I arrived earlier than expected for a 1 night business stay. I was charged an early arrival fee and gave me a room on the third floor. I was then told that the elevator doesn’t work. The room was dirty and old/rough condition. My view was of the parking lot where people opened their car doors, blasted their radios and drank. I needed to print something but they don’t have a computer or printer. Will never stay at an Extended Stay Hotel again.

this is a Motel. clean maintained nothing fancy. unfortunately, the elevator was broken for the time we were there, but they were working on it. Free morning coffee is available but offers no real 1/2&1/2 only flavored creamer. we didn't try it

The premises were ok. Seems like the hotel is housing homeless people. Ample parking. Air conditioner was great. Short drive to many eateries and restaurants. Utensils and pots have to be requested. I definitely won’t go back.

The room wasn't that clean. The bed wasn't fastened to headboard and it moved when tyring to get into bed. The kitchenette and bathroom fixtures were extremely dated. The lobby was unkempt and the elevator was shotty.

I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A REFUND. THE PLACE WAS SO DIRTY THAT ROACHES WERE ALL OVER THE KITCHEN, AND THE BATHROOM. THE BATHTUB WAS CLOGGED AND FILLED WITH WATER.

Absolute horror show of a hotel. Property is dilapidated. My first room had a leak under the sink and a smoke alarm that kept beeping. Told the staff at 8:30am about it and when I came back in the evening it was never fixed. Called them again and they said that maintenance left for the day and they had to change my room. Gave me an “upgraded room” to compensate and the first thing I saw in the bathroom when I walked in was a live roach in the bathroom. Called Orbitz for help and they were useless. Just gave me a $25 credit

Seems like a very low budget motel . Nothing real updated like a tiny television. Smells like marijuana in the entrance way. Service was ok after 5 minutes standing in front of desk waiting for someone to show up. Over all not so good, I stayed there because it was close to a business meeting I was having the next morning. That’s about it

It was a great stay. But the tub need a new liner. The tv and outlets are way out of date. And if we are in a no smoking section. We should not have to smell weed in our room. That sucked.other than that. It was a good stay.

Shower Didnt Work!! This Was Discovered After We Arrived Very Late At Night. Had Unpacked All Our Things, Food, Clothes, Accessories, Toiletries, Etc, & Then Was Getting Ready For Bed. My Husband Went To Step Into The Shower & Surprise!!! Water Spraying Everywhere & Only Cold Temperatures An Option. After Working 10 Hrs & Driving 5 Hrs, We Were Too Exhausted To Move All Of Our Belongings To Another Room. (We Have Pictures Of Broken Shower Head/Handle) That Room Should Never Have Been Available To Book A Stay. (Room 133) We Had A Packed Schedule, Due To The Wake & Funeral & Burial We Had Travelled From Out Of State To Attend. We Never Had Time To Change Rooms & We Never Were Able To Take A Shower During Our 2 Nights/2 Days In NY At This Hotel. Also, It Was Impossible To Watch Anything But The Very Limited "Live" TV Channels. We Tried Many Methods Of Trying To Sign In/Chromecast/Bluetooth/Get Apps, Following The Directions On The TV & On The Card From The Front Desk. The Lousy Internet At The Hotel Would Not Support Any Streaming Services. We Tried At Least 3 Or 4. Every Minute They Would Pause & Buffer & Kick You Out Of The Show You Were Trying To Watch. We Tried Multiple Shows/Episodes & Everything We Tried To Watch Was Unsuccessful. Very Frustrating & Really Outrageous. Never Have Stayed At A Hotel Without The Ability To Watch A Variety Of Options. Only 3 Pillows For 1 Queen Bed With 2 Adults? No Blanket In Room? No Extra Towels Allowed, Only Towel Exchange

It was okay. Kind of dingy. The sheets are really synthetic and the pillows are hard foam blocks. The AC wasn't working well, so it was just a loud fan and heat and humidity all night. The water pressure is poor. Don't count on the free breakfast. The coffee was undrinkable and the processed snack food was a hard pass. It was fine for a less expensive quick overnight stay, but we won't be staying at this chain again if we can help it.

The staff was very inconsiderate. When I needed towels or anything I was told that I needed to come down and bring them to them. I was refused room service because my stay was shorter than 2 weeks so I was forced to stay in a dirty room.

My first impression was at the front desk. The woman that handled my reservation was rude and was not looking to help when questioned about the registration that was paid for in advance. I knew to just register and if I needed anything from the front desk, I would ask someone else after her shift. It was disappointing since the room was not cheap. I expected the front desk to be more inviting and kinder.

