Shuttle to and from airport was prompt and quick. Front desk (Dave) and shuttle driver (Terry) were both pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Walls were a little thin and sounds traveled from other rooms, but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable and we would stay here again if visiting Dallas.

We chose this hotel for the pool. Unfortunately a little girl threw up in the pool before we got there. They didn't treat it or anything so we didn't swim. Check in was ok, but there weren’t any towels or bedding for the couch bed. Overall it seemed like it was short staffed and put a damper on our trip to Dallas.

The main reason we chose this property was because of the hotel shuttle to and from Dallas Love Field. We were arriving in Dallas late in the evening and had a very early flight the next morning. Placed the call for shuttle pick up at 9:55 pm and was told it would be 30 minutes, keep in mind the hotel is only 1.85 miles away. We waited and had to place another call at 10:40 pm. By the time he arrived it had been 55 minutes that we had been waiting. This is totally unacceptable. Once in the shuttle we discovered that the shuttle driver is not dispatched from the hotel but has his own phone that he answers for any incoming calls requesting shuttle service. Seems he works totally unmonitored. Once he arrived he did not load our luggage, my husband did this himself, nor did he unload luggage at the hotel. Once in the hotel we made our complaints to Carlos the desk clerk. Carlos was very apologetic and stated that this was not how Candlewood treats its guests. We advised Carlos that we would be making a complaint regarding Angel the shuttle driver. The hotel itself was very nice. Our room was clean but noisy as it was right by the highway. Carlos the desk clerk was the best part of our stay.

I reserved a king bed but when we went to the room we had a suite with 2 full beds (not queen). We did not say anything since it was close to outside door which was great. We did not get maid service or new towels. Very nice staff. Had a center courtyard area with grills.

What a great hotel! Imagine my delight when I walked into the laundry room and discovered the washers and dryers were free!! The room was very comfortable and the staff was fantastic, particularly Dave at the front desk.

Property was not at all as described, second and third floors had squishy old floors inside and outside the rooms, nasty carpet, loud AC units, and the bathrooms were tubs and very old and gross. Classic Bait and Switch. The elevator was broke, the door to the secure shop was broke. Our bathroom door had a fist hole someone punched through it that was shoddily patched. Just terrible.

The staff was friendly enough but the hotel was dirty. When we got up to our room, there was a dog barking, it smelled AWFUL like a combo of dog waste, pot and old cooking. The one of the beds in our room was broken and the bathroom was disgusting.

We checked in to the hotel for 2 days. Lady was very friendly. Got to our room and the door handle was broken. Literally fell off opening it. The tub was filthy inside and on the outside. There were ants on our nightstand and in the bed. We were given two towels in a suite for 2 days. When ask for more. They said they did not have anymore and that we would have to wait. When we were walking down the stairs to check out you could smell dog urine when got out of the stair well the bottom floor was overwhelming with the smell.. this place is definitely not worth your money!!

Very out dated room. No usb charging ports, only regular 3 prong outlets. Windows were paper thin, sounded like they were wide open. Noise from the highway was obnoxious. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very pleasant though. Kitchenette was perfect for my stay.

The only thing I did not like is the noise over my head. Those ppl were extremely walking as if they were coming through the floor starting at 11p until the early AM. I had to call front desk and even then it did not stop. I just did not want to keep calling up front. I think it’s ridiculous not to be able to get a good nights rest in a hotel. Next time I would be willing to stay somewhere else and pay a little more, which theses rooms were not cheap, just for noise purposes. Other than that, it was ok.

First floor views Gotta love them….eh? Outside of being careful when and how I open my window for the world to see in my room. (I prefer natural light.) The stay went alright. There were some loud bumping noises I would hear from upstairs. Must be them new Ye cement pumps. The card reader on the door took several tries to but it read. It’s a little Janky. But once when you figure it out you’re good. Everything in the room was great (sans views). Check in was good. Appreciate you Carlos. Check out was smooth too. (Thanks to the young gentleman for completing me on my red, white, and blue nails. This was a random trip to Dallas so the location was perfect. I wasn’t too far from anything I needed or wanted. So I say all this to say, you are not the father, I now have my passport, and yes, I will stay here again.

The queen sized bed was more narrow than any I have seen. We stayed during a heat wave and cold water would not come through the pipes. It was hot no matter what for my toddler’s bath. The couch cushions were lumpy and stained. The tv channels did not match their label nor any guides that were shared with me. We had an LG but was given guides for Samsung and Phillips.

Definitely not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at but I won’t stay here again. Room was clean and staff helpful. Easy to get to and from downtown for our event. There was a grocery store not too far as well. Beds were miserably uncomfortable. A/C was musty and I frequently smelled cigarette smoke. Living room, bedroom, and bathroom were very small and with 2 adults and 2 teenagers it was cramped.

The property is right next to the freeway. Building and accommodation are dated. It does have a kitchen which is nice. Parking was no problem. The staffs are friendly but very inefficient as they can only handle one customer at a time.

I stayed at this hotel April 7th. I have called them 4 times about them charging me twice . The first few times I was told it would process within a few days. I called a 3rd time after a few weeks and was met with the most disrespectful tone from an employee named Dave and was told I needed to call back the next morning because the manager had to do it. I have yet to receive a dime of my money back. If you stay here, make sure you monitor your bank account after- be ready to chase down your money too. Sucks that I won’t stay here again. The hotel was actually really nice.

It was a nice experience. After our flight got delayed we were stranded without a car due to the car rentals being closed. There was an issue processing our room but the staff handled it well & upgraded us to a nicer suite. The shuttle was so convenient & very stress free. Nate was very kind, personable & efficient at his job!

I like to stay here when I am flying in or out of Dallas love field. I almost always have a ground floor and it has always been very nice. There is a good restaurant right next door and I have enjoyed veru good food there.. I was here on a Sunday and it was closed but I have able to go to the hotels pantry and heat up a meal i bought in my room.. Shuttle drivers exceptionally nice.

The staff, room etc were wonderful! However it is NOT in a safe area and has many guests who made the facility problematic. Drunken guests, openly smoking weed, dog poop on walkways. Security needs to step up around here. Location by highway with non stop motorists racing all night. The hotel itself was wonderful! Great amenities, comfortable rooms, pet friendly and no outrageous pet fees/deposits! Family friendly with full kitchen/plates/cook ware, silverware. Fair price for great amenities!

We were very hesitant to stay here after some bad reviews. We were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful the property was. Check in was a breeze and our room was spacious and very clean. (No roaches as some had mentioned) We left our car at the hotel for 3 days as we shuttled to the airport. Both shuttle drivers were wonderful and no problems with our car when we got back to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be staying here again the next time we fly out of Dallas Love Field.
