The premises were shoddy. It was a three story hotel with no elevator. The room had a facial tissue holder with no tissues, coffee service with no coffee cups and no drinking water cups in the room. I had to use my hand for water with my pills. The freezer coils of the refrigerator were totally frosted up, making the freezer compartment useless.

It is generally clean. The staff were easy to work with. But it truly needs a makeover. It is showing its age in many ways. We had to change rooms because the refrigerator wasn’t working. The a/c units are old and can be noisy. It worked hard to maintain temperature. It’s a 3 story building with no elevator.

When we got there,the first room was bad.The air conditioning unit was not in working order. We went to desk,they apologized and gave us a new room.The new room was on the 2nd floor which wasn't easily accessible for my husband as he has problems waliking up stairs. The desk associate apologized and stated that the following week the hotel was going to go thru a thorough room to room inspection.

The bath tubs and sinks were so old the whole bathroom needed replaced. The tv kept going off every 10 minutes and the card to get into the hotel took about 10 try’s to get in.. we stayed about 2 hours and lleft

Room was very dirty, Stains on pillow cases, floor had not been swept and bathroom had not been cleaned there was hair on the counters and tub surround. The hotel smelt like 3 day old burritos and smoke. I would not recommend staying at the hotel. Look for another place to stay.

This place charges over $500 a week rooms were not clean hair all over the bathroom floor. Very outdated bedsheets were not changed at blood stains everywhere in the room I stayed in at bedbugs. The only thing front desk said we have a checked out and we can move you to a new room. Needless to say I’m checking out one day earlier than supposed to nor would they do anything like give a refund nothing to me that’s bad business and I do not absolutely do not recommend this place for the money. It’s not worth it. I’ve stayed in hotels for $350 a week That were renovated and clean.

My room wasnt very clean when I got checked in. There was dog hair all over the place, you could tell the floors hadnt been swept. There was dog hair all over the bed and tables as well. Other then the dirtiness of the room I always enjoy my stay.

The mattress & pillows were very old and the bed rickety. The toilet rocked back and forth. The floors were filthy and the tub dirty and it backed up during a shower. While the hotel is affordable and front desk staff were wonderful, there’s no excuse for filth.

This location was not what the pictures present the hotel like. Rooms were filthy, it looked like the rooms hadn’t been cleaned or even wiped off in AWHILE. I purchased more anti bacterial wipes at the store after checking in to wipe everything off. I should have took the wipes to the staff to show them how dirty it was. Not only was it dirty but there were squatters staying in the staircase of the hotel (with a case of beer and their phone turned all the way up) when we came back on Saturday night. I do NOT recommend staying here, pay the extra money and stay somewhere cleaner and safer.

Our room was disgusting. There was blood on the matress pad cover and blood on the duvet cover. There was extreme amounts of mold on the bed skirt, and there were dead bug carcasses under the box springs. The box springs looked thirty years old and the beds felt like a rock.

The pictures did not depict the actual conditions of the room. Bed was not a queen. The mattress was as stiff as a board. The room only had 2 working outlets. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The amenities were terrible.

I have never felt so unwelcome at a place in my life. I had a flat tire which caused me to be behind for my daughter’s graduation. I went to check in for my reservation yet the room still wasn’t ready. They first put me in one where the bathtub wasn’t clean full with a handful of hair. So they moved me from the second floor to the first floor. I heard a man in the next room over screaming at his kids all night. Besides the donut wrapper under the bed and burn holes all over the comforter and pillow case, I went to the car and my son came to the desk to ask to call me. The manager calls me to inform me that “children left unattended they are state mandated reporters and have to call children services” DO WHAT?!? Absolutely not. Besides being absolutely disgusting and unprepared now you are threatening someone on vacation to call children services?!? What is wrong with people?!? Too comfortable throwing that around. Thank god for her I’m not who I use to be cause I would’ve shown her God does exist.

Stayed here for five months and boy what a dump service is horrible staff lazy and rude 700 dollars a week for 5 months traveling for work first room 206 bed bugs bites all over for over 6 weeks continue to tell them nothing done I catch one take it to front desk they move me to another room 122 basement level mold in ac unit abysmal housekeeping service move rooms a third time to room 220 second floor musty odor bland basic cable outlets don't work hard water and lime scale build up if housekeeping calls off room not serviced as scheduled front desk rude and disappears so you have to call them finally tired of it checked into payment inn don't recommend 6 weeks of bed bugs and only comped on night when they get 2700 a month brief layoff and im told if I didn't come in clutch with money to get my stuff and get out couldn't wait one day for the dedication I've given them terrible will never stay again

The desk clerk was incredibly helpful. The housekeepers suck! Found bedbug in the first room so they moved us to another room. The sink in the bathroom of the second room has hair clippings in it from where someone clipped their beard. I’m too tired to move and I’m just praying that I don’t take bedbugs home.

My stop was the middle of a 15hr drive. The shower pressure was fabulous, the towels were so soft and fluffy, bed was cozy and breakfast was ready early so I got on the road 90 minutes ahead of schedule. Fabulous!

The staff was very helpful in getting into a 1st floor room at the last moment (my bad - THANK YOU) , but the heat unit wouldn't go above 66 degrees, the TV wouldn't change channels, and there wasn't an iron/ board for touch-ups. Also, be warned that the free breakfast cuts off at 9 am. Cleanliness was good, just a few nagging problems. I did not notify staff of the problems when we checked in since our arrival was so late (after 10 pm) so I'm NOT faulting the staff at all.

The room was filthy. Using in puddle on edge of toilet. Everything was dusty. Refrigerator dirty. Bathroom floor was filthy and there was mold in bathtub walls. Bench in room filthy. Lights didn’t all work. Air conditioning was filthy. I tried to clean best I could. Told front desk? Breakfast terrible??????????!?