Our room was quiet, hallways were quiet. This was a pet friendly property and we did not hear any dogs barking, we brought our own dog as well. Negatives were that we arrived at about 10 PM to check in and I called the phone for front desk check-in and the phone was not answered after I called two or three times. No one was behind the desk and it took 10 minutes for someone to arrive. The security doors that need a key to enter from the outside were never locked and there were people hanging out by their cars in the parking lot looking like they were having some alcohol. When we arrived in our room, the bathroom sink was 6 inches full of cloudy water due to a clog. No one was in the property on a weekend to fix it. They did offer us another room, but by that time we had already unpacked everything and did not want to move. When I spilled some water on the floor and used a washcloth to wipe it up, the cloth was filthy dirty. Refrigerator was banged up. Nothing about the room looked at all like pictures on the website. Carpeting in the hallway was old and stained. Definitely a two star hotel.

The gentleman at the desk wanted me to wait 30 more minutes at 2:30AM to be able to check in. Unacceptable for a traveler arriving exhausted in the middle of the night. Secondly, the room had a horrible chemical smell to it that felt really toxic. I won't be returning to this place.

Front desk service was horrible. We waited over 20 minutes to even begin the check in process since the employee was nowhere to be found. The employee didn’t even say sorry when he finally came back.

I was unable to stay at this hotel due to unexpected travel delays caused by inclement weather. I attempted to contact the property multiple times to alert them of my late arrival, but communication was extremely difficult—emails went unanswered and I couldn’t reach anyone by phone. Despite my efforts to notify the hotel, I was still charged for one night’s stay. Rather than working with me or acknowledging the situation, they simply canceled the rest of the reservation after charging the first night. Travel can be unpredictable, and I understand policies are in place, but a little flexibility and basic communication would have made all the difference. I won’t be booking here again.

Clean, comfortable, updated room, friendly hardworking staff. Packaged muffins and coffee in the lobby in the morning otherwise no frills, no amenities, no daily housekeeping, have to fetch your own extra towels, TP, kitchen items ( kitchen is initially empty, no dishes, utensils, coffee maker, etc had to go to the desk to get anything you needed), but perhaps that’s the nature of extended stay? Security cameras and big security monitor in the sparse lobby made me wary about safety, but ultimately all good security wise. Some strange yelling and noise two nights in a row around 3:00 a.m. for a couple of hours, manager handled it. Would stay again in a pinch, but not alone (female traveler), our usual choices in the area were booked. Stayed 4 nights.

Overall the stay was ok. The property apparently has a lot of long term residents who hang outside the front doors and smoke. It’s kinda weird and gross. I was not comfortable walking outside without my boyfriend or my son even just to the car. Also not enough staff.

Very quiet and it was very comfortable in room. I had access to a stove and refrigerator. Didn't use stove but was very happy with the use of the refrigerator. Overall stay was good just wish rates could have been more reasonable. I would stay at that location again.

Very rude staff, we waited around 20 min for the front desk lady to arrive who was so rude and with bad mood .. as if we were begging from her…. Bathroom, no shampoo just a small soap and the hair dryer wasn’t there in place Breakfast, small desk with few cupcakes, coffee, energy bars and some oatmeal sachets Overall…. Very bad and sad experience Will never never never repeat it :(

I stayed here for 4 days. No daily cleaning service. They only clean after checking-out. There is no breakfast, just coffee and muffin 6-9am. When I switch on the air-conditioner, there is some stinking smell came. So, didn't used AC after that. $230 per night is not work for this hotel. The kitchen utils are rusty. Also, they are very strict on check-out time. They will knock your door sharp at 11am and give only 15-20 mins. Even though, I checked in late night around 1am, they have the strict 11am checkout time. All these hotels should change from standard check-out time 11am instead they should have 24hours check-out time. The price we pay for this booking is not worth the money.

“Breakfast” was grab and go nutrigrain bars and gross muffins, not exactly what one would consider a breakfast. Didn’t love the people smoking pot in the parking lot either. Lobby is very uninviting. But the room was clean and comfortable.

The hallways and room were smelly and covered up with cheap air freshener. The free breakfast was a small granola bar. I'm not opposed to a low level of service for a low price, but please be truthful about it. I won't use this brand again

Stayed one night and it was suitable for that. Property was clean, room was rest at 2:30. However, we saw bugs in the bathroom at night ( gone in the morning). The breakfast included was only coffee and oatmeal/granola bars and prepackaged muffins.

Recently stayed for a quick over night. Property was fine. Outdated but wasn’t stay long so I didn’t mind. Complimentary breakfast was very lame - was out of coffee and all the packed muffins were squished. All in all a fine stay.
