For what this place is and where it is considering alternatives this is a good place to stay. Overall very clean from the room to the pool area to the lobby. Jacuzzi isn’t very hot but it’s relaxing. Pool is perfect place to get some movement in before bed. Breakfast is also a nice option from biscuits n gravy, sausage and eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, fruit and beverage selection. I thought the bed was super comfortable as well. Super solid option.

We got the in-room jacuzzi suite and the tub was clean and everything was in good working order we use the hot tub that was available in the pool area as well and everything was well maintained and good working order breakfast is just a good continental breakfast but overall the property is very clean everybody is super nice and it's always very accommodating the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are well maintained it's a pleasure to stay here every time we come to town

The beds need to be replaced with new. Very uncomfortable. You need to totally update the decorations and furniture. Very outdated. The swimming pool was disgusting and full of bandaids, clumps on hair. The was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom of pool. We asked for extra blankets and were told they ran out of them? Very confused on that one.

Very clean room and everyone we came in contact with that worked there was friendly and helpful. Love that check in is 3 pm and check out isn't until 12pm! My kids liked the pool too!

Was traveling with our dog and our room was at the end of the hall on the 1st floor so perfect for ease of letting her in and out as needed. The room was great and the jetted tub was wonderful. Plenty of parking that was well lit.

Handicap parking accessibilty great. Employee helped with my bag as I was using walker. Needed shower chair and had no problem getting one. Water nice and hot, shower heavenly.

Great location, nice room, friendly staff. One strange experience, however, was when we went to use the pool and were told that 2 pool parties were due in the next 30 mins. Needless to say, we cut our pool time short as the droves of kids started coming in!

What a great weekend we had. Room was extra clean. My clean freak wife won't stay in a dirty room. She found nothing wrong with this room. You can tell the people that work here care about this hotel. The pool was great. Clean and warm enough to swim in. I cant tell you how many hotels we've stayed in that the pool was to cold to enjoy a swim. We stayed a Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast both days was more that expected. Sunday had cheese omelets. Like i said, what a great stay. We will be staying here on our next trip to central Ohio.

The bathroom was spotless, but the bedspread reeked of body odor, and the carpet was dirty if in bare feet. The staff were friendly, and overall it was a good stay.

Stayed for 1 night as a rest stop to final destination. Service was great checking in, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was very average, and smelled very musty with visible old water damage on the ceiling. The hallway outside the room echoed terribly and it was apparent any time anyone passed by. Bed was clean. Bathroom was dingy but passable. Overall would probably spend the extra $20-$40 and stay at the Hampton next door.

Very old property but incredibly clean. Dome of the outlets in my room did not work which made charging devices a challenge. I could hear everything, conversations, sneezes and farts.. funny but loud. The doors are heavy so it sounded like jail cells closing. Hot shower and pillows were comfy. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was hot and seemed homemade. This hotel is locally owned and operated and it shows the pride they have in it.

We stayed in one of the large executive suites. There is a jetted tub in the bedroom that was clean and warm. The bed was extremely comfortable. Our daughter stayed in the pull out couch and was so excited to have her own room and TV. Everything was clean and well stocked in the suite. My family had a wonderful stay.

The staff was a little impersonable. The room was clean but the bed was like sleeping on 2x4s very very uncomfortable. The layout was a challenge about what was behind this door or this door, elevators hidden behind this door around the corner. Watch out for the vending machines, it'll take your money but give nothing in return. The bathroom is very small with enough room to turn around.

Everything was fine until night time. Check in was great. The lady at the front desk was kind, the room was nice. But the noise in this hotel was something I have never experienced before. We travel several times a year, have stayed in at least 100+ hotels, and I have never been kept up by constant ongoing noise. I am not sure if its because we had a room close to the lobby, but between the doors slamming, the people talking and cussing in the hallways and lobby, and best of all the party going on in a near by room, it was impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep. A woman was singing at the top of her lungs for at least an hour going past 1am. My kids who had a dance competition the next morning were woken multiple times by the singing and screaming from the party. I was honestly stunned that no one in the hotel addressed this. There is no way that I was the only one that could hear this going on. It did eventually stop after 2am sometime, so maybe they did address it, but it went on for a long time before it ended. For having to be at a dance comp for 14+ hours the next day, it was a terrible experience, and probably wont book that hotel again the next time we are in Zaneville.

Location is great 4 me. Staff is very conscientous. The King Suite with 2 rooms was awesome. I was not as pleased with the King Room with sauna tub. The bathroom tub/sauna is a bit aged. The fridge didnt have a freezer. Otherwise, great place. Will stay again.

Front desk staff were frazzled and unfriendly at check in. One lady ave me completely incorrect information about parking, the other refused to switch my room even at 8 pm when I know people checked in after me even though I hadn’t even been to my room Yet. neither lady gave me information about breakfast or the property, luckily I heard them tell someone else when I was up trying to switch my room. I booked this hotel because of the great reviews but those must have been fake. Don’t stay here if you want a friendly experience with parking for anything other than a single car. I would rather sleep in my can than stay here again.

Check-in was fine. The room was fine. But loud dogs were annoying and why do other guests think that everyone wants their GIANT dogs jumping on them? No. Just no. Check-out was nonexistent. No one was behind the counter because two employees were standing outside smoking their lungs out in the nonsmoking area by the doors, so we had to do a cancer run of death to leave the hotel. One guy was behind the counter. He looked at us, then at the ceiling and walked away without saying a word. Totally rude. I got angry and tossed the room keys on the counter and left. I will not stay in this hotel again, I don't need cancer.

I had eye surgery and was released earlier than anticipated. My eyes were covered and I was too tired to wait until 3pm check in. The sweet lady at front desk saw our situation and was able to locate a room that we could check into early. God bless her! Bed was comfy and room quiet and perfect! Thank you!!!

The service staff was friendly and very helpful. Amanda supplied a channel guide for the tv and explained the remote . Still more problems with the remote which new batteries didn't solve. Got new remote and everything was fine.

We were very happy staying here. We stayed 2 nights then decided to stay 3. The staff was very accommodating Linda kept the food and drinks full for breakfast and she was very pleasant to talk with. The lady that checked us in was very nice also. We only planned on 2 nights so our room was booked for the third night and the lady at the front desk and the lady at the desk looked and found us a room and kept our belongings in her office till we returned from our bike ride.. Again we were very very satisfied.. Thank you

We stayed here for a 3 night stay. It was absolutely wonderful! The service was so pleasant and welcoming. If we need any extra towels or what not so helpful and accommodating. When we come travel here again I will only use this hotel.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The surrounding neighborhoods were dirty, run down and did not feel safe. Olive Garden was amazing and within walking distance (1min) We would not have walked over if it was dark outside.

Construction noise outside all night, was very important for me and my wife to get a good night sleep! We got no sleep! Room had a smell like urine, we were afraid to touch anything. Bedding was clean, and bed was comfortable but it didn’t matter because of the Highway Construction 🙁🙁🙁☹️
