Great value for the price. Clean and convenient. Our kids enjoyed the fitness center! I appreciated the breakfast, especially the sausage, eggs, and waffles. Wish the business center had been operational since I had something I needed to print out. But our 2 dogs felt very welcome and behaved well throughout our stay, probably due to the comfort of their surroundings.

Major complaint was it was Memorial Day weekend and the pool wasn’t opened. We paid a lot for a hotel with a pool. Had a very disappointed kid.

The hotel is so old. The pool is very small and right next to the highway. The hotel smells so bad. The smell hits you as soon as you enter the hotel. Breakfast is limited. When I was checking in, the lady that assisted me was very nasty and passive-aggressive; not hospitable at all. She made the room key expire after 1 night when I was booked for 3 nights as well. I had to go to the reception to make another room keys for the remaining 2 nights. The hotel shuts off the AC at night when people are sleeping. They shut off the AC 2 times at night for a period of 30 minutes or so each. This caused me to sweat throughout the night. This is a two star hotel at most.

If you’re carrying a bag and need to take the elevator to the 2nd floor then you have to go down a flight of stairs. That makes no sense. The elevator should take you to the 2nd floor where rooms are located. I’m sure there are people with lots of luggage that would need a cart and cannot use it because of those stairs.

The room was not clean. For example, the shower curtain was moldy and not washed, the walls in the bathroom had visible dirt marks and also moldy, the furniture was super dusty, the shampoo and lotion was already almost 1/2 way empty. Thank God I had my Lysol spray and wipes.

The Quality Inn was average. It was clean, but not over the top. The only really bad thing was our bedspread was stained in a couple spots, so we didn’t use it.

It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The carpets in our room were stinking. The curtains in our room were stained and dirty. There was dust gathered over all the furniture. The bathroom was equally dirty. We cut short our stay by one day and changed our hotel. This property is badly in need of an overhaul and until then it should be a motel.

The free breakfast was poor quality and not refilled consistently. We stayed for 4 nights and there was no reason to have no housekeeping to give us new towels and to pick up the old ones. Garbages in the hotel room was not picked up daily neither. The hallways smelled like marajuana all day long.

This was one step above camping. The beds were horrible from pulling down the covers and having multiple hairs in the bed to tossing and turning to try to find a comfortable position. The trashes at the entry and pool area were overflowing the two days of our stay. The bathroom in our room was subpar at best. The mirror was crumbling, the shower was filthy and you had to straddle the toilet to close the door.

It was an ok stay. Negatives would be: bed is uncomfortable and hard, shower doesn’t drain and is very stained dirty, took awhile to figure out remote for television (should provide directions) road noise was very loud.

Room was tidy and spacious. However, we were not able to control cooling in room as the system had been switched to heat for the season. Opening the window to cool was NOT an option as it was raining and there was a lot of noise from the highway traffic. Breakfast in the morning had very few options left when we arrived at 8am. Very crowded and items being restocked slowly or not available at all. We skipped even trying breakfast our second morning. Very poor representation of this hotel brand name. Would not recommend and had most likely turned us away staying at another Quality Inn if this standard of service is acceptable.

The property is so-so looking to what I paid. The breakfast was average, they claim continental breakfast which doesn’t show up. There was no one at the reception when I checked out. I waited for the staff to come in for 10-20 mins, and here the lady tells me that I would get a receipt from Expedia and not from them which is bit-weird. Air conditioning is old fashioned apartment style, very hard to have exact control of temp. Some lights would not work in the room.

This hotel was fine if you just need a place to sleep/shower. It is very close to the interstate so if you are a light sleeper it might not be for you. We did fine though. It is an older building but the rooms were fine. The heat/AC worked but took a while for us to figure it out. Housekeeping services are by request only, which is our preference anyway. We had a couple issues, missing microwave in first room, both key cards stopped working a day early. The staff did a fine job of resolving both issues. The breakfast offering was limited but staff did a good job keeping it fresh. The beds were very comfortable and the location to restaurants shopping was good. It was a reasonably priced option for nearby hiking and water falls.

Upon arrival at 7:20 PM, there was no hotel staff at the front desk. My wife and I waited for 20 minutes before someone showed up. No sign was left to let us know that staff had stepped away.

Where to begin. For starters, when we first arrived, there was a giant urine stain on the bed sheet. When we told the staff about it, they didn’t believe that it was there before us. On top of that, there was someone smoking cigarettes and weed across the hall from us and when we told the front desk, they replied “oh don’t worry they’re leaving tomorrow anyway”. Instead of kicking this man out of the hotel for breaking the law, they decided to move us into a different room. Additionally, there was a small roach in our bed. When I told the staff, they replied “it probably wasn’t a roach.” I was supposed to stay 3 nights but my experience in this hotel was so bad that I decided to check out a day early. I spoke with the manager and explained all of this to her looking for a refund. She told me she could not give me a refund. The moral of the story is, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The staff is not accommodating, it’s dirty, and smoking weed and cigarettes in the room is apparently brushed off by the staff. 0/10 experience. Thank you for ruining my vacation quality inn of horseheads.

We reserved room for 4 people. During check in time desk clerk was asking for extra money for 3rd and 4th person. I showed my reservation e mail for 4 people and she agreed with me. She should look before asking for money.

it was a good and some kind of not so good during our stay cuz of crying baby next to our room, good thing we were tired and have our earphones ready, the hotel floor plan is a little bit confusing with up and down floors, good thing its only one day, free breakfast is a plus and nice front desk staff, overall it was a nice stay.

Property was very clean. Room was definitely outdated, air conditioning didn’t go below 75°, but thankfully it was cool enough to keep the window open through the night to stay comfortable. Highway is right next to hotel so if you don’t mind the sound of traffic, you’ll enjoy your stay! Plenty of shopping and dining options in the area.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable . Outdoor pool was nice , only a few chairs around the pool though . The free breakfast was minimal and not great. The coffee maker was broken the first morning but was fixed by the next day. There was eggs and bacon and bread . Waffles were pretty good! No yogurt or danish available . 2 apples in a bowl the first day and one banana the second . The orange and cranberry juice tasted like a powdered mix . It was a reasonably priced hotel for the area and the weather was great so we enjoyed our weekend at Watkins Glen !

Biggest issue was the odor from the attached Mexican restaurant. Very unpleasant, had to buy an air freshener so we could sleep. Room was very nice and clean; staff helpful and nice; smell terrible.

Breakfast was pretty good. Eggs bacon one day. Eggs sausage the next. Waffles. Apples. Yogurt. Juice. Coffee horrible. Couldn’t drink it. Room decent. Only vacuumed in middle though. Baseboard area pretty gross. Bathroom felt old and dirty. Bed was comfy. Bedspreads didn’t look clean. But down type comforter was nice. Tv good. Outside could use some attention. Glass etc.

I enjoyed a one night stay for a funeral i was attending.Desk host was professional and kind. The room was clean and temperature was comfortable. Room had fridge and microwave and television. Continental breakfast was more than expected. Share of fruits, eggs, meat choice of bread and fresh made waffles (cinnamon or regular),juices and milk. Parking was accessible. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again in the furture. The pool was not operatable.
