Arrived late and the parking was in short supply. Parked a long way from entrance. Had a hard time finding our room(174). We were guided to the wrong elevator by front desk. Room was on the other side of the building. A wall arrow pointed to the wrong direction. Breakfast buffet was included in the room rate. That was very good and the server was excellent. Price is $24.95 when paying outright.

No pool, stains on hallway floor and refrigerator in room didn't stay very cold. It was also hard to find a parking spot. I believe if you rent a room, you should be guaranteed a parking spot. Maybe even designated a specific one. Room was pretty clean and they have a nice breakfast buffet. If I ever visit this city again, I will probably give a different hotel a chance.

The staff were nice. I didn’t like the cockroaches in my room! I didn’t like there was no pool indoor or outdoor. I thought when I booked it said pool/hot tub. Cost a lot of money for 2 nights.

Very disappointed that the pool & jacuzzi was taken away. Replaced with empty hot nothing.Breakfast also could have been better. Was looking for an omelette or even a waffles . Not happy.

Nice property and staff but nothing in walking distance. Must have been an event going on as parking was full each nite we returned. The beds were double but had space to be queens which would have been much nicer. A comfortable stay for what we needed and worked since we had our own car. Booked for three people but only towels for 2. Again, not a deal breaker, just saying! Thanks!

A delightful hotel. Wonderful breakfast buffet, vibrant lobby bar and lovely out door areas to enjoy a bite or a drink. While clean and well appointed, we were disappointed to have a room where the a/c wasn’t working. We were offered the opportunity to move, but after unpacking thought it wasn’t worth the effort. Housekeeping should keep up with such things.

We recently stayed here as part of a long trip. Hotel is large and parking seemed fine, we had no issues finding a spot checking in at 11pm on a Friday night. Pros: rooms are a decent size, well lit, and the beds are comfortable. Entire hotel was clean, but not white glove clean. Front desk staff was efficient and polite. Cons: we checked in late after driving all day. Upon arrival the lobby was sweltering, which wouldn’t have been too bad if we didn’t have to drag all of our stuff through it since a manager was using the only bellman’s cart to stock the little store. After finally making it to our room, we found it to also be warm. Turning on the ac sounded like a jet engine. Since it was so late we decided to just live with the noise. Sadly the fan cut off around 1am which woke us up, it then proceeded to run off and on the rest of the night. Not ideal. The shower/toilet room gets unbearably hot after someone takes a shower, and the sink/vanity is in the room which is less than desirable if you are sharing a room. Finally, the hotel provides a breakfast buffet for $25 a person. It’s served in the hotel lounge. Ours was included in the price of our room, and it’s the same items most mid-grade hotels offer for free. I can’t imagine paying $25 per person, certainly not worth it.

As I was walking in to check in a mouse ran across my path. I never seen one inside but that sight alone was unsettling. My room was at the end of the hall near a blacked out stairs, thankfully I traveled with my door stopper stick and helped me feel safe. Breakfast is pricey which I did not get until the last day. They came over to me and my nephew to make sure we paid. I will never stay here again because I felt uncomfortable as a minority, not so much by the hotel but by the other guest that stayed who mostly Caucasian. P.S. They also charge you too much a night for security deposit.

Didn't realize sheets were filthy with someone else blood stains, the bed sheets were NOT changed. i had to call room service. They did come fast but very disgusted after that experience.

The property is in a nice location and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and had a good selection. The only problem we had was with the bathroom. A dirty washcloth was in the shower and hair was all on bathroom floor next to the sink. The floor really needed to be swept and mopped. The bathroom was the only area lacking.

Everything would’ve been 5 stars but paid for balcony and view and didn’t receive it. Due to time constraints I wasn’t able to tell the front desk of their mistake and was forced to accept it. When I looked outside of 829 it was just the roof and no balcony.

Truly enjoyed my stay. Only issue we had was the freezing temperature in the room. We were unable to make it comfortable in the room. Also paying extra for a balcony that looks at other rooms wasn't great either.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms really need some updating and better maintenance as they look dated and old. My room (382) had a big crack running across the entire ceiling. At $300+ per night, one would expect a room in a much better condition. Having stayed at many Marriott hotels, this one does not really measure up to the Marriott standard.

They don’t let you check in until 4:00pm. Breakfast is not included. To purchase it is a whopping $27/person. The breakfast buffet is on par of other hotels that include the breakfast. We only bought it the first day. They do not put out coffee. If you want coffee, you have to purchase a cup from the front desk and make it in the common area. Dinning/bar staff was very rude and slow to respond. The location is semi-convenient but not worth the extra cost. I would stay close to NYC or inside White Plains. We will not stay here again

We asked not to have housekeeping service during our stay. Our direction was not followed. To top it off, our room was cleaned before checking out to find out our coats on the cleaner’s pushcart. On a positive note, the staff at the restaurant was attentive and friendly.

when i checked in i mentioned to staff member that i just stayed 2 days earlier at the Sheriden and her response was we are much better. Then i asked her if i could get complimentary breakfast and her response was you have to earn it. Then i thought she put me on the concierge floor but again i have to earn it Then adding to insult she said here's a free bottle of water which i pushed it back at her and then the room she gave me was i think a converted broom closet Never going back. The Sheriden treated me much nicer

Enjoyed our stay. I never seen such a busy hotel. Several wedding parties and they were up to the task. Enjoyed our breakfast and service. Make sure you add breakfast during booking to save money. Otherwise it’s $25 per person.

Hotel is clean and comfortable, but shower was luke warm at best and restaurant food and service was terrible. Ordered breakfast tacos and they were just scrambled eggs in Ortega corn tortillas, no chorizo as advertised. It took 25 minutes to get coffee.
