Overall nice staff and good location, bed was comfortable but very old dated rooms, could be a little cleaner.

They do a nice job on breakfast and keep it open a little later so that there’s a possibility to sleep in. The staff is friendly and it’s very convenient to campus.

Our arrival, following an exhaustive nine-hour journey, was initially smooth, with the check-in process proceeding without issue.Later that evening, after I had retired early, my husband briefly stepped out. Upon his return, he discovered a large framed painting precariously hanging from the wall, threatening to dislodge completely. Concerned about its imminent fall and potential hazard, especially given its position above the bed where I was sleeping, he carefully removed it to prevent any potential accident. He opted not to contact the front desk at that late hour, wishing to avoid disturbing my sleep and believing it to be a minor, easily rectifiable issue caused by the painting's poor initial securing. Regrettably, in the rush of our early morning departure the following day, the matter of the painting slipped his mind entirely, and it was neither re-hung nor reported to hotel staff before we checked out.To our astonishment, while we were en route to New York City, I received an abrupt phone call from the hotel. The representative immediately expressed dissatisfaction regarding the painting's removal. Despite my detailed explanation of the circumstances – the painting's precarious state, my husband's safety-driven decision to remove it, and the oversight during our hasty departure hotel insisted on charging us for the cost of re-hanging it, asserting that external assistance would be required.Our profound regret is not having documented the scene with a photograph.

We stayed here for three nights during a family trip of three people. I would not consider this a hotel—it feels more like a motel. The property is not clean and is in need of significant upgrades. I am surprised that Best Western chose this property as one of its chain partners. There was debris left in the hallway for two days. I also noticed several vacuum cleaners sitting around, but I never saw or heard any being used. Considering the condition of the property, the room rate is too high. There was an option to choose the housekeeping frequency, and I selected daily housekeeping. On the first day, they forgot to clean the sink and bathtub. I informed the front desk when we returned around 11:00 p.m. On the second day, there was no housekeeping service at all. I reported it to the front desk after we returned to our room at around 3:30 p.m. They sent a housekeeper, but she only emptied the trash, replaced the wet towels, and cleaned the bathroom. The breakfast selection was very limited and disappointing. It would also be helpful if the rooms included a bedside clock and a safe. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and would not return to this property.
