The only issue we had was not being able to shower the first morning as the hotel was having a water pressure issue. You could use the tub and still get a bath or improvised shower. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Check in was easy and pleasant. Breakfast was typical, so no complaints there.

We have been going to this hotel for over 20 years and this was the worst experience we have had. They got our reservation mixed up at registration. The remote would not turn the TV on or adjust the volume, it only changed the channels. The bed was unsupported on the left side of the mattress and I felt like I was sleeping on a downward angle all night. The pool was also not available this stay and it wasn't available the last stay either. After 20 years of loving this hotel, I will not be staying here again.

We liked the overall visit. Good location near shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the free cookies at check in. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. The beds are very firm and my husband enjoyed that more than me. Check in people were friendly and quick. Breakfast consisted of bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit cups, banana, apples, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, juice and coffee. Quiet area. Nice indoor pool. No hot tub. Elevator. Guest laundry room. $1.50 per wash or dry.

Good value for money. Nice selection at breakfast including biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage. Make your own waffles too. Would stay there again Pool looked nice. Washer and dryer on our floor.

Despite no smoking signs everywhere the room smelled like old smoke clinging to the carpet. the room had a funky smell. On a very positive note, Cynthia in the breakfast area was delightful. Rest of staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel and room were clean.

There was white paint on the dark laminate floor. The dresser top was sticky. The ironing board legs were bent and covered in dust. The best part, was a used wash rag on the top of the tub enclosure. I would not have stayed here if I weren't with a group of riders that already reserved rooms here.

The room, breakfast and amenities were okay. My bed was comfortable, water temperature and pressure were good, and good tv and internet connection. The one annoying thing was noise coming from the refrigerator, which sounded like the motor needed tightening.

The king bed mattress was a year or two past its prime: it sloped down from the middle on both sides and coupled with the pillow quality made for a restless night. Also there were several water spots and cracked plaster areas on the bathroom ceiling and tub walls.

This Best Western hotel had a very good location for us. It was very nice - the staff was great and the bed was comfortable; the bathroom was clean, shower water nice and hot; the breakfast provided was very good. My only complaint was, our room was to the front of the building, ground floor - our curtains (only one set of curtains) did not completely cover the outer edges of the window and consequently, we had light shining in our room ALL NIGHT. I did find it difficult to sleep.

Check in was quick and easy. The motel and room were clean. The breakfast was good. The sheets were worn and the walls paper thin. We could hear the tv in the adjoining rooms and the people walking around the room above us.

it wasn’t a bad place to stay. I felt a little unsafe because they had a door that we used to come in too, but you did not have to slide your card or anything you could anybody could just walk in. I know we came back at 8 o’clock one night and the door was still open and I don’t know if they locked it at all during the night and night there was a man in the room beside us that was yelling. I can’t believe nobody else heard him. my sister said I should’ve called the desk, but I had never experienced nothing like that before and I’m sure somebody else heard him as loud as he was yelling

Everything wonderful. I couldnt drive after an eye procedure that finished early, and staff allowed me to check in an hour early so I could lay down and recover. Food close by, room immaculate, quiet and close to interstate. Would stay here again!

This is a great place for someone traveling on I-70. It's 9 miles outside Zanesville, so it was a bit inconvenient for me (I was attending events in Zanesville), but that wasn't a big problem. The staff was great, the breakfast was good, the bed was comfy, and it worked well for me - and I stayed 4 nights! The better food options are in Zanesville, but there are a couple of chains nearby. The breakfast that comes with the room was quite good.

This property is right off the road, with several places to eat right at the intersection. Rooms are comfortable, bed, bathroom, nice tv and plenty of plug ins for charging. Their breakfast is a notch above the others at this price point. Eggs, sausage, potatoes along with the usual offering's. This location is great, if your driving at night or just cant drive anymore. Blinking stop light is all thats there. Easy!

We have stayed at this hotel several times, when visiting family in the area. The hotel is always clean and in nice condition. The rooms we have stayed in have been nice. We have never had a complaint about wifi, cleanliness, or beds. The breakfast is nice, however, this time I was on a Gluten Free diet and I found the breakfast lacking in choices that I could eat. Usually, there is fresh fruit at hotels, but this hotel had none. My options were plain yogurt, there were toppings but none I could eat, and eggs. Would recommend this hotel if you are in the area.
