Wifi is the only issue I had. And Besides the hotel being out dated , the new renovated section is nice. Needs new doors though

Rooms are very comfortable and Clean. Staff had no problem helping. Only bad thing security no security lock inside

Updated but, no chairs, no tables or luggage rack, no toiletries but two quarter size soaps, no bedside lights, TV didn’t work, no radio, no closet, just three hooks, weird disco style with a full length window from the shower to room.

I was concerned about the safety of my car because of the creepy local businesses--strip club and hookers nearby. There were no chairs or table in the room, Internet service very slow. The shower was lit with glowing red lighting. It felt like a rent by the hour situation...

Great time at the Imperial Suites. Staff was extremely helpful and considerate. The room was gorgeous and loved the RGB lights, the spaciousness and multiple shower heads of the shower were only second to the large window feature. Only gripes were the Wifi was absolute garbage and maybe a few more toiletries could be expensed.

Power went out in the room multiple times.

Clean rooms but lacking in furniture. Doors don’t have a single lock from the inside. Our room had mold in the bathroom above the toilet so we asked to get moved which they accommodated.

Even if it was free next time, I wouldn't stay there. No ice No hangers just three hooks on a wall No inside chain of lock to secure the room No chairs to sit on No kleenex No shower curtain A person had to come to the room to set up the TV box.

I loved the huge shower. Very affordable for a night stay! I would stay again! The door to the outside doesnt close all the way and has a a gap. Wish there was more locks to just feel safer myself.

Everything was nice but it would have been nice to have nicer pillows and nicer tiles and the cleaning staff can do just a little bit better in the showers my last day there was a lot of hair in the shower

The romantic room was nice only downfall the bunny remote batteries were dead and the burn holes in the linen. Overall the room was clean. Great stay will book again

The rooms were clean. The towels were the worst I have ever used and not enough in the room for 2 people staying 2 nights. The room was not cleaned after the first night. Asked for clean towels and was accused of not returning the correct number of dirty towels. Believe me, no one would steal those scouring pads. Ran out of TP and had to ask for a roll. We were a party of 4 in 2 rooms. Various remote controls did not work. The plastic mattress cover made a lot of noise with the slightest movement but is a necessary evil in an adult motel. The beds were very firm, probably not intended for a restful night, and the metal bedframe made clanging noises that sounded like someone pounding a 55 gallon drum. You have to sign a waiver releasing the motel of any liability if you injure yourself on the voyeristic Playboy bunny headboard watching your every move. You also have to sign a liability waiver for theft. There was some suspicious activity in the parking lot. But it is clean, reasonably priced, reasonably close to the Henry Ford Museum.

My husband and I thought we were booking a nice hotel. This property had “hourly rates” posted in their lobby, indicating exactly what kind of hotel this is. We saw several rooms and all reeked of pot. Buyer beware. After asking for a refund, which was denied by the Imperial hotel as well as by Hotels.com, we left this property, and found a decent hotel 1/2 a mile away.. I will not recommend using either Hotels.com and will not continue booking through them as they allow a property of this nature on their site. I’m disgusted and wish to warn anyone or any family what you are in for if you book through Hotels.com or this hotel.

The lights was awesome! But there was no tables or chairs so had to strictly sit just in bed. Floor was so dirty I had to wash my feet and stuck to wearing flip flops. Mold was in the shower. Holes in the wall and the door knob was broke. It was a good time but wont be returning.

I love the room it was a getaway for the weekend with my boyfriend. The rooms are sexy, comfortable and just relaxing. My only complaint is there was only to tv stations

Beautiful room, nice staff. Doesnt have anywhere to hang or put your clothes other then that i loved our room

Area was quieter than I expected, but for a business stay it works. The room was spartan with essential amenities, but threadbare towels were a let down. Otherwise, the nicely colorful rooms and super-fancy bathroom design was nice.

Excellent stay. The rooms are soooooo sexy. Omg the shower was the highlight. If you want to bring your significant other somewhere to set the mood this is the place. The prices are excellent. I will definitely be back. Only suggestion is to add a chair and table in the rooms and upgrade your towels.

The new remodel rooms are very nice and has just the right amount of space for everything your planning for the night. I will be going back very soon

Great stay, very clean. Ended up leaving my phone on mistake. Staff was honest and called my primary phone to inform me. Would highly recommend this property.

The people there are fantastic

Housekeeping staff not good. Depending on the receptionist, they will not care about your concerns… took 2 hours to get towels. Also don’t expect them to communicate anything like the water for the entire motel to be temporarily cut off… if I were to go back, I’d go prepared to not communicate with them for help… they are NOT helpful.

I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms and it was beautiful. The staff was super friendly, however they seemed to be stingy with towels. I had to bring my dirty ones down before they would give me clean ones. I wish they could find a different way to handle this request.

Definitely did not realize we were booking a hotel room next door to a strip club and the rooms were definitely not made for sleeping if you know what I mean. Door didnt seal all the way. No way to shut LED lights. The neighborhood seemed unsafe so we couldnt even sleep there. Would not recommend. Would be a great placed to rent hourly with some fun guests.

I highly recommend staying here! The lights are pretty. The lit up fireplace is really nice. The rooms are clean. There was noise outside in a parking lot across the street but the tv drowned out that noise.

It did what we wanted it to do, except for: 1) First day we settled in, we went to a local museum. Returned to find we've been locked out of our room. We had paid for a 2 day stay. Took it up with the owner, who apologized profusely, and let us in. 2) Second day, 6:30 am, car alarm going off. Then, a full blown domestic dispute starts. In order to prevent damage to my truck, I had to get dressed, go out and move it. Asked owner, at check out, if he knew what was going on with the sketchy people roomed above us, said yes, and that he threw them out, and banished them from returning. In light of these issues, a refund of some sort may have been in order. But, it wasn't to be...

Went last weekend with the boyfriend for a weekend away and we loved it! He worked late and we had to check in way after midnight they staff was amazing and helped us out with anything we needed. The room was great shower amazing! Also great area we were just a 6 mins drive to some good restaurants. We have even talked about making this an every other month trip!
