Only hotel members with Room keys can get in throughout all side entrances. Felt safe. Only two dislikes… The cafe did not have bacon as a breakfast option. Lol. Secondly, the washer dryer facility (1 machine each), the dryer took forever to dry clothes. Updated appliances are needed.

Courtyard by Marriott was a great place to stay. Friendly and accommodating staff, common areas were well kept and had a great ambiance. The room was very comfortable with high end linens and most importantly exceptionally clean. I highly recommend.

Probably the quietest room I’ve stayed in on my cross country trip. The room was a little worn out but extremely clean and large. We paid not much for a last minute room and I felt there was a lot of value for our money. Parking was easy and free and the town of Fishkill had a lot of dining options and was about a 5 minute drive or less.

It is right in the heart of Fishkill off I-84 with plenty of shopping and restaurants that are institutions. Yet, in the hubus of everything is this lovely courtyard with a beautiful oasis of trees and manicured pockets of quiet views. The hotel is older but built to last with an ambience of relaxation for the traveler. I highly recommend this Courtyard!

We stayed for one night and the room was disgusting. It stunk, there was still stuff in the room from the previous guests, bedding was dirty, and overall unkempt. The pool was also non functioning. The check in person however was FANTASTIC and they should really be managing a high end resort.

The phone system doesn't work, whether you try to call the front desk from the hotel phone, or your cellphone, it is impossible to get through. I was on hold for over 35 mins just because I wanted a towel, and I STILL didn't get a hold of anyone. I had to walk down to the front desk and ask for one. She handed me over a ripped and tattered towel.... Lastly, our bedsheets did not appear to be very clean as they had small dark spots on the bottom sheet. Was also told there was free breakfast from 7:30-9:30. I went down at 8:45 and all that was there was tea and coffee. Very displeased with our stay here.

This property has been around a while and you can see it in the adjustments and refurbishing and the fact that it has a tub rather than a walk in shower. On the other hand, while the room was a bit small everything fit and was well thought out for our kind of stay. Large TV, chair, couch, a large and a small table that can be moved, a desk. I didn't care that breakfast was not free since there was coffee and tea, I brought a banana and I don't do breakfast. I will stay there again happily.

The desk clerk when I checked in was Royal. Super helpful! Was able to provide me a King size when my travel plan changed and my daughter couldn’t make it. Also hooked me up with a day pass to the All Sport gym across the street so I could get in some exercise the next day. Thanks Royal! I remember you from past visits and you’re one of the reasons I keep coming back! Happy Holidays!

The property is clean, convenient, and the king bed is very comfortable. I stayed in a double room for my last reservation and didn’t find the bed as comfortable as the king mattress. But either way, I certainly will be staying at this property again

Booked and paid extra for balcony, received first floor and couldn't even open the door. Rooms felt really small. Felt claustrophobic with the huge sofa in that small space. Sheets were a little wet from laundry so the whole room felt humid for the first day.

I was Charged again at arrival even though I paid ahead. When I brought It up, Tyler knew exactly what happened and fixed it for me. He also went above and beyond to help me find my lost phone. Kudos to the staff for going the extra mile.

Loud fighting in room two doors away, overnight staff/employee who did nothing to quiet the individuals fighting. He acted as if I were bothering him when I contacted the front desk at 3AM to complain about the noise.

This is my Worse hotel stay in a longtime. Here the details 1-Checked in . Walked to the room to find dirty Carpet. Had to ask a housekeeper that happened to be on the floor to come and vacuum. 2-toilet flush needs tinkering every time you flush so it won’t keep the water running. 3- small fridge Does Not work. 4- Then : Without mentioning at check in housekeeping only every 2days. Including towels changing. When I inquired at the front desk I was met with A Rude answer “that’s the policy here”. I asked for fresh towels. She asked me how many ? I said I need 6 for 3 people . Answer: only 1 per person !! At this point I did not bother to argue with her. I just said: send whatever. This is the service you get for $310/ night in This hotel. Not even body lotion. Checking out Sunday morning at 10am the lobby men’s bathroom trash over flowing. Luckily we were 3 friends determined to have a good time. So we laughed at the terrible service and rude staff. Needless to say , we are not staying in this hotel again.

I am a fan of the marriott brand. My husband is a titanium elite. The courtyard brand is not a favorite of ours. We appreciated the large screen tv's and the bed size and room size but we do not like the Bistro Brand. Although it is nice to have and option to eat in the menus are limited for breakfast and dinner and are expensive. We can doordash for better food with a better price point. Wish the courtyard brand could get a more affordable and desireable menu. Than you.

I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Fishkill, NY. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted, offered 2 bottles of water, and was given a complete explanation of what time breakfast is served, as well as dinner hours. The service here is excellent! Great value for the money!
