Easy to get to from highway. Room was comfortable and clean. The only annoying thing was that the elevator was out of order and there wasn't an option to switch to a first story room so we had to drag all our luggage upstairs.

The pool needed cleaning; gym equipment skeaky; tv not working in the gym room...

Pool temperature was freezing and water was dirty. No towels for pool or fitness center. No drinking water in the fitness center. My husband went to the buffet at 7:30 and all the hot food was gone. The bed was broken so the bed moved. The tub faucet dripped.

None of the ice machines worked. My first room the air conditioner did not work. And all you spelt in the halls was was pot. It showed a hot tub, that is no longer, and the pool was so cloudy i would not swim in it.

No stopper in bathroom sink. At check in, clerk announced my room number. After breakfast an hour before checkout, key cards stopped working had to get rekeyed. Bed lumpy. Parking lot potholes huge. But the gym and pool looked nice!

I booked this hotel because it was advertised having a hot tub. When we arrived the hot tub was covered by flooring. The pool was freezing. We were very unsatisfied.

I chose this location because it had a pool, but the pool was not open. Breakfast options were not good. Many things seemed to be in disrepair compared to my last visit.

I checked in about 10 pm. There were 3 men looking at a tv program that was unsutable for public viewing. They turned from the tv and the desk clerk started their check in. The room was filthy. No soap in bathroom, no tissues in tissue holder. The bathroom floor had a mud puddle on it with muddy footprints on the floor. The tub appeared to have feces by the drain. The carpet had not seen a vacume in some time. The bed I first went to had no top sheet. I complained to the morning staff and got the brush off. What a dump.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly, approachable and helpful. Always had a smile on his face and willing to help with anything. His attitude alone made it a great stay. Pool was clean. Everything was in working order and the rooms were clean. Beds comfy and linens clean.

The room was nice and clean, the showers were hot and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was helpful and quick to check me in/out when I approached them.

Nothing was clean. The bed was dirty. Sheets were dirty. Old trash from previous people. Disheveled appearance. No dresser in the room for clothes. Dirt trash and so many spider webs behind the night stand that it must not have been cleaned since they put it there. Sink didn’t drain and even when housekeeping came they didn’t drain it or fix it. No sheets for the pull out bed. Stains on everything.

Floors were very dirty, had to wear shoes at all times in our room. Room smelled of stale cigarettes, could really hear the planes landing at the nearby airport. The bathroom sink was cracked and there was mold above the shower. Would avoid this hotel at all cost. We contemplated sleeping in our truck….

Dirty bathrooms, cracked shower and sink. Pool was filled with hair balls and cloudy. Was told there was breakfast until 10 am, and they were out of food both mornings by 9 am. Would never go

The hotel hallway arpet stayed a s dirty. The bathroom sink was cracked, boxspring cover badly rippped and looked dirty. The fridgeratore wasnt cleaned, and the curtai. Hooks were broken. When we arrived a group of young men were smoking Marijuana outside a truck and had back hotel door propted open with.large cigarette/trash receptacle. When we complained to front desk tbey said a party was going on so door left open. What type of security (saftey) is that and also said we are on the 3rd floor,so why doss it matter. Wouldnt call manager, so we left and had to pay for a dirty room,that we paid $300 and never used.. a 1 star gotel at best and more like a $89 room.

For the price we paid, this place was filthy. The elevator looks like the walls and floor hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The room: stain on bedding, paint peeling in bathroom, coffee maker didnt work, carpet gross, open shampoo container in bathroom.

Breakfast was much better than at comparable hotels! Rooms are modern and super clean. But: room was super cold. If you love AC in November- you wil probably appreciate that they had turned it on before my arrival. I never go the room to warm up. And, this is completely not the hotel's fauly and more a PSA - but at 7am, some guy was screaming in his room and proceeded to scream in the hallways, with some woman begging him to calm down and come back. If you're a woman in such a relationship- watch "It Ends with Us" and look for help. If he's screaming like that in a hotel - I'm scared to think what happens at home. Anyway, def a great hotel at the price.

