They advertise electric car chargers, while they know the two chargers they have are not, and never were operational, nor do they have any plans of fixing them (based on the hotel personnel). Also, the hotel is terribly noisy, to the point it is hard to fall asleep.

This BWP was incredibly clean, the staff was kind, and had an easy checkin and check out process. Overall, very good place to stay. The one thing I didn’t love about it was the hard-to-navigate parking lot that had more than a few potholes.

The staff here were very friendly. It’s a brand new hotel and our room was very clean. The hotel was very quiet and the heat was turned off to the pool when we arrived, so we weren’t able to swim. Other than that, it was a great stay. We were there for a quick overnighter passing through Horseheads.

This property had no restaurant or lounge, the breakfast had no cooked eggs and was very lacking. Requested the room be made up each day and they made the bed and put in new towels but that was it. They did not clean at all (splash from rinsing coffee down the bathroom sink in the morning was still there when we returned in the evening). No vacuuming or washing. When waiting for elevator, bin of clean towels was covered with dirty linens with no barrier between. Very disappointing Nowhere to eat or get a drink.

I recently stayed here. The Bedsheets and room were not clean prior to check in. Had lots of hair and stain spots on bed sheets and pillow cover. But when informed the front desk , they were quick to act on and change the room. Otherwise good stay.

I stayed for 4 nights and the staff did not come clean my room even once. Trash was overflowinf, no replacement of toiletries... dirty towels were not replaced. For the amount they charge, they ought to do better. The elevators ranked of weed and the crowd gets pretty sketchy around the hotel at night

We had to move rooms twice. Found a bag of dirty clothes and candy wrappers/candy on the carpet in the first room. Moved to another room and found leftover food in the fridge. The front desk staff person was very nice and apologetic. She said there were recent staffing changes and a new housekeeping staff. Hopefully it will improve if they become better trained. The appearance inside the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good.

Be aware, as per my experience these guys do not change their bedsheets after every guest. I found lot of hair in my bed as soon I checked in the room. Apparently they gave me same bed sheets the last guest slept in. Upon complaining they gave me another room. But in new room, a close inspection of bed still gave me signs of unchanged bed sheets.

Housekeeping came banging on the door at 9 am to see if we were gone. When we answered and said we were not, they proceeded to vacuum right outside our room and yell to each other down the hall. They returned again at 10:45 banging on the door. Checkout is 11 am. In addition..I have NEVER had worse pillows in a hotel! Flat and lumpy-awful!

Booked a room here when running the Wegmans half marathon. It was only 17 minute drive to the finish line, which is also where the buses pick you up in the morning, so it was a perfect location. Was very pleased with the cleanliness of the property. Floors, furniture, bedding, and towels were all new and modern. Room was spacious with high ceilings and good climate control in the room. Breakfast in the morning was enjoyed by our kids (we didn’t eat before the race but the kids did). Staff was kind enough to let us check out late at 12 noon so that we had time to shower after the race. Would highly recommend this property.

The property itself was very nice, although the pool was closed for repairs. Breakfast was so good! The hotel is by I 86, so there’s noise. And the surrounding area is a closed restaurant and empty parking lot. Someone in an adjacent room had their tv on all night (not the fault of the hotel), but we could hear it.

The Hotel was very clean with a friendly staff, and convenient to areas we were interested in seeing,!They also had many choices for breakfast that was included. The downfall was the internet connection wasn’t very reliable, and our last morning there they didn’t have the breakfast available and the reason was because we were the only guest. I can understand them not wanting to cook eggs and sausage or bacon. But I feel we could have been offered a muffin or cereal.

Fire Alarm went off at 3 am(only in our room). After an hour of the fire department visiting, and apologies we lost our entire night. The next morning, the desk attendant apologized and told us they would credit us. They asked us to reach out to Expedia so they could do so. We did, Expedia reports that the manger would not support this.

The area around the hotel looks like an abandoned area. It looks unsafe and unkept. I felt unsafe entering in the evenings. Parking was a challenge due to an unusual amount of work trucks/vans taking up the majority of parking . There was never anyone at the front desk for the 3 nights that I was there. I would’ve canceled the first night, but I was already charged the full amount at check in. Never again would I stay here or recommend.

Very convenient location to the Corning Museum of Glass and state parks. Newly constructed facility, very clean, everything is brand new. Hope they keep up the maintenance and cleanliness. Daily continental breakfast, very good options, egg, sausages, bacon, fruits, waffles, cereals, bagels, etc… Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

We stayed at this Best Western in Horseheads, NY, which is just a short 30min drive from Watkins Glen State Park. This Best Western is pretty new and everything was super clean, smelled fresh, and overall just made for a great stay. Out room had a microwave and fridge, and was plenty roomy. The staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was simple, yet perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

it’s a best Western so you get the full corporate vibe. The room was clean, the area around the hotel was clean and it was kept up pretty well. However, if you like breakfast, the breakfast there left a lot to be desired. The eggs were soggy, and the meat (little smokies) appeared to be microwaved. The waffle machine was a plus and the toaster worked well. Difficult to communicate with the staff unless one used Google Translate.

Very clean, and with an almost brand new building feeling. Nestled between major highways, once in your room, you cannot hear any traffic noise or even any from the hallways. This hotel can be your convenient stay place when driving thru or visiting major tourist attractions like the Finger Lakes, Glen Watkins, Ithaca, the vineyards or even the gorgeous Letchworth State Park during fall, like we did. The included breakfast was so good that the seating was not enough to accommodate everyone and portable tables and chairs were brought in by the staff. There're some dinning and fast food places at driving distance, but none in building or at walking distance.
