Nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Road noise was not a problem. Pool was a little cool.

Clean, easy access, ample EV chargers excellent breakfasts

Only 1 girl working front desk, received multiple calls during check in. Had to wait 30 minutes during check in. Checked in at 7pm and was told my room wasn’t clean yet. Pool was closed and breakfast was gross. Food was dried out.

The receptionist was attentive, friendly, and professional. The hotel was immaculate, and the work out area was actually much better than I anticipated.

I enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was good and the gym was amazing.

Very clean and comfortable facility. Cleanest indoor pool I've ever seen in a hotel. Staff super accommodating, friendly. Loved this place!

Very clean and new hotel! Safety of having to use your key card to go up in elevator.

The only issues I had with the entire stay was the room key not working on the elevator it was extremely annoying to operate the elevator with the room key

We got in after 10PM, got into our room to find the shower area had not been cleaned or restocked. I have photos of used bar soap and empty shampoo bottles and dried soap on handles, etc. Passed up cheaper properties in the area for the Hilton name and the peace of mind that comes with it. Also around 830 am went to get breakfast and everything was empty, just crumbs. Waited 15-20 minutes thinking they would refill. It never did. Garbage was overflowing. We just left.

This hotel was very clean with an updated look.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly. Will definitely stay there again when I am back down that way.

The bathroom was not very clean. All of the corners in the room has cobwebs. The shower doors weren’t clean and the sink had hair in it.

After traveling all day, walked into a dirty room with previous guests things scattered all over the place, including their hairs on nightstand and in bathroom (I have pictures to show this). That in and of itself is not a huge deal, what was very upsetting is how rude the front desk guy was when I asked to get switched to a clean room like I was bothering him to ask to get switched to a room without previous guests hairs all over the place. They did switch me but overall bad experience.

We were surprised by the amount of road noise that can be heard inside our room. The carpet in the room is heavily stained but everything else in the room was very clean.

The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing - ham/cheese/green pepper omlette, sliced kielbasa sausage, and fried potatoes. Even the coffee was excellent. Great stay - clean, spacious rooms at a good price.

Dirty wash cloth on top of shower curtain left behind. Room had a dirty smell. Staff a bit on the rough side. Three were out front smoking at same time at 9am.

When we got to our room it was 78 degrees, we tried to cool it down, but it was too warm for sleeping. Beds were fairly comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was decent.

Best dang shower I've had in a hotel in ages. Good bed, good pillows, great staff, and clean. The bathroom fan even worked (something we've noticed being a problem in other hotels lately). Quiet, too.

The TV was almost impossible to get to play. It took several minutes to wade through the process.

Front desk had difficulty locating my reservation even after I supplied my itinerary number. I asked to have a receipt sent to my email when I checked out and never received it. Received my credit card statement and I was double billed, once by hotels.com and then when I checked out by Hampton Inn. I am currently attempting to get the second charge removed. Easy to get to, clean nice hotel. BUT they programed someone else's card to our room and someone walked in on us.

I’m honestly at a loss about how to describe this stay. We arrived at 8:30 pm to find a line of 4 people waiting to check in. There was a young woman and her daughter who had been waiting so long that they had pulled up a chair for the little girl. The problem was that they said she had to pay again even though she had already booked and paid through a 3rd party site. She showed them her confirmation and they would not honor it. The young woman behind the desk was not equipped to handle this and was on the phone with someone who she said told her to tell the woman to go to another hotel. It was crazy! During this time another couple did leave and go to another hotel. When it was my turn to check in (while the young woman still waited!!) the person behind the desk ran my card and later I realized charged me for the night even though I had prepaid with Expedia. I went downstairs the next morning and the very nice woman behind the desk said yes, this happens often. She got some guy, I guess the manager, I’ll never know because he didn’t say hello or introduce himself. I explained the problem and he said yeah, Expedia only pays $15 at first so we charge you and then refund. He said Expedia sucks. I said that is ridiculous and if you know this is a problem why do not have a better way to deal with it? He said my charge from the hotel would fall off my card but I refused to take his word for it and made him void the charge. Terrible customer service!

This is a great hotel to stay in and the staff were all very kind and helpful.

The general manager was working the front desk was trying to refuse me service do to my disability. I told him I had a service animal to which he replied it's an ESA and not a service animal. I showed him state documentation for the animal and he still tried telling me it's an ESA

Easy on and off stop halfway between Charlotte, NC and Southwest Michigan. Convenient fast food options. Only one establishment (BWs) offering adult beverages.

Hotel seems new and is very clean. Secure area throughout requires room key to use the elevator, which is a bit inconvenient (or is the area more unsafe than I think?) Several fast food places nearby but next to nothing in terms of dining in and having a drink before dinner. Should be fine for a quick overnight stay.

We found it to be a very nice hotel, close to every place we needed to go to.

Great location, there is a Walmart right next to the hotel and it is walkable distance. If you drive a semi truck you are allowed to park in Walmart right next to the side of the hotel. If you driving bob tail or dump truck you will def fit and have space in the actual hotel parking lot. Friendly service and very clean place. They do have free breakfast from 6-11am

Great stay! Friendly and helpful at the front desk even when we arrived after midnight. Clean room. Nice location off of highway.. Female traveling alone with 3 daughters and felt very safe in parking lot and hotel. Breakfast was good. Only wish we would have been there longer to enjoy this nice stay.

The place is in a great location with restaurants and a Walmart is in the next Plaza. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly.

New. Excellent room conditions. Front desk very helpful. Hot breakfast was okay to good. Eggs so-so. Fix that and it would be very good.

Very nice hotel, clean, large room with huge bathroom and shower. Didn’t give 5 stars due to breakfast being below average on options but also availability. Items were not kept stocked up and on day two there weren’t even coffee urns in the breakfast area. We even gave up on the free breakfast and went to Bob Evan’s to eat. I’d definitely recommend the hotel for the room but don’t expect much at breakfast.

We were very pleased with our stay! Rooms well decorated, bathrooms spotless, staff very helpful, and breakfast choices were great.

We went there for a baseball tournament and 3 out of 4 of our families had injuries from slipping at the pool. The tile is supper slick and it is very dangerous! Also, we went to breakfast at 9:30, it was supposed to go until 10 but there was no food left. We asked 2 different staff and were told they would bring more out but they never did. I would not stay there again and I would not recommend it to others.

Breakfast service was understaffed, two days out of 3 they ran out of coffee, one day they had gravy for biscuits but no biscuits to put them on. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk. I had digital check in, but it is nice to have some type of welcome.

It’s very nice in every way but the breakfast. The oatmeal was dried out. The yogurt wasn’t refrigerated and was warm. The fruit wasn’t very good. No one was taking care of breakfast and it was noticeable. Otherwise, it was great.

Good location, very clean, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. If traveling in the future would stay here again.
