Comfort Suites NW Dallas Near Love Field

I stayed here for 5 nights because my sons had a basketball training camp. The facilities were very clean, the front desk staff was beyond helpful and accommodating! When we arrived the fridge in our room was not working, they had a new one there within 30 minutes, and the following morning the Keurig in my room wouldn’t work, again they brought a new one to me as soon as they could manage. The hotel is lacking in towels but this seems to be an issue of theft ie: people taking the towels as they leave. They ordered more towels but they hadn’t arrived yet. Yes the area tends to attract some unsavory people, but is Dallas. This can’t be helped. The pool was very clean, the rooms were clean, and the hotel was clean.

It was good, elevator was broken down so I had to up and down the stairs but other than that it was awesome

The the elevator was broken for a few days straight and they had hs on the 3rd floor so lugging around a 1 year old up the stairs was very fun.

Hookers everywhere. Cars constantly making rounds in the parking lot. It seems like the hookers would get into the cars and park in the hotel parking lot. Elevators were broken, apparently they have been broke for months. Had to use the stairs which is fine but they were very dirty. The room waa very clean but reaked of Marijuana. I asked for some air freshener and the man said "when I get time I will look".

Rooms are nice. Staff not friendly and elevator broken down.

Stayed for one night room was big 2bed restroom was big room and hotel inside looked clean. Checking was okay. Enjoyed the pool but Our room had only provided two towels. Even tho it was resereved for several guest. Pool water had alot of leafs. But still was able to have a good time at the pool. Noticed loitering in the parking lot. When checking out nd leaving the hotel We saw a preservative in the parking lot while walking towrd vehicle. Area is a little schetchy.

Hotel has 2 gentleman clubs next door, homeless people and drunks walking around or by the entrance asking for money, cars parked right at the entrance is extremely inconvenient I had to park faraway just to register at hotel, no security what so ever, elevators didn’t work and is been like that for a while, guy at reception desk was nice, room super clean and comfortable, breakfast is good and very clean, is just a scary place to stay. Property need to invest and gates, definitely security personnel, and maintenance. Definitely won’t stay here again.

Quick stay, decent room but hotel smells like mildew carpet

Very clean and updated Hotel.

Room had roaches. Prostitutes on hotel grounds at night and early morning. Terrible itch all night. Pretty sure they have some bugs. Sketchy cars circling parking lot. Sheets weren’t cleaned and were stained. Ac unit barely worked and rattled all night. For being so close to the airport they definitely need to step it up. Not for anyone with kids.

This was the cleanest room and bathroom that I have stayed in in a long time.

Clean room

The carpet was so dirty that when I stepped into the shower, it left BLACK foot prints. There was a roach crawling on my bed. The cleaning staff had also left someone else’s used washcloth hanging in my shower.

Had dirty sheets. No iron in the room. Musty, smelly hallways. Not hard to find some sort of stain on everything.

Average 3 star experience. Bed was ok. Room was spacious enough, but the old carpet and old couch certainly didn't earn it any extra bonus points. The property is near the airport, so you do get a little bit of jet noise, but overall the noise level within the room was good.

Microwave missing, broken mini-fridge, a/c leaking water all over the floor, loud guests in the hallway.

The elevator was broken so we had to use the stairs, the hallway smelled of weed or something else. The room was the only decent thing except for the refrigerator was broken.

Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, but the noise from the hallway is loud, especially at 3 a.m.

We recently stayed at this hotel, we came to visit Dallas for the very first time on a Memorial Day Weekend. The hotel smells clean as soon as you walk in but getting closer to our room smelled like marihuana. Good thing we didn’t get that smell inside our room. One of the reasons we chose this hotel it’s because it advertised continental breakfast included but, they had the orange juice machine with no juice. Breakfast was supposed to be available from 7 - 10 on the weekends but they didn’t have it ready, so eggs were brought out after we were done eating just bread. The keys worked inconsistently, so that was very inconvenient. They Wifi constantly disconnected. They cleaned rooms every 3 days so you don’t get clean towels every day, there is a sign that says that you can get more upon request but when we requested them they said they didn’t have any at that moment. Also the phone in the room was just for the looks because it was unplugged so we had to go to the front desk to ask for the WiFi and the towels. Really the only good this about this hotel was the location because it was just 7 miles from downtown.

AC did not work. Very hot and they wouldn't switch me rooms.

Hotel was on par with what was expected. Beds were clean and bathroom was clean. The carpets can do with some love though. The service was good and managing unexpected crowds on Tuesday evening due to neighboring areas suffering from power outage. I was upgraded to a double king room suite, and it was the largest suite of its kind I have ever seen. Provided amenities were decent. The breakfast spread was the standard with waffles/bagels/toast being the hot option along with the standard hotel fare of yogurt/cereal/muffins etc. The location of the hotel is in an industrial part of town and not many convivence stores were in neighborhood, on the other hand Starbucks and waffle house were a stone throw distance away.

One of my favorite hotels. I've booked here many times and I've never had a bad stay. Rooms are spacious and the beds are always on point. Good stay for a good price.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

Elevator not working and I was placed on 3rd floor. I needed help with my key as I got locked out, I was waiting at the front seat for 30mins only for the lady to show up and being rude and screaming at me for asking her where she’s has been while me and some other guy has been waiting for a while. Outside is not safe, so many people hanging around and some prostitutes on the road. I would never book this hotel again, very rude staff.

