Staff very helpful to quickly resolve a room issue. New room was nice. Parking secure. Hot breakfast options daily with fresh fruit. No pool on-site (at rec center) but a nice location in a cute walking town with several restaurants/stores nearby.

Very nice staff. Clean. Good breakfast and clean eating area. Nice decor. Did not care for driving through parking garage to get to motel as the ceiling was low and pickup truck only had couple of inches of clearance.

This is a catch 22. The place is great. They are in progress of some needed upgrades but unfortunately our stay coincided with renovation. The noise from 8am thru day was horrible. But the staff was great. Very apologetic. I have no issues with using this Hampton again as long as the renovations are over

Nice property. I hear is getting a renovation so that will be nice. Quiet easy walk to downtown for local fun and food. Had an issue with our heater unit replace within 30 minutes quick friendly service

Everything was great for our stay! Our room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and there was a friendly employee making sure everything was stocked. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Overall fine. The room was nice, lobby, parking, acess, breakfast all fine. The bed was NOT comfortable at all. I had brought my own pillow, which I usually do traveling, so I had to use the pillows on the bed under my legs. The bed was so hard & firm, did not sleep well. Perhaps investing in memory foam/pillow top mattress pads could help improve this. We attended a wedding in the area, so the overnight stay served its purpose

Upon our early arrival we asked of the availability of a room, understanding that there might not be one. Any request, early check-in, or a room on the first floor, was met with a grimace and a sigh. We waited for 3 plus hours, and the only person to check with us was the maintenance staff. Both individuals at the front desk couldn’t be bothered with us. On the other hand the housekeeping staff were very thoughtful and efficient, and the AM front desk man was pleasant and hospitable. The other two front desk staff could learn something about customer service.

Great 9 night stay to visit family. Patricia at the front desk was amazing! She is so friendly and helpful. Just a few minor hiccups during our stay and she went above and beyond to make everything right! Patricia deserves a BIG raise! We will come back as long as she is there.

Emma at the desk was especially helpful, and went out of her way to get the room situated, find my HH code which I'd long since forgotten, helped us with visitors for breakfast.. in short, anything we needed, she jumped through hoops to help. I can't wait for our return to Massillon, and hope she is there when we get back!

Staff. Rude at front desk. Got to Motel 15 minutes before checkin at 3:00 and was given my key and went to my room. A maintenance cart was in the room and blinds were on the bed. I called down to front desk and told them the problem and asked if I could switch rooms? Lady was rude and said the were full and could move me but they would maintenance to come up complete the repair. The man showed up 15 minutes later and said I should have never been allowed to come up this room, like it was my fault! After he was repairing, front desk called and if I used the bathroom and if not they could move me! I said the other rude lady told me there were no rooms for me! I also left a key at the front desk and told them my Son’s name. When he came a half hour later , he was asked to show his ID which is fine but was not going to let him have the key as his ID did not have the same first name as mine. Luckily his middle name is the same as mine and was given the key!!! Not what expect from a Hilton and very said as motel was nice but will not go back! The Hilton promise was not upheld!

Cassundra was very accommodating for my family. The night before our arrival I had called and inquired about adjoining rooms for my parents and I so that they could help with our little one; Cassundra graciously took the time and came up a solution for us. After our check in, she quickly inquired to ensure that we were given a crib, which hadn’t been, and she, within minutes, delivered one herself. Then, lastly, through their text feature, I was able to add an additional night to my stay and not have to change rooms. I sincerely appreciate her going out of her way to make sure that our stay was enjoyable, this was our first hotel stay with our toddler, and her kindness and flexibility definitely helped to make it a success! 10/10 recommend and as such I look forward to staying at other Hampton Inns in the future!

Chose this Hampton due to previous stays at other Hampton Inns. It was as expected, nice amenities, clean, comfortable and with wonderful staff. I had two issues that I had never encountered at any other Hampton Inn. I was put off by the parking facilities. The parking signage was confusing and I had to go around the building several times to try and figure out where I, a non handicapped person, was supposed to park. I got annoyed and just picked one. By my third try, I found the entrance. The entrance to the building could have been much better indicated. Later that evening when we returned from dinner, there were children riding scooters and skate boards up and down the parking lot ramp and around in the lot. I was worried about damage to my new truck. The other issue was the breakfast offerings. My significant other said what was there (biscuits and gravy) was delicious but I was looking forward to eggs and bacon like I had at other Hamptons. I was disappointed. I would probably stay at this Hampton again due to its proximity to where I needed to go and the comfort of my room. (The bed was wonderful and I slept like a baby!)

There was a homeless man in the elevator! The hotel itself was nice. However, the parking garage was under the hotel. You ride the elevator to the lobby. If my husband wasn’t with me, there’s no way I would have even parked there. We checked in. Then you ride the same elevator up to your room level. You need to scan a keycard for the elevator to go above the lobby, as it’s the same elevator as the one from the parking garage. As it opened, there was a homeless man who stunk of alcohol asking me to scan my keycard since his didn’t work. He had his own keycard in his hand. I said, “No, you’ll have to get a new one from the front desk.” After he took one look at my husband he got off the elevator. The front desk had a visual to the elevator. Why didn’t he come? What if my husband wasn’t there? There was plenty of time for that elevator door to close with me and that man to be alone on it. I felt safer in Seattle with homeless encampments than I did here.

The hotel was within walking distance to Lion's Lincoln Theater (it doesnt state that in the description-it is a good thing. Most of the streets were closed for some kind of music festival). The room and beds were great. Breakfast was above what I thought it would be. They had trays to take breakfast back to your room. It is the little touches that go a long way. I would definitely stay here again.

Came to town to attend a show at the Lincoln Theater. Everything I needed, Store to pick up water and snacks, restaurants and the theater were all within a 5 minute walking distance. Staff was friendly and the room was nice and comfortable. Would stay again if given the chance

I can honestly say I have never had an experience quite like this one. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which is a positive thing. But….this meant that they couldn’t provide the promised hot breakfast in the morning. Again, understandable, but they offered either a to-go breakfast or a $8 gift card to a restaurant across the street. Problem was that $8 was inadequate. I ordered oatmeal, fruits, and coffee and had to pay out of pocket (pic attached). Again, not a big deal. The room phone had a sign: “check out at 12 noon.” I called the front desk to verify. Nope, 11am. I asked if I could have until noon. “I am sorry, but we have given out all of our allotted late check-outs for the day. We are allowed 3 and we already gave 4.” Never experienced that before. Then, I got a hard knock at my door just before 10am. It was housekeeping. They wanted to clean my room. While I was still in it. An hour before I was supposed to check out. Finally, the shower had low water pressure, and the water was lukewarm. This hotel is not well run, and the staff took no effort. The one positive: it’s in a great location in Massillon.