This hotel is conveniently located near our son's college, but we will not stay here again. Hotel staff were incompetent and loud. They didn't have the room that we reserved. Tried giving us a room that was occupied. Other guests were equally inconsiderate. It stinks of pot. The halls and elevator were loud. Walls were thin. In the flight path of airport. AC was to loud to use. The beds were comfortable, I'll say that.

It was ok. The "full sized beds" are smaller than full sized beds. Our TV didn't work. The breakfast that was provided was insanely lacking. Over priced if you ask me.

Clean and quiet. No USB Jack in our room to charge my phone. Would have liked eggs on the breakfast menu.

The room was clean and very large. Bed was comfortable.

The front staff was friendly and the hotel and room were clean. Unfortunately during the 3 days we stayed, the entire 2nd floor and a bit in our room stunk like cigarettes. The room is run down with cosmetic repairs which should be made. The bed and pillows were comfortable but warmer/thicker blankets would be nice. The breakfast was mediocre and so we went out for the 2nd morning. The temperature in the room was very hard to control - way too hot or too cold. And the HVAC constantly goes on and off without any ability to keep it on, which disrupts sleep for us. It was ok for the price.

The AC was very loud and intermittent. Room was very stuffy at night we had a hard time sleeping. Could not adjust controls. First night smell of marijuana was horrible but that is not the hotels fault. Otherwise room was clean and very comfortable. Did not use facilities but they looked great.

Room was fine, but there were extremely loud guests over our room that woke us up multiple times, including at 1:30am. We tried to call the front desk but the room phone was non functional, and I tried to call the front office from my cell to ask for assistance but no one answered. We wouldn't have had an issue if it had been quieter, but it was difficult to ignore. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Overall clean and comfortable, but unable to ask for help with very loud guests.

Seemed under staffed. When we arrived , the door to our room was propped open, we were told that the cleaning staff sometimes does that. The breakfast in lobby was not busy but staff still struggled to stock it. Waited 15 minutes for coffee.

We checked around 3:00 and they were not able to get us in to our second room until almost 9:00 that night. And we requested adjoining rooms 2 weeks ago and they weren’t even close. The pool was cold, no towels in either room or the pool. Front desk staff were nice but kind of clueless. We will never stay in a La Quinta again. Very disappointing for our granddaughters cheerleading trip to Albany!

After calling again and pushing the issue, we were finally able to get our money back but only because we insisted. The hotel offered no support and showed no attempt to be accommodating or understanding. Overall, this was a very stressful situation that could have been avoided if the hotel had provided clear information and better customer service. I would not recommend staying here.

the room did not get cleaned throughout our 3 night stay. I was told since we had the do not disturb at 9:30 in the morning, housekeeping couldn’t do the room. That is unacceptable. We left the room at 11, took the DND sign off and returned at 3. No one came to change towels or take garbage. There is only one small can in the room. The water in the pool was dirty and very cold. When checking in and asking about the rollaway bed, they told me it wasn’t available even though I put it in the prior notes over a week before I was never contacted but the manager made adjustments. She was very nice. I asked about the pool since I booked this hotel specifically so we can go swimming…I had a two-year-old and a 10 year old. She said yes as long as we stayed away from the work they were doing in the pool room. the night manager came in about an hour later and came in and was rude very unaccommodating and nasty telling us that we are not allowed in there. After I explained what the day manager said his words were…he doesn’t care what the day manager told us. To get out!! Then since we did have the roll away bed and was accommodated, it came with no pillows so I asked the cleaning lady she told me to ask the front desk when I asked the front desk, the night manager:gentleman who I felt was just giving me a hard time gave me a cushion for a couch or a chair in a pillowcase, then proceeds proceeds to tell me that they have no pillows! it’s a hotel. How do you not have pillows? This caused an argument, made him call the manager who also told him exactly what I had said! his customer service was terrible. He should not be working in a place like this with people if he can’t accommodate or be nice in general.. this place was a nightmare. Will never stay again at a Quintana hotel. I would of requested a refund but most hotels had been sold out.

