No elevator….had to luge suitcases up a flight of stairs to the second floor. The bathroom sink and tub faucet leaked. The tub floor was also stained with something that looked like mold. The beds were very uncomfortable. Dirty bed linens as well.

The area around the property was cluttered with garbage and the parking lot had garbage all over. The hallway where my room was smelled like marijuana and there was a roach in my bed (I have a picture). Furthermore, I did not feel safe at this location.

I was told I could park in back, which was closest to my room, but I didn’t feel safe parking back there. It was too secluded and there was a lot of trash. I parked on the side of the building, it felt more secure for me.

We were a little concerned when we first arrived. The side and rear parking areas had a lot of trash laying all over. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find inside the hotel and our room to be very clean and both had a very pleasant smell. The staff was very nice and courteous.

This was a 3 star hotel. No elevator keep that in mind. Front desk was very friendly. Actually this location was very quiet. Definitely some age on the building but I would stay again if I needed.

Room cleanliness was horrendous. After an hour in our room, my child's feet were black from playing on the floor. Our bathroom toilet seat was broke, lamp in our room didn't have bulbs and the only ice machine in the hotel was broke. Positive note: staff was friendly and breakfast was good (they didn't restock though; therefore, consistently were out of items).

Our room had long black hairs in the shower and sink. Also on the towels. The beds sheets had dirt on them. We were exhausted so we made due but definitely not the cleanest. There was mold growing around the handle in the shower. We where in room 122 if you would like to check.

The pillow cases were dirty they changed that but not the whole set of linens. The tub had dirty ring around it. Was a jet tub was filth around those. I stood on a hand towel to shower. Pictures were not reality of the hotel or rooms. Ice machine and another vend were out of order

The tub was GROSS. I was told that they don’t understand why it won’t come up, but said it’s clean. We were given another room. That bathroom isn’t great either, but not nearly as bad as the first one. I will not take a shower in that tub in the morning. The man at the front desk acted as if we were unreasonable. He said they are getting ready to remodel all of the rooms, but that doesn’t help us now, and they obviously haven’t maintained the hotel. We would have left, but we were exhausted after traveling all day, and it was pouring down rain. I would like to attach photos, but don’t see a link.

The bed was comfortable, we had what we needed in the room. But, it got a 2 for the cleaning. One of the worst cleaning jobs I've seen in a long time. The TV was great! Nice big screen.

We found two bugs in our room, there were tears in the furniture, a coat hanging rod being held up by a tension cord, the shower water didn't get hot, and the hallway smelt like it was trying to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana with lavender lysol.

The evening clerk that checked us in was very friendly. I had recently had back surgery and he was nice enough to give us a room on the first floor so I didn't have to climb stairs. Now that's what I call service! Our room was nice, clean and had lots of space. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Breakfast was filling and tasty. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s a pretty worn out hotel that is in the process of getting cleaned up. The bathroom has new floor tile and countertops, but old crusty faucets and shower insert. It’s like they are spending money and effort, but not doing the important stuff. The furniture is old, but the mattress was comfortable. We stayed there while watching the regional car rally race, so we only slept there. The breakfast was okay - basic egg scramble, sausage, waffle maker and some other packaged basics. The coffee is weird, like super black color, but tastes okay. We thought it was instant coffee, it was a topic of driving convo. If you don’t expect a lot, you will be okay. For us, we were just in Paris last week, where a similar priced hotel room was killer and had amazing pastries. Welcome back to mediocre America for hotels!

The hotel looked abandoned from outside. Like construction started and stopped last year. Walked into room 104 it smelled like old smoke and mold. The white bedspread had yellow on the edge of bottom. Looked like a dog lifed its leg. Day 2 no hot water. The carpet was nasty. There was a hole in the wall by the door that was about 6”X3” that had yellow caulking holding it together. I went to the store and bought scented candles and Lysol spray….Yes it was that bad I was there because of a loss in my Family. I wasn’t willing to fight with someone to get a different room. Honestly I doubt that there was a better room. I have never seen a Hotel room like that. I would have never guessed that a Quality Inn would put their name on such a Disgusting place.

It was loud at night, our room was clean. The front staff were great, made an excellent restaurant referral! Breakfast was more than adequate. All in all...ok for what we paid for...we knew it wasn't high end going in.

Hotel a good price and room was decent. Hotel not clean including restroom in front lobby. The pool was green and unusable. Morning employee very friendly - 5 stars. However the older gentlemen who checked us in (at night) was not friendly and not helpful - more interested in watching TV than in assisting customers.

STAY AWAY. Never stayed here. Property set reservation for 1 day early. Staff at property wouldn't change their error and charged me for not staying. Even once Expedia Customer Service contacted them, they refused to assist in their mistake. STAY AWAY.

Felt unsafe due to men sitting in grass drinking beer. The commode had urine on the base. Door did not fit doorway as you could see light around it. TV didn’t work. Was going to call front desk, phone didn’t work either. Had to walk to get help to get tv fixed.
