Excellent for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed, clean room, shower, and crisp clean linens. The A/C worked perfectly for a hot summer Dallas night. Coffee was excellent in the morning. The complimentary breakfast area was very warm even with the A/C blowing but it was fully stocked with continental style breakfast offerings. I would advise that this is an area being "gentrified" so if traveling for a longer period or with a family, do your due diligence. Make sure this is your vibe. In addition, Trader Joe's, CVS, and Sprouts within a short drive. Also comedy club, bars and restaurants nearby.

Great place to stay; convenient for the purpose we were in town, but the Wi-Fi is inconsistent, which can be frustrating when traveling. However, we've stayed here multiple times and always appreciate the hospitality we receive here.

I chose this motel because it was one of the few affordable options within minutes of Baylor Scott & White Medical Center. If you're in town for medical reasons, the location is very convenient. That said, the $90 rate felt more like a $60 room. It was worn, felt a bit dirty, the furniture was dinged up, there was a large patched crack in the shower tile, and the old PTAC unit was loud and left the room feeling damp. The microwave didn't work, which was frustrating since I'd planned to reheat my lunch leftovers. I didn't bother reporting it because I was only staying one night. The biggest issue was seeing two roaches - one on the floor and one on the ceiling. That's unacceptable at any price. The "free breakfast" was also disappointing. Aside from a waffle maker, there were only a few muffins, a couple of yogurts, some unappealing fruit, and a pitcher of lukewarm orange drink. The website photos suggest hot breakfast items, but none were available. Also, be aware they place a $100 incidental hold that wasn't released back to my card for seven days. For a budget motel catering to budget-conscious travelers, tying up an extra $100 for a week seems excessive. I wasn't expecting luxury from a budget motel, but I did expect a clean, pest-free room and a breakfast that matched the advertising. If this is all your budget allows, it's fine for one night, just keep your expectations low.
