PROS - VERY COMFORTABLE BED, ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS, EXCELLENT SERVICE. BAR AND RESTARAUNT FOOD WAS AMAZING. FREE PARKING ONSITE. CON - I WAS TOLD THE INDOOR POOL WAS HEATED AND WHEN I ARRIVED, IT WAS ACTUALLY NOT HEATED. IN FACT IT WAS COLD. ALSO, THE ROOM TV SHOULD HAVE MORE THAN JUST NETFLIX. I WOULD SUGGEST ADDING HULU OR AMAZON PRIME.

Delightful experience, upon arrival, check-in process set a positive tone, was greeted by two professional and friendly interns who welcomed me warmly, they were super efficient and attentive to details making the check-in process swift, and exceeding my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. From the room to the lobby and the hallways, everything was spotlessly maintained, creating a welcoming and hygienic environment that I truly appreciated. I also had the chance to visit the indoor pool, which was beautifully maintained though I noted that the water was quite cold. It seems the heating system was challenged in maintaining a warmer temperature in the lobby area, which may have affected the pool's temperature. It was a super cold weekend with temps in the teens. Despite this, the hotel was great. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I look forward to returning.

The pool was freezing!! The heat pump did not work. The only reason we went here was for the indoor pool. The kids were very disappointed. Also, our remote for the TV did not work. Breakfast was meh. Housekeeping did not remove any of our used cups/glasses.

The Property was very clean and well maintained. The issues we had were two false alarm fire sirens in the building. One around 8:50 a.m. and a second around 9:10 a.m. Sleep was sadly interrupted with no explanation. After we decided to checkout prematurely, I arrived at my vehicle that had been vandalized in the Marriott parking lot while we slept overnight. My window was shattered and the front desk said they had no cameras on the parking lot much less any responsibility...

Rooms are extremely dated and very dirty! Ceiling is ugly popcorn and walls are hard core orange peel texture. Ugly dark brown carpet- not worth the money they are trying to charge- the rooms are same quality as a motel.

The lady who checked me on Friday was very friendly and welcoming. I don’t remember her name but I know she was African American. She was superb! Now let’s talk about the hotel it’s self. My room was very dirty smelled like cigarettes and the carpet was brown but u can see that it’s filthy. My sheets and pillow cases were dirty. Marriott for $922 for a room this dirty is crazy. Thank God I had Lysol wipes with me. I left before my check out day I just couldn’t sleep in a room like this anymore. You need to do better Marriott. I would not recommend this hotel and I will never stay there again.

This Marriott was more like a Marri-not. Rooms are decent size but the cleanliness leaves a lot to desire. I turned off the light and walked around with my flashlight (dim lit) and saw spots on the tables, bathroom counter, and the coffee container. What disappointed me most was def the room cleanliness and the very poor WiFi service. Let me be clear, the wifi was atrocious. Gym is basic. Didn’t try the pool, but wouldn’t want to. I just wasn’t impressed. If this hotel went by any other name I would NOT have paid the nightly rate.

My family had a horrible stay at the Marriott Melville. The room was damp, no fan in bathroom. There were no windows to the outside, only sliding glass doors to a common walkway. Lighting was insufficient in the room. The carpeting was dark and dirty. Considering this was one of the higher priced hotels in the area, it was inexcusable.

Overall the stay was just fine and sufficient for what I needed while in town for a wedding. Though our room keys not working was an issue it was quickly resolved by the front desk. The room service and on site restaurant had decent food and good variety of options available. The only thing I did not like was that wifi was not included in the price of the room. I had to pay an additional fee to use the wifi and get work done on my laptop. At about $300 per night, I would expect not to pay an additional fee for something so basic. That was unfortunate.

Hotel and room were nice but TV did not work and after notified front desk, nobody came to fix it. On arriving after dark, found hired security in SUV in parking lot sound asleep. No issues with car parking overnight though.

The rooms face an indoor pool area. Where people walk by So you cannot open the windows or curtains. It’s difficult to fine one’s room because you need to walk the perimeter of the hotel. The room is too dark. Insufficient lighting. The food is ok in the restaurant but too overpriced-$9 for a bagel! The bathroom tiles were not clean. The hotel was busy and seemed short staffed. There was no place to sit outside.

rude front desk , brought pizza in and told couldn’t eat anywhere besides our room or sit outside on a bench when it was freezing and windy at night !!! There was ample space throughout hotel and other guests had outside food and were sitting in lobby , on chairs and through eating .

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds for my son and I. When we arrived the employee at the desk said we were upgraded to a Jr suite with a king bed with a pull out couch. When i said my six ft three son has to sleep on the sleeper couch she rudely said there is nothing she could do. We were then given a bag of linens to make his bed. When we went online it showed they had queen rooms available.

I had poor experience staying in this hotel. I booked double queen bed room for close to $400 but i was not given that room. They put me in single king bed room and squeezing in 4 people in that room was horrible. Ended up paying top money only to lose sleep. On top of it, when i complained to manager in the morning during checkout, he didn't even care and just said ok and moved on. This clearly says they dont give a damn about you and your stay experience. Simple apologies and empath would have gone long way but they dont care. Overall my experience was not good and i wouldnt recommend this to anyone who values money and a good night sleep.

This hotel was awful. We had reserved 2 rooms. The key cards for both rooms were not working, we had them replaced twice in one day. The carpets are filthy. The rooms smelled of moisture. One of the rooms began to leak from the roof in the middle of the night. There was a few large functions going on while we stayed. It was so loud all night long, it was intolerable. I would never recommend this hotel.

The hotel was lovely- quiet, appealing and the hotel staff were attentive. The pool was great! The only negative was the service in the restaurant. We went for breakfast and there were only a few other gusts there, but the service was poor. I asked for a lemon for my tea and had to ask 3 staff members before it arrived. There were dirty dishes on the table next to ours the whole time we ate. No one came to clear them. There seemed to be enough staff, they were just very disorganized. At the end of our meal the server brought us our bill and then another table's bill! We were really surprised that with a hotel this nice, they couldn't get their act together in the restaurant.

Me & My daughter had an amazing time ! The breakfast was so good! And the Staff was very friendly & accommodating… the Front Desk was more then helpful with everything we needed & the Servers at the restaurant were so nice, we specially, loved the lemon and mint water by the front desk. It was so refreshing.

I did not like the restaurant food or being ignored at the bar when I stated I was ordering food. I had to wait way too long to cash out my over priced watered done drink. I the ordered room service for food because I couldn’t get anything from the bar area in the restaurant when I clearly said I was dining with my friend. The food was not good and over priced. My drink was not what I asked for that was at the bar but was over charged. The staff was great the bartender not. He even asked us to move because people were sitting there and we are women and no one returned and then 2 men sat in the same seats and got served. We took our drinks to our room and ordered the room service as I stated earlier. The rest of the staff great but not the bartender. I felt insulted as a woman and so did my friend.

Nice place, but the food service is not From 11 Am to 11 pm like they advertised . We called for room service after being out all day for important business, when we came back to our room it was 10:30 when we called room service, and they said the kitchen was closed. So it clearly is false advertising. Everything else was nice.