Very nice place, and I’m busy evening though I would just suggest having two people working to check people in the wait time was a little longer than usual. Super friendly staff room was very clean no issues.

My kids and I arrived at 10:30pm after a long drive. The front desk attendant said she was finishing a 15 hour shift. Our room wreaked of cigarette smoke and the TV was on when we opened the door. Maybe housekeeping had taken a break in the room? Called the front desk, she answered after 13 rings, said she had no other rooms available. Then we realized that there was no remote control for the TV in the room. Called front desk again, rang song and rang, no answer. Too tired to go back down to the front deadline so we had to unplug the TV to turn it off. Of course no way to change channels and actually watch something we liked on the TV. Soon had a headache and nausea from cigarette smoke in room. Sadly I had prepaid for the room so no way to leave that night, plus we were all exhausted from our journey and we’re leaving early in the AM. Not to mention holes in the shower curtain and in the bed spring cover. I have pics but no way to post. Room 343.

The front desk person, Zeph, (not sure of the spelling) was remarkable!! He made our visit absolutely wonderful! I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful he was!

Guide the front desk is price gouging in addition to was rude and unapologetic. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever ever been to customer service hands-down

The location is convenient to highways, but is quiet and feels safe. Breakfast options were standard and seemed to be done well. Room was clean, but there was a mildew smell in the bathroom if you are sensitive to that sort of thing. Housekeeping and front desk employees were friendly.

I like the closeness to the businesses.

Loved one in nearby hospital. Convenient location. Staff were very nice. Very affordable.

Perfect location for the malls and shopping. I wanted to go to the new Primark and it was worth the trip. Will come here again!

Good price/rate, but there was garbage everywhere. There weren’t garbage cans anywhere. Inside or outside of the hotel. The outside of the hotel and particularly the parking lot was disgusting. Tons of garbage. Nothing is maintained outside.

The coffee was horrific and attendant did not care. Grounds in it and like mud. Front entrance landscaping is all weeds. Lampshade in room were damaged. Beds and pillows were fine. Air conditioning was great. Room was clean and very spacious. Ice machine on every floor was awesome- Hilton I stayed at last week didn’t have that! BIGGEST problem- entrance is literally on an on-ramp and we almost missed it. The way out the back parking lot was much more convenient, so rethink the directions if possible. Very conveniently located and reasonably priced! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Closer to many restaurants, shopping

The room was clean and comfortable, but the breakfast was a major disappointment. The juice machine was broken. They didn't have any juice boxes or jugs of juice, so you had to either drink mediocre coffee or warm water. The waffle machine was also broken. The fruit was rotten and the milk in the fridge was warm so I wasn't risking that. I literally had some toast and warm water. Not the best. Vending machine and ice machine were also broken. Things being broken really bring the score down. Not a bad little pool, and the room was atleast clean and comfortable. I can only give this a 3/5 because of the pretty poor breakfast. Also, their driveway is a deathtrap coming in off the road. They need better a better sign by the road.

The room and hotel were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Told breakfast started at 6 am. We were leaving early and breakfast wasn't ready until 7 am. However, staff person made sure we had some scrambled eggs. They weren't good but we appreciated his effort.

Breakfast was disappointing. Imagine putting out cereal and not having milk. Very slow refilling eggs and hash browns. Check-in clerk was very slow.

We stayed one night with our cat during a cross-country move. Unfortunately, the experience was not great. The hotel felt run-down and was not very clean. The bathtub was clogged, the door handle was loose, and the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. On the positive side, the staff provided good customer service and were friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was also a highlight, offering a nice variety of hot options including eggs, sausage, and potatoes.

Quick over night for a family function nearby. The front desk staff was awesome. The breakfast wasn't monitored as well as it could have been. Hot water ran out for tea and forks ran out.

The breakfast was ridiculous. It atarted at 7 and we were there about 7:30 am. Most of the food was not out until many of us asked for items such as juice, creamer, hot water, syrup, yogurt. The griddle was not started. As the staff pulled these items out, they behaved as if they were being put out of their way.
