It was nice and clean. Even the water park. Kept very well. Rooms can be updated as they seemed outdated but still good.

Not sure how this hotel is still in business It is so outdated The carpet is filthy Stains everywhere Rooms and hallways smell We booked it so the kids can enjoy the water park - big mistake. When we complained that our room is not getting cleaned the staff said rooms don’t get cleaned except if you stay for 4 or more nights. When we complained to the manager she requested a one time cleaning exception which was not done. The cafeteria is way overpriced $7 for coffee are u kidding me ? Anyways, the biggest issue is that this hotel is in need for major renovations and pictures don’t do justice of how bad the smell is everywhere and how badly rooms and bathrooms need to be maintained. I would avoid at all costs. U can always go there for a water park day pass but I wouldn’t recommend to stay in these moldy rooms

The breakfast place where you had to order and pay then the food is served to you was not enjoyable. It advertises pancakes, French toast then advertises platters with scrambled eggs bacon sausages and potatoes was ridiculous because we couldn’t get pancakes of French toast separately. So we had to have them with the platter with eggs. Most of us did not want the eggs. A complete waste of food. All the food was cold and not made to order. The bacon was not cooked and besides cold was like rubber. Never again !

Well, my main issue was that 3 life guards were more interested in a blown up latex glove than with a child who flipped off a boogie board. In addition, the hotel is showing its age. It is old, outdated, and the rooms were not clean, especially for what was being charged. We are just going to Great Wolf instead from now on. Great Escape is not worth it.
