I appreciate that the rooms are clean and not falling apart in any way. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very nice. We love the pools as well! Overall, the peppermill has always been a wonderful experience and less expensive than some other hotels that don’t compare in quality. We will always stay here when we can!

Staff and service were great! Lots to do and especially loved the pool and arcade. Only real problems were there was an empty water bottle on the floor and someone else's socks in a drawer when we first got in our room (makes me question cleanliness) and the layout takes some MAJOR getting used to (we got lost a couple times) but I've you get it you're fine. Would still totally recommend and we had a great time!

The Peppermill is my favorite hotel to stay at in Reno. The property is large and has everything a gambler or non-gambler would want. Great food options, excellent sports book and poker room, multiple pools, tons of covered free parking, and more. My room was clean and had a great view of the pool below. I look forward to returning.

If you are assigned to either the North (pretty bad) or West wing (better than North) be prepared to stay in the old 3 story Peppermill buildings, not the newer towers. These buildings require you to walk for several minutes from the main building and take a series of confusing turns and elevator rides. Our North wing room reeked of smoke and had a view of a wall and dumpsters. Staff were very nice about this and moved us to a West Wing room where they had tried to mask the smoke smell in the room so it had an odd smell. You could also literally see out into the hall from the gap between the door and door frame. The rest of the Peppermill was very nice - try to stay in the newer towers.

We stayed in the Tuscan Tower and it was really comfortable and clean. I appreciated using the whirlpool tub after a day of driving. The hotel staff were very friendlyand helpful. I also really liked the pillows and the bed. Good support from the pillows, something I don't usually find at a hotel. This was my husband's favorite hotel of our road trip,and mine too. We'd definitely come back.

Had one breakfast at Biscotti's and a dinner at Bimini. Food and service was excellent...of course, a bit pricey, but, for us, well worth it. Throughout our stay, every employee we had contact with(we stayed in the Tuscany Tower) from the check-in staff, to all casino contacts, including parking and security, was professional, efficient and friendly.

It took three hrs to check in. We had two little kids and keeping them occupied was very hard to do. We even paid for an upgraded room but nothing was available. The staff at the steakhouse restaurant were also very rude. Said no walks in allowed at all after they saw we had two kids with us. We often dine in very fancy places and our kids are very polite and well behaved but we felt discriminated against for having littles which was unfortunate. The pool looked very nice and the room although old and was getting updated soon was still very spacious and nice.

Booked this trip through Travelocity. The flight was delayed. Should have arrived before midnight; however, we did not arrive until the next day. I paid for three nights in advance. When I arrived the staff could not find my reservation. Eventually when it was found I was told that they would give me a room and they would text me when it was ready. After three hours I hadn't recieved a text. I went back to the desk and was told that I didn't have a reservation. After I got the clerk to see the previous reservation he gave me a room key. We went up to the room and it hadn't been cleaned. It was in the same condition that it was when the previous guest left. I found a member of the cleaning staff and convinced them to clean the room for us. We decided to forget all of the trouble that we had gone through so far and enjoy the rest of our visit. After returning home and checking my accounts I discovered that the Pepper Mill had charged me the full price again for the room, even though it had been pre-paid through Travelocity. After talking with bookkeeping I found that the original booking had been canceled as a no show and I was charged again. Eventually I was able to recover those funds, but I never received an apology. It was just a bad experience.

Nothing was really bad. I'm in my 60's, so I was raised with customer service. No one ignored me, but check in was blah, no expression of gratitude for my choosing Peppermill. No staff ever really acknowledged me other than maybe a smile or a head nod. And, with automated checkout, I didn't receive any kind of thank you. In short, I felt like a ho-hum customer, not a "guest" in the hotel. Everything was just transactional. I realize all of this is because I'm old. Anyone younger than a probably 50 doesn't even know what I'm talking about and thinks I'm just some old geezer.

Enjoyed my stay. I stayed in north wing. I liked that the car was right outside n close by without having to go thru casino. Only downfall was that i was hard to navigate to n from hotel from the north wing. I got lost 1st day but after that it was fine. Quit a walk n have to go thru elevator 2 time b4 getting to main casino.

This was the best hotel in the Reno area. So glad we stayed here instead of downtown. Its an easy ten min drive to downtown but much nicer to stay at peppermill. Lots of restaurant choices, clean and bigger rooms, better gaming. Safe and secure. Will definitely stay again and check out the spa next time. Recommend.

I like to stay at Peppermill Resort. It’s a good location with a stop light at the entrance to make for easy access. The rooms are clean & comfortable. The coffee shop has excellent food. My only complaint is that they did away with valet parking after Covid. It’s quite a walk to the parking garage.

Everthing about the resort was beautiful, well maintained, and clean. By comparison, South Virginia St. of Reno is kinda run down. Not terrible, just not pretty. The resort is magnificent if you can ignore its location. It really is too good for the area.

The room , public areas and casino were good. We ate at a resturaunt there was ,(I think) The Bistro. The meal was just edible. Clam chowder wih almost no flavor of clams or anything else, a Bistro salad that wasn't fresh, with watered down dressing, common hamburger buns for bread and water with a strong chlorine taste.

Cafe Milano was not really on point last night, $24.00 for 2 eggs, sausage patties and toast and none of the items were cooked as requested. Very disappointed in such a simple meal with a hight cost and it not being edible on the first shot. Meal was redone, however as simple and expensive as it was it should have been cooked properly the first time.

We had a fantastic time. We reserved a daybed at the pool one day and spent the day at the pool. It was amazing. The next day we spent at the spa. That was also amazing. We ate at Oceano one night and Romanza one night both were excellent. We spent some time in the casino and the arcade. It was a great trip. We'll be back.

HORRIBLE STAFF!! If you stay in a tower get ready for no help, and a maze getting there. Also, always remember a key because you can’t even take the elevator up without one. If you lose your key and do t have ID you don’t be able to go yo your room! The staff was no help. I will never stay here again and I don’t recommend it to anyone!!
