It was cheap. The bed was clean. The water pressure was good. The shower was hot. The TV sucked. They use some kind of streaming service and it keeps stopping every chance. I was hoping for the continental breakfast to be outstanding and it was some guy sitting there with boiled eggs, hashbrowns, and bread for you to toast. There was coffee. I didn’t see any juice. No cereal, no granola no yogurt no fruit no meat. Just boiled eggs and home fries. No ketchup, no jelly. But he was a really nice guy. If you’re looking for a cheap bed, that’s the place.

Rooms had minimum amenties: no cups, fridge needed to be defrosted, No face tissue, Shampo and conditioner in shower were empty. Breakfast was a joke. Better not to even offer. Breakfast was not self service or a buffet. Server stood behind a large counter and only offered Hardboiled eggs, waffles (I do not know what type they were) white bread or brown bread. No jelly or margarine for toast. Coffee, no alternate milk or lowfat milk. Juice but I did not take so I do not know what it was. Very unappetizing set-up. Left and ate elsewhere. Rooms had all lamps unplugged so you had to move beds, etc to find the plugs. Wifi was not straightforward, You paid 60 dollars and got 60 dollars in value.

This was just a HORRIBLE hotel. There’s no lights or signage outside so was difficult to find at night. The lobby was old and dirty and had a smell to it. When we got to our room things just got worse. The only thing I can say somewhat positive is that the sheets didn’t have any stains on them. But other than that there were stains everywhere. The tub was filthy and the walls had stains and a there was a hole in the ceiling above the shower. The carpet was disgusting too, I can only imagine want all the stains were from. My only advice would be to stay far away from this place.

Run away, don't walk. Traveling as a solo female business traveler I immediately got a bad feeling when I pulled in to the parking lot. There two lone individuals loitering in the parking lot. The airport shuttle had flat tires and hadn't been moved in a long time. Clearly at one point this was a Crown Plaza, as indicated by the Crown part of the sign being blacked out and only Plaza Albany remaining. Poorly lit parking lot. I think folks are living in the hotel - I get that housing is very hard to find, and disasters can befall anyone - but it was odd watching people go in to the hotel with grocery orders and walking around in pajamas. I went to my assigned room, continued to not feel safe, and decided to leave. I did not stay the night.
