The hotel staff was pleasant and friendly but unfortunately, I didn't enjoy my stay. The ice machines were broken & the shower and bedding was dirty. I asked for a sheet and wrapped myself in that while I laid on top of the bedding fully dressed. I was scared to use the wash rags and towels. I was very close to leaving but I arrived after 2am and had to head out pretty early. After 24 hours of traveling, I was beyond tired but contemplated sleeping in the car. My room looked different from the pictures. I was told it was the last room and was a handicapped room. Credit to the staff, they tried to accommodate me as much as possible! It was appreciated.

There was little appealing about the area outside the rooms. The stairway to the second floor was dirty and consisted of brown hard rubber. Carpet upstairs was dirty though the staff reported it was vacuumed every day. Only the room itself was pleasant. Also pool was not available for use.

Nice bed . Room was clean ENOUGH. Bathroom area floor ok. Shower very clean. Toilet clean. Had mini frog and small microwave. Outside area where smokers smoke was nasty,cig butts everywhere, that’s where I was told to enter easily to room with a dog. Other wise, great RED ROOF BECAUSE DOGS STAY FREEEEEE!! That’s why we choose RED ROOF!! Thank you!! No pool open and no breakfast “ since COVID!’ Lame excuse!!

Worst hotel ive ever been to. Arrived to find out pool was busted. Got to our rooms and found what looked like blood on our comforters. AC barely worked and tv’s were out. We packed up and left!

Don't check in because they got bugs.Everything on there website is a lie.They don't have water in the pool.It smell terrible.A/C doesn't work properly.They couldn't find a iron.The shower doesn't work without holding the shower stem up because it falls back down and starts running water for a bath.I could write so many bad things about this room.Just trust it's not a good place to stay at all.I checked out early and went 20 miles out my way to get a better room.

This was a great place to stay on a budget! Its not more more than a place to rest your head, as there arent really amenities. There is a pool that is under construction. There is free coffee in the lobby and vending machines for snacks. The place definitely needs some work, but for its condition, it is extremely clean. Be aware, the road back to tbe motel is a bit sketchy. It looks like you are headed to a bad place but i assure you, if you only need the basics, this is a wonderful, safe place to stay!

Right from check in I was concerned. the building looks horrible from outside and when entering it is not any better. The check in area is dirty and empty room, smells. I checked in was directed up the stairs (no elevator). Stairs covered in grime and as you reach the top you feel the humidity and additional smells. I opened the door to hall where i was greeted with the massive smell of weed along with multiple people in rooms with doors open, looked like they lived at hotel. When I entered the room the instant smell of urine hit me, this place is disgusting. I don't expect a palace for 80 bucks, but i mean come on!

Pubic hair on the toilet and shower. The previous occupants dirty wash cloth hanging on the curtain rod, crushed corn chips and dust on top of closet, about a 2” gap under the hotel room door. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

In my 40 years of traveling, this was by far the worst hotel. My room smelled of musty mold, had live and dead roaches, cobwebs throughout the room and obvious wasn’t cleaned. It was the worst hotel stay in my life.

The room was clean but had multiple areas of issues including paint scratched off the walls, water damage in the bathroom, the bathroom door was "chewed"/destroyed on the back side, the bathroom door wouldn't latch & the shower rod was pulled off the drywall. Over all the room was sleep-able but you get what you pay for.

Did not appear to be in the best area and not very clean or updated at all. No amenities ,except a pool but did not use. The noise was all night with a door slamming shut in hallway and neighbors alarm going off and being snoozed 6 times. It was cheap and photos didn't look bad. But there was a horror film motel in parking lot. I think people lived there, not sure. Bathroom was dirty. Not again here!

The hotel is very close to I-80/I-90 and I-280 so truck noise is a constant presence. I recommend having a white noise machine to cover the noise. A deep cleaning and fresh paint would do wonders.

The room itself wasn\'t bad and better than the hall & reception area but about what you\'d expect at a Red Roof Inn. It could use some better "fluffier" pillows though and the hallways were dark, dingy and smelled a bit of weed - but now a days everything smells like weed. It wasn\'t totally offensive but for those who don\'t smoke at all, it can be a little overwhelming at times. The outside of the Red-Roof was a bit sketch as the parking lot needed a little more lighting on the side of the building and there is a worn down Travel Lodge next door which gave us the feeling folks may be living there. That said we didn\'t feel unsafe, just not a welcoming as it could have been on the outside. For the price.. definitely doable.

When you're on the road you want an easy check in, a clean room, good quality bedding, a clean shower and a hot cup of coffee for the next morning so you can get on the road again. Red roof inn I salute you for giving me exactly what I needed and not charging me for a bunch of stuff I didn't need.

I paid to stay here for 1 night last weekend & we went to the room looked at the mattress cover which should be able to be washed but clearly doesn’t get washed . residue EVERYWHERE , the shower wasn’t cleaned & nothing was wiped down , even the floors were dirty . the bedding clearly wasn’t washed , it had a stain or something on the top of it & hair inside the sheets . even looking at the toilet was dirty . we stayed inside the room maybe 15 minutes finding another hotel before leaving . when checking out the lady kind of had attitude when i said i wanted to check out , did not even ask why we were leaving which im guessing she knew . & she thought i expected a refund but i did not . the almost $90 i spent for the room was well worth not getting back than to take a chance to get something on our persons for the room not be cleaned at all . absolutely disgusting & i would never recommend to anyone . it’s understandable for the hotel to be a little crappy for the price but the fact the room was not cleaned at all is disturbing .

Good value for a hotel near highway. Problem with these inexpensive hotels is contains lots of full time residence. They tend to treat it like their house and don't respect travelers. No security back door broke and won't shut.

The hotel was an old Howard Johnson hotel. Not a Red Roof. Only a sign on the side of the building declared it was a red roof. First room had a broken air conditioner and a tv that was nothing but snow. The area looks more like a junk yard. Red Roof has got to stop putting their name on dumps. No food in area. Nothing in area.