Staff were wonderful and patient. I needed to extend my booking and they had no problem helping me get another night in the same room. Rooms were also very clean, parking was spacious, and the location did not seem sketchy at all.

All front desk personell went above and beyond. Starting with the nice man who checked me in. I do not remember his name but he was very helpful when I needed help. I was there for a job interview so he was very instrumental in assisting me with the printer and copies. Next, the next day, Alberto and Tony saved the day. My only pair of shoes broke so Alberto immediately went above and beyond by tracking down a gentlemen by the name of Tony to gorilla glue my heel. Talk about hospitality and going above and beyond. This is a place I would revisit whenever in Dallas. Customer service like that cannot be found in todays world so kuddos to Comfort Suites for picking the right group of gentlemen to run that ship! Thank you Alberto, Tony and the sweet man who checked me in.

Booked the room back in February, read the reviews 2 days before our reservations. We didn't experience any prostitutes or anything else. Front desk (Champagne) was very friendly and recommended some nice restaurants. Breakfast was very good, hot food, bagels..etc.. The elevator still not working but it wasn't difficult to walk up to the 3rd floor and I had a knee replacement. The floor was very clean as was the hotel. Would recommend and I would stay here again.

Whoever the night shift person was needs an attitude check

We reserved a 2 bedroom suite for our group. Upon arrival they told us it was not available due to a water leak and could only offer a standard room as a replacement. This did not work for our group and so we cancelled and moved to another hotel. Then they had the nerve to fight us for our refund, stating it was their policy not to refund if the cancellation is not made prior to the stay. They called to verify that we were still coming, but never bothered to tell us that the suite was unavailable. Very poor business practices!

Customers service horrible, no hi when you come. Microwave was dirty, I ask if someone would clean it and no one did. My key would work and then it wouldn’t. I told I had it next to my phone and didn’t. Then I was told because it was in my purse smh. The only people that spoke was two men that was working there

Clean. Very friendly staff. For some reason Hotels.com reservation did not show on the terminal, but Avi said no problem and did some more checking. Within 5 mins all was well and we were checked in

Shady area

We encounter a vehicle that was broken in to to the rear of the propery. The vehicle whas a rear passenger window broken and all glass on the floor. The security on this.property is terrible a very bad feel8ng of unsecurity for the vehicles. We also saw several females prostitute on the street next to this hotel. We also saw several prostitute coming out of the hotel as well. I do not recomend this hotel due to the unsecurity on this property and the crime of prostitution going on as well. When I advised the front counter clerk AVI, he looked at me with a face like "what do I care" i advised him to contact the police and did ask where the vehicle was at but it didn't appeared to care to report it. Shame on them.

Not bad for the price. I stayed on a Friday night and the Expedia price was $75, everything else around was a 125 to 150 and up. It's convenient to where I needed to be at Northwest highway and interstate 35. I went out to my car in the parking lot about 2am and was approached by a working girl, but she was polite.

Quiet, clean, quick check in. Good breakfast very comfortable beds

The property was Good, Clean, Quiet, just near a strip club with a LOT of Streetwalkers in the area.

The hotel was not safe, had to worry about my car getting broken into.

Location was a bit shady with an ample supply of working girls, but nothing untoward happened.

Fabulous for the money near the airport

There’s like 3 strip clubs around the hotel, and 24 hours a day prostitution in front of the hotel, women walking outside almost full nude.nit for a family, room was horrible, chips under the mattress, not clean at all, pay for five nights on Expedia but we left the hotel next day, I waist 400 dollars for nothing, check the place yourself on google maps. Horrible area

average conditions. however, property located across the street from a strip club - random prostitutes standing on the hotel sidewalk - homeless people sleeping outside the hotel front door. constant traffic. sketchy location. won’t book here again.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn Suites and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was, allowing me to relax and unwind without any disturbances. The staff provided great service throughout my stay, always friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend Comfort Inn Suites for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel experience.

Very nice clean room. Bed was great. Got a good nights sleep. And a good breakfast of bacon and eggs and waffles. Very pleased

Quite disappointing, the breakfast was scarce, hardly anything relevant was available.

This hotel was disgusting. Room was marginal at best, with so much dampness that the AC unit was definitely full of mold. Elevators were broken so had to use stairs that were just dank. In the morning they had mopped the floor at the bottom but no sign to make guests aware as they dragged luggage down. Breakfast was just gross waffles and basics.

We have stayed here many times and rated 5 stars in past. However this time breakfast was bad, offering only waffles, bagels (no butter or cream cheese) and apples. That was it. Not even cereal, nothing. Went way eating half a bagel and still hungry. First time disappointed here, and hoping it will not happen again.

Nice room. It was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast wasn't the greatest, but there's a Waffle House right next door. Good value for the price.

The staff was very professional, friendly, and efficient. The establishment was clean, my room was spotless, and the atmosphere was quiet, which made for a great stay. The only thing I would suggest is offering more breakfast options closer to 7:30 am, as it seemed like everything was gone by the time I was ready to leave for work. However, it wasn’t a major issue. If I ever return to the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It was okay. They had a beyond strong cologne smell in the entire hotel. It was so strong you could taste it. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Bathroom curtains falling apart stains in the window curtains. Breakfast was a joke. They has one type of cereal only. The juice machine was out of everything.

The room was fine. But the person at the counter who checked me in. Lame personality, his body language was poor, he didn't make feel welcomed. And your breakfast was waffles, waffles, and bread products......... that's it.
