Property is located right off of I-87, next to a shopping mall with a Target—very convenient! The property itself looks new and everything is very clean. I used the fitness facilities and my kids enjoyed the pool. We had a room with a kitchen and it was comfortable and spacious for the 4 of us. Housekeeping was very responsive to our requests and the front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast is your usual hotel fare so we brought some of our own groceries. There are BBQs at the side of the building if you want to cook your own food. It’s very close to Six Flags and about 10 minutes from downtown Lake George.

There is construction using heavy machinery on the property that starts at 8am. It’s 15 degrees outside and the windows are paper thin and the heater didn’t work well and started to blow cold air. The Mountain View side of the hotel is actually the freeway side and it is not peaceful and quiet, you can’t even see the mountain. The walls are also paper thin and you can hear people talking and walking down the hall.

The hotel stay was excellent, until the second of two elevators broke. One was broken before we arrived, the second broke the evening before we checked out, so we had to lug lots of luggage down from the third floor

I wasn’t going to write this but this was the tip of the ice berg and I want to make a complaint. We are frontline nurses and we finally booked a vacation and drove 4 hours to book a stay at your hotel. After we left, I saw a charge of $75 for a pet fee. We do not own a pet. I called and spoke to an associate named Maria and she referred me to her manager Amy. I was told there was pet hair in the room and I need to pay a fee. I repeatedly told her we don’t have a pet and she was very rude telling me housekeeping found pet hair. She then told me to take it up to Expedia. I was later told after speaking to several associates that I would be refunded by Hilton customer service but I still do not appreciate the service. The elevators were not working and there were stains on the pillow even though I was told there were extra pillows in the cupboards. We also requested more towels and they took 5 hours to bring the towels. The staff at the hotel was extremely rude and I’d like to be compensated/partial refund for the inconvenience.

Our bedding had hair on it when we turned the bed down, we had housekeeping and the supervisor responded immediately and changed all of the linens, which was acceptable. Breakfast staff extremely polite and welcoming.

We like the Home 2Suites because of the kitchenette. All other Home 2Suites have been exceptionally clean. However, the room we had, the kitchen and bathroom floors were covered with hair and other debris. The carpeted area was covered with debris. Housekeeping did come in to vacuum and map. The edges were still dirty. I loaded the dishwasher with all the dishes before we left. I had to wash dishes before I could use them. The glasses had lipstick on them. I never go barefoot in hotel rooms, regardless of how clean they appear. I'm hoping this is a one-time lapse.

The bed in the room they gave me wasn't changed and when I opened the sheets they were all wrinkled ! I called downstairs and they gave me another room. The breakfast options were OK but seriously lacking fruits.

Overall it was fine- a clean modern room with a big picture window with a nice view. It fell short in a few ways though if being used by more than one person. There is a pull out table but only one chair! Only three forks in the drawer also was pretty chintzy. Also , the in the room coffee maker should be ungraded to an actual coffeemaker. I had called in advance to find out what kind of coffeemaker they had in the room because we like to bring our own coffee and was told it was a Keurig style machine. Well, it was not a Keurig but rather the cheapest sort of tiny drip hot water heater that makes mediocre coffee. We ended up bringing up cups of coffee from the lobby instead. The staff were all very nice and accommodating and the breakfast buffet was fine. I would definitely come back here again!

I booked this property thinking it has a full fledged kitchen. Did not realize it does not have stove and actual cooking facility. You can only heat up food in the microwave. It has a nice big fridge with good size freezer. Absence of stove disappointed me.

Room was cold at night. Thin blankets snd themostat max'd at 70 Wr had it at 70 but there was no way it was 70. Jeot waking up colf and im a big guy that doesnt need it warm at all. Beautidul but they have to cheap out on heat and blankets. Would not stay again

I like the set up of our room. It had a kitchenette with a microwave, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. There was also a large sleep sofa and pull-out dining table. All of the staff were very nice and helpful.

Breakfast staff was awesome. She brought out fresh hot homemade biscuits and went to each table offering them to everyone. She made sure everyone got something to eat even if she had to go in the back to make something else. Front desk was just as nice and knew our names the whole weekend. We will definitely stay there again.

It was great except for the general manager. She was a horrible person and should not be representing any brand. The entire Hilton brand has a mark on it because of her actions and the way she treated my family. And she did this in front of her staff and all the guests that were trying to enjoy breakfast. I am embarrassed for her. What an awful person and its very surprising that she would be someone that is in the people business.

What a nice stay we had. We were there for two nights for a wedding in Lake George which is about 15-20 minutes away. The hotel is immaculate to say the least. The staff were all so nice. Very nice breakfast buffet. Nice outlets for shopping nearby. If you’re in the area and need a hotel I highly recommend home2 suites. The only thing is they need a bigger sign as it’s hard to find the first time!!

Great location! It is about 15 min from Lake George Village and there is a Target 2 minute away if you need to get any last minute items. Room is spacious, clean and pet friendly with a $75 pet fee for entire stay. I would recommend not getting the room right above the outdoor seating because we heard people shouting and playing corn hole till 11:30pm. We were informed hotel can’t do anything until past midnight. Overall, it was great stay and the free breakfast is definitely a plus.

The room was great. Very spacious and very clean. My only complaint is about the complementary breakfast. The first morning we arrived with plenty of time before the breakfast would be over and there was hardly any food available. The second day we arrived even earlier, and there was absolutely no bread products almost no yogurts, or milks and barely any egg products. Very little food and we left hungry. Very disappointed with this aspect of the hotel. Also, there was only one staff member responsible for the breakfast. When we try to speak to another staff member about things that were missing she basically blew us off and walked into the office. I did not go to tell anyone about it.
