The shuttle service at 10:30 pm was greatly appreciated. Front desk area were warm and inviting, offering cookies and fresh fruit. Room was clean and very nice. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic!!

What a gorgeous hotel! So clean and comfortable, really enjoyed my stay. Convenient location by the airport and highway, but wasn't too noisy. Pool, bar, and food on site!

Our only issue was parking and entering the building. Terrible rain and wind no parking available near usable doors. Nearly fell to strong winds. They can’t control the weather but they could have allowed those doors to work.

Close to the Akron airport, food service / bar till around 11, had a good pick of snacks in the front for purchase as well. The staff was very friendly. The entire check-in check out process was easy and smooth. I would stay here again.

Great stay for a night , I was on the highway side of the hotel. If you’re a light sleeper I’d suggest a pair of ear plugs , for me it cooed me right to sleep! Gentleman at the front desk was kind and professional with each interaction! I was also able to schedule a shuttle ride to the air port for the following morning! Very convenient hotel! There are no other restaurants within walking distance, not even a gas station. They do have a good selection of snacks and drinks at the hotel, they serve breakfast and dinner too. Would stay again for the convenience of the air port as I live in another state!

This is a very pretty and clean hotel. The only thing I did not like was we checked in late and the only parking left was way in the back. There was only the pool door to get in that area and it was disabled due to it being closed . The staff told us to use it and they would let us in. No one came to let us in. They need a rear door for access.

It was dirty, but was otherwise fine for the one night we stayed there. There was dog hair all over our floor in the room that we had, and our shower head was broken. When brought to attention, we were told “we will fix that before the next guest”. It was okay for the evening, but likely wouldn’t go back.

If you are going to allow animals in the rooms then employ a room inspector that can smell dog urine in the carpet. Simple change. Some people can't smell dog piss.

Our hotel was clean, staff were friendly, bed was comfortable; only true complaint is the excessive noise from the highway behind the hotel. Although a new building the windows &/or walls clearly do not keep the traffic noise out and as a result loud vehicles woke us up repeatedly during our two-night stay. A restful night at this Garden Inn is not possible if your room is on the interstate highway side of the hotel or without wearing ear plugs.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and had never been placed in a room facing the highway until this visit. I lasted one night and requested a room on the other side of the building due to the road noise. The hotel moved my room as I requested.

The staff went above and beyond! I had a very early flight and they had a coffee and muffin waiting for me for my free shuttle to the airport. Cannot recommend enough!

Staff entered my room on two occasions without permission and I left with items missing from my room. Spoke to the GM the following morning and nothing was done to resolve the issue other GM contacting laundry department who never reached out to nor returned my call. I felt so violated I felt so violated as house keeping entered my room without permission and a gentleman was exiting my room as I returned stating he had to do something with the air conditioner so it wouldn't flood onto the floor all my items were in the room, however nothing was found missing until house keeping was in the room. I didn't leave the room for the remainder of my stay.

Property was very nice and clean. It is close to food and shopping. Even though it wasclose yo airport, I did not hear a lot of noise from flights overhad. Staff was incredibly friendly. We hd a great stay.

Was okay not as well as before when we stayed. Staff friendly was not the same Kevin, George, Dave really great guys. Brent made us feel uneasy not friendly no smile looked at us but not nicely . The cook was not friendly either but the waitress was very nice. Our room cleaning was not bad but the shampoo had run out not refilled. We stayed for 6 days and wanted to stay an extra day but there was no giving a good price to do so. I had went through Hotels.com when we booked our room initially and did not get a military discount so I inquired what I could get the extra night for and she said 170.00 I said I will not pay that and left. I feel after someone paid for 6 nights already you should have gave a decent price. I will remember that the next time I need a room it may not be there.

The Hilton Garden in is THE place to stay if you are flying in to Akron Canton and visiting the surrounding area. It's location was perfect for our needs, but the best part was the staff. I will never remember everyone"s name, but Rachel, Dave, and Linda were particularly helpful, friendly, and kind. The shuttle service to be picked up at the airport was a lifesaver since our plane was delayed and we were unable to pick up our rental car until the next day. I will never forget how welcome and cared for we felt during our time at this particular Hilton. It all came down to the remarkable, friendly, staff and the security, comfort, and peace we experienced there.

We were in the area to drop off child for Fall Semester at Walsh University. The hotel is 15 minutes from Walsh. The hotel is modern, has a very nice lobby, and a small but adequate pool area. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean. The location is ideal: close to I77, Walsh,small Akron Canton airport, and more. We have stayed there before and will stay there again in the future.

This property was really close to the airport, but I can honestly say that it was a really quiet get away, the staff was friendly and the bar and breakfast buffet was a great addition. I loved everything about this location. I will definitely go back.

I loved salmon with veggies at their restaurant. Super service, too. I also loved girls at the desk, super nice and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, rooms huge, and bathrooms are huge. My bed was comfortable with super clean linen. I had a good night sleep.

Business center computer not working properly and front desk personnel not really helpful. Dave the bartender was great. Had rib eye steak and meal was very good. No restaurants anywhere near this hotel which is a drawback. Not enough Kleenex in room. Toilet paper like sandpaper. Very attractive lobby. Sundry store wine selection lacking Chardonnay and Moscato??? Interstate traffic noise on back side of hotel all night long. Try to get front room. Very close to airport. Not bad for a short stay if you have a car to get to a restaurant.

I was disappointed by two things. Breakfast not included. The buffet breakfast was $12 each. The Hotel also pre charged $50 ($950 total) a day for the stay for incidentals. I've never had this charge before. Believe me I've stayed in many hotels all around the world. It was returned at the end but really upset about the charge. So much so in fact I never used any of it for any reason while I stayed.

A note to keep in mind when booking - this hotel does not have breakfast included in the room fee. It’s $12/person for a similarly appointed breakfast that normally is included with a hotel stay. Also it’s very close to the highway and you hear the road noise pretty clearly inside the room. The suite we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel manager was very kind and helpful when we had made a mistake on our reservation. The restaurant and bar at the hotel was great.
