In all my travels this has to be the worst hotel ever. It was filthy, there was a whole in the tub that had tape over it, the bed covers were stained, the room smelled like mold I have asthma and within 10 minutes I felt the effect of the mold. I know I could not stay here. So I went to the front desk and I said I would pay for that night, but can they cancel the following night I had booked. I was told no I didn't have 24 notice. I lost $400. They were not willing to work with me. This is truly a terrible place to stay Never again.

The room was clean. The morning staff was very friendly. The hotel is close to many food options and very close to Buttermilk Falls. Of note, there are some is no elevator so if you're not good with stairs I would request a room on the first floor.

TOTAL SCAM, HEALTH HAZARD, AND FINANCIAL FRAUD: WORSE THAN A RUN-DOWN MOTEL!Avoid this hotel at all costs! I paid $142 for a room, expecting a safe, clean environment for my family. Instead, it was an absolute nightmare. This property is running a complete scam; the service and basic hygiene are significantly worse than the lowest-end motel. If you value your money, safety, and peace of mind, read this review and stay far away.❌ THE HOTEL’S TOTAL OPERATION FAILURE & LOCKOUTThe disaster began immediately at check-in. We arrived at 5:30 PM, but the front desk informed us that their key machine was broken. They were entirely unable to issue a room key and failed to provide any functional key for our entire stay.Because we had no room key, we were essentially held hostage. We could not safely go anywhere or leave for dinner because doing so meant leaving our room wide open, exposing our personal belongings to theft. A hotel that cannot provide a working lock and key is a severe security breach.❌ FILTHY, INSECT-INFESTED ROOM CONDITIONSWhen a staff member finally let us into the room, the conditions inside were stomach-turning. The bedsheets and towels were visibly unwashed, carrying a foul, stale odor like they had been sitting dirty for a month. To make matters worse, the room was infested with mosquitoes. I was traveling with my 2-year-old child, whose sensitive skin was left completely exposed to insect bites in an enclosed room—a blatant health code violation.
