminals. Lots of drug dealing and prostitution going on around the property or the general area.

The room was OK very outdated. The shower if you can call it that, barley got hot and just trickled. The bed was old had a big dip and a very thin blanket. For the price and closeness to the Surgical center we will stay again, any other reason I would go else where.

Check-in was slow. Two guests ahead of me had payments declined, but the single desk person seemed stuck, and it took over 20 minutes to get checked in. My check-in took seconds once I got to the desk. The carpet in the room was heavily soiled. The windows were very dirty.

The inside is clean compared to the outside. The staff was very unclear on many details and when asked for accommodations they couldn’t even though we gave them in advance. Check in at 3 didn’t happen because rooms weren’t cleaned in time and had no updates on timing

I didn't have the opportunity to stay because the desk clerk _ ask me for a deposit with credit card ...and wouldn't except s _50.00 cash deposit to be excepted in person .No prepaid card excepted. it was 4 pm and I drove 7 hrs to arrive having no room . Cuz she immediately cancelled the room without allowing me to think of borrowing my daughters down the way. I was the most angry as I'd ever been before. ** Why couldn't she(Nina) Have added the deposit on to the card on file. It onto the original reservation . A mere $50. I had a ck didn't except either. Onlyz thousands of dollars in my pocket ..I'm appalled. I will never recommend, not will I ever recommend Hotel.com because it didn't state it in the web site. And to think I was possibly going to stay as month. Who knows, I hate to think about a day after that . So I went to circus clwhere they were glad to except my money. What's wrong w/ that situation ? I would fire that person immediately for her rude service and demeanor. Nobody's going to demand or else me

Stayed for four days and maid never came to make beds or do anything After first night I had to call for clean towels and was never replenished afterwards. Ran out of tissue and toilet paper as well. Lots of shady characters around place visiting casino next door. During busy check in only one front desk clerk working. Breakfast used to be available but no longer an option.

It took me 1 hour and 35 minutes just to register. I was told 2 people called out sick. The two that were there were not very fast. They should have called in the day shift. Hotel staff did nothing to comfort those waiting in line. They required photo ids for EVERYONE in the room. Whose business is that? My husband was waiting in the car. I had to go get his id.

This hotel seems like it's located in a suspect location. There are several homeless / vagrants hanging outside the entrance of the hotel at all times of the day and night. The hotel itself is in desperate need of renovation. The rooms are old and decrepit, and have a nasty smell. For the price you pay here, just pay a few more bucks and stay at one of the major casinos, ie GSR , Atlantis, or Golden Nugget. I will not be visiting the Ramada any time again.

I felt that the carpet was very dirty. Did not take my shoes off in the hotel. The area around didn't feel very safe, I kept checking on my U-Haul to make sure it hasn't been broken into to, and there's a lot of traffic of people in the parking lot that made me feel unsafe. Trust the reviews on Expedia. Would not recommend this place.

we booked this hotel for my sons move-in weekend at UNR since it’s super close to campus. pulled into the parking lot and immediately had regrets…building is very old and run down and homeless people roaming the parking lot made me wonder if we stumbled into a shoot for the walking dead. I hesitated to even exit my vehicle. the lobby was dimly lit with low ceiling tiles that had water damage and the carpet was filthy. there was a long line and the longer i waited to check in the more doubt i had…no way was i parking my vehicle full of all of my sons belongings there. we left and i immediately contacted the hotel which didn’t answer and an automated message told me to call Hotels.com. Hotels.com was also unable to reach the hotel and i was told the case would be escalated. I’ve still (3 days later at the official end of my reservation) heard nothing from the hotel. i imagine they charged me full price and i will have a fun fight ahead. very dissatisfied with the hotel and hotels.com’s handling of this situation.

I parked on the casino side when I checked in and didn’t feel completely safe. But parking on the other side was fine. The over all experience was very good. My only complaint would be the noise from traffic mostly. I would stay again.

The surrounding area is bad and attracts loittering oppurtunists, but the staff was amazing. Attached casino gets rowdy but fun nonetheless. Ramada does a good job with security and patrols on the property.

It was a very scary place to stay. It is surrounded by drug addicts and homeless. The restaurant was three table fast food, deep-fried yuck. Completely unimpressed, and will not stay there again.

The price was reasonable. They did offer some breakfast...pastries, coffee, tea,etc. You pay what you pay for. The place can use some updating. Casino smells heavy on smoke..if you're not a smoker dont even go inside.
