Staff very friendly. Pool area and gym very clean.

pool room was very neat plenty of towels chairs to sit if your not swimming very warm in there. The room we were in was very spacious and cozy.

Pool was warm!! Which is a major deal when traveling with kids. Decent size and the pool area was clean and spacious. Small work out room which looks onto the pool. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Would stay here again.

Did not have a hot tub like it said

The day was for pleasure and to use the pool. The pool was depicted larger than what it was promoted. The pool area had a large echo. There was also a birthday party occurring where a bunch of kids rummage the pool for hours. Bathroom towel. Racks looked to have been replaced and remounted , holes in wall showed possible open viewing area. Shower curtain never stayed close.

The bed was so uncomfortable I checked out a day early. It was as if we were sleeping on cement blocks. The heated pool was cold and filthy, when I brought it to the lady at the desk her exact words were “it’s the weekend did you expect it to be clean”.

We loved staying here for the staff and the breakfast. The staff was super friendly and courteous. On the other hand Our room was filthy, had mold on the walls, crumbs on the pull out bed, and stains on the couch. And the WiFi with the TV was terrible. The indoor pool was freezing. The breakfast was delicious and the people serving were super nice. One of the staff members came and cleaned off some of the room and I was super thankful for it. Overall we would consider coming back but would hope for a cleaner and updated experience.

Very clean and trendy hotel with all the amenities you need including indoor pool, gym with the essentials, and a small hotel bar.

The bathroom had hair all through it

sink wouldn't drain properly. bathroom wallpaper was lifting from a water leak. I would stay there again though

Just a quick stop for one night, but everything was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very nice. You might want to check out the room we were in. There was a massive wall of spider webs above the TV. I quickly wiped them down with a towel before my kids noticed. We checked in very late so we just went to bed. But I wonder if you need to bomb the room. It was a lot of webs!!

We paid for room advertised,. When we arrived at hotel they gave us cheaper rooms. For many years Marriott has been my hotel of choice, however times are changing. Our experience with this Marriott was VERY disappointing. So disappointing we tried to leave . They said because we booked through Travelocity we were locked into this nightmare agreement. The hotel was very musty had a moldy smell. The moldy , musty smell was engrained , the smell permeated throughout the hotel hallways and rooms. The key cards did not work to get into the rooms. The desk had to send someone to let us into the room due problems with lock malfunction. The bed linens were NOT CLEAN . My pillow smelled like someone slept on it with bad breath and the hotel did not change the pillow cases. The sheets and covers smelled like stinky feet. This was a very disappointing experience, so unlike the quality I had grown to expect from Marriott. If a person has respiratory issues or allergies this is not the place to stay. The air quality is very poor. Marriott need not just take my word concerning these issues . Marriott quality assurance staff needs to checked these issues out first hand . My family wanted to book elsewhere where. I would not let them because of the former excellence I had experience with Marriott before COVID . But I guess Marriott's former glory days no longer exist. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Very unclean, still dirt on the counters, housekeeping needs help

The staff was very friendly, the shower in my room would not drain properly- So I changed rooms, the second one had a huge spider on the celling, one on the standing lamp in the room and a jumping spider on the window which ended up in my bathroom. The towels had small black hairs on them and everything was pretty dated. I just didn’t feel the room was very clean, I over heard in the lobby another guest had to change rooms as well due to the odor of a smoke smell in their room. I would recommend any nearby hotels in the strip. Not terrible though.

Check-in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and large. Easy access off I90 for quick overnight stay on long road trip

Convenient location, clean workout rooms, attractive, well-maintained pool, attentive front desk, breakfast available for purchase and evening cocktail bar. Rooms are well appointed with refrigerator, desk, furnished balcony, comfortable mattresses and simple uncluttered design. Price is very reasonable and a good value.

It was a nice hotel. The only knock on it is that the bed was hard like plywood.

Food options: poor. Unssatifactory food. Way, way overpriced! $30.00+ for 2 cheese covered bread slices with no taste. It was supposed to be pizza on flatbread. Made in a microwave. Not our idea of a hotel restaurant. Bed comfort: fair. I slept better than i thought i would. Bed was easy to get into. Not too high. Internet access: fair, slower. Main areas of dissatisfaction: STAFF not helpful, odd night desk man with no personality or friendliness. That was at our 9 p.m. check-in. Check-out: same impersonal, unfriendly staff member. Didn't ask how was our stay. Didn't tell me how much i owed. No personality for someone who greets the public. Few amenities! No free continental breakfast! Very disappointing! No FREE coffee anywhere in the building! Unreal. I even asked the lady at check-out. You would think i asked for a free night stay. I just didn't like the overall look or feel of this not-up-to-date hotel. Very boring. Outdated style, in other words. The telephone in our room didnt work at all. We've never encountered that at a hotel before! There was a built in cooler (refrigerator?) With NO FREEZER! No microwave. Cheap and sparse toiletries in bathroom. Coffee maker looked very old and coffee did, too. They had a bottle of Life Water in the room they wanted $6.00 a bottle for. *I WOULD NEVER STAYBHERE AGAIN! NEVER USE THIS CHAIN! GLAD IT WAS ONLY FOR ONE NIGHT!

Excellent property in a good location. However, the check in staff was disingerested in my arrival - and the market was understocked would have been nice to have a split of wine - but there weren't any and the staff didn't particularly care.

Staff were rude, started with the front desk employee who checked us in; to the barista / food attendant. Terrible service and attitude. A very bad experience for us. Never there again.

I was greeted by Chuck who registered me for my stay. He was marvelous & even assisted me in upgrading my room & getting the luggae cart for me. He went out of his way accommodating me. Room was wonderful, clean, & quiet! My stay couldn't have been better! thank you

We had a great experience. The front desk staff were very nice! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable!

The put us in a room that the thermostat wasn’t working. They immediately moved us to the room next door. The employee actually helped move our stuff because we had unpacked some things. I wish I would have got her name. She was friendly and very helpful!

The bistro was very nice for dinner and breakfast. The hotel was clean and the thermostat made it so easy to make the room the perfect temperature for quickly. Great staff!

Good area.Felt very safe. Rooms were quiet. Beds were hard but that's pretty typical for hotel bed. Starbucks bistro food was delish and woman working and prepping food was very friendly and helpful.

The motel was conveniently located to meet a friend who was coming in for the solar eclipse. We arrived somewhat early, 2p., and were initially told there would not be any early check ins. At 2:30p we heard the same woman check people in. We found this to be very odd. Room was very cozy and comfortable and motel is easy to navigate. Lobby is very cozy with alot of seating. Motel also boasts a small bar and Starbucks coffee. Cons: No continental breakfast; a breakfast package must be purchased seperate. Bought 3 ice cream snacks and 2 bottled juices which came to $24.00 Phone in room did not work Pros: Very clean Close to shopping and dining Staff were very pleasant

Great stay. We loved the breakfast options. Delicious and s great bargain! I always love the pool.

The location was convenient and we wanted to try out a new location as we had stayed next door at the Hampton Inn for several years! A few things, a complementary breakfast, coffee and snacks in the lobby and daily room service would have improved our experience (which is what the Hampton Inn provides). Overall the staff was GREAT!
