Stayed 1 night

It took us more than 20 minutes waiting for someone to show up at the front desk ti check in, our cards didn’t work to the pool door, and the shower in our room only had a jet spray so my 7 years old daughter had to wash with a cup because she couldn’t take the spray. When she got out of the shower, the fire alarm went off in our room. I hit her dressed quickly and we went to the front desk. The woman was sitting there watching her phone. The alarm never signaled the fire panel alerting anyone else. I told her I did not really feel safe being there because if there really was a fire, the place would be fully involved before anyone knew. Breakfast in the morning was a joke. No milk for the cereal, coffee wasn’t drinkable, and the variety was non-existent. The waffles were chewy like the mix was old, there were some apples for fruit, but overall, the premade fried(?) eggs were not great and the sausage was disgusting. The room and bathroom were clean and squared away. Some of the clientele were sketchy tweakers and I made sure I parked my vehicle under the window to my room. Will not go back, would rather sleep in my work van with my daughter and shower in a truck stop.

Don’t get a room on the side of the highway, and the breakfast was a bit late and low end stuff. Otherwise a useful stay

Stayed 4 nights

There was a large number of residents who appear to live there - possibly using housing vouchers. The residents with their children spend most of the day in front of the hotel in the parking lot and surrounding areas. They are loud and swear. The police came at 3am to investigate something. I heard from others that this wasn't a unique occurrence. We will NOT stay there again.

The entire place smelled like marijuana, cigarette smoke, or fragrance to try and cover up the other smells. They are using the hotel for over flow of section 8 housing so there are homeless people all around the property and in the hotel. There were people doing drugs outside the hotel and no staff member did anything about it. I did not stay and asked for a refund where the staff was very dismissive. I ended up getting a refund from Expedia. I would not recommend this facility and do not believe it should be allowed to advertise as a hotel since it now is a homeless shelter. If I could give negative stars I would.

Stayed 1 night

It was difficult to check in, a small lobby that was filled with people waiting. In my room, the toilet was backed up, there was a used bar of soap still in the shower. The property outside itself was dirty with garbage, cigarette butts everywhere, and beer cans. I will not stay at this particular location again. Especially for the price of the room that I paid for. The only bright spot was the gentleman at the service counter. It seemed like he was the only one working the entire building.
