Stay was ok! Very LIMITED parking.

There is a coffee shop that serves starbucks in the hotel. Lobby is very quiet and people do not use the facilities like the pool or gym.

This will be my second time staying here and this time was different. First, when I checked in only one person working in the counter quite a few people checking in at the same time I was given a room on the first floor right next to the parking lot. After seeing that I came to the front desk and I said I would just like a room away from the parking lot maybe on a little higher floor. No problem the gentleman said he gave me 403 and as I went to the elevator to ride up with my luggage, I noticed it was broken the other elevator it was across the whole hotel. So I slept up. The four flights checked in went down for dinner came back up went down for breakfast came back up and then checked out. I think customers should know if checking into a hotel if the elevator is working or not before they venture down the hall to find out. I did appreciate the breakfast that was given to me as a courtesy since I am visiting UT Southweste

I like that it had parking and a bistro for easy access to breakfast in the morning.

His hotel is very old and tired. One of the elevators was broken - and it meant a ton of extra walking (our room was right by the elevator… lucky us! lol). The pool was decent and the service was very friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff working the coffee bar were very nice. The $11 parking fee seems petty, though.

Other than the roach that was dead next to the toilet, it was nice.

The room smells musty, like stale water damage. The wall paper in the bathroom is peeling, there is mold building up on the rollers of the shower door, the light in the mirror area is so dim- its impossible to complete your routine in there (luckily had a small compact to do makeup by the window.) Have 2 random extra charges from the hotel that they werent able to resolve at check out, so hopefully those are reversed quickly. Overall, its okay. The smell and lack of light in the room was most off putting. Id choose another hotel in for future visits.

Room was a little dirty especially the bathroom. I dealt with it since I was attending a conference across the street.

I liked the bed & the pillows. I am upset that we didn’t get our room cleaned. The ice machine was broken and we didn’t get fresh glasses & towels. The water wasn’t hot enough

Room could have been a lot cleaner. Hotel needs lots of update and repairs. Parking could have been better but hotel was funny booked. Customer service was very nice and welcoming. Not sure I would stay again. Personally expected more from a Marriott but guess times have changed.

Staff were friendly and cleanliness was good. All the amenities were there: coffee pot, coffee, hair dryer, ironing board, fridge and a beautiful LG TV. However, everything was just a little shabby: strings hanging from lampshades, stain in the bottom of the sink, the shower adjustment was on cockeyed. Just not quite up to snuff. Didn't keep me from sleeping well,though, the bed was comfy.

The room I stayed in was old and smell like smoke….the air conditioner was too loud… They don’t provide any complimentary water at all, which is not very nice, consider drinking water is essential

Our TV cut out after a few minutes and we couldnt get to work again. The refrigerator is the smallest ive ever had in comparison to price of the room.

Check-in was fast and courteous and bed was comfortable but sink was clogged when I got there (which to their credit, was fixed when I returned later that day), and TV didn't work (no signal). Other than that, the stay was fine, but not the best.

Our queen room was on the small side however, we had all we needed. I was comfortable and safe. The staff was efficient but not overly friendly. The gym was stocked with supplies but the floor needed to be cleaned more regularly. In general I didn’t feel appreciated as a customer as all together efficiency doesn’t equal hospitality.

Make sure you don’t stay in room 131! It is next to the laundry. Every couple of minutes a load sound that sounds like a leopard screaming happens followed by the sound of water then you hear the water cut off abruptly. If you’re a light sleeper you will not be able to sleep in this room. I don’t know how they allow that room to be used!! It’s obvious no one from the hotel has ever stayed in that room otherwise they would not allow it to be used by the public. Unbelievably unsatisfied with my stay, I think I slept for maybe an hour because of this

The hotel was convenient to the venue for my daughters wedding and the reason we chose it. The room was small and could be updated, especially for the cost at $297 per night. The room backed up to the highway and we could hear road noise all night.

Great property. Qiiet rooms and laidnout perfectly. Wall between the bed and the door, closento television with a perfectly located mirror. Balconies! Especially like the back rooms that you can see downtown at night. Comfortable bed.

The hotel room did not have accesible eléctricas outlets to connect cel phone or Ipad

I give it an overall 4 stars due to the shower pressure was low, pillows tooooo soft had my neck hurting the next day and how close the toliet is to the toliet holder. Once you sit on the toilet you can't reach the paper so you will have to get the toliet paper before I sat down to use it. Other then that, I was greeted when I walked by the front desk as well as the bar/bistro personal. I forgot the to young men that work the night shift. They was very nice and helpful. All and all I would stay again. I will bring my pillow from home and maybe by then they would have moved the toilet paper holder.

I stayed 5 nights ONLY 1 TIME I HAD HOUSEKEEPING CLEAN MY ROOM - I requested every day. Very disappointed from a Marriot

1.) I booked a double queen via Orbitz and when we arrived we were told they did not have a double queen. I asked to step outside to see if the upgraded king with pull out bed would work and when I came back in they miraculously had a double queen. 2.) The room had an odor that was not pleasant. Hair in the shower. 3.) The next day we were gone until about 7 pm and returned to no housekeeping service. I called the front desk and they stated everyone was gone and I would have to come get my own towels. After a few minutes holding, they sent someone with towels. Overall, it was not a typical courtyard Marriott quality hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

Great stay! Staff was all extremely friendly and helpful!

I would not advise anyone to stay at this property. The front desk (like most hotels) took a credit card at check in to offset any potential room charges. They stated that they would place a provisional $125 charge to the card. Instead they placed a $625 charge on the card. When I called they denied anything more than the $125. After checkout they did not return any money but instead left the $625 charge on the card. When I called again they denied that the card had ever been run as they had no record of the card number - not even the original $125 that they previously stated they had charged. When I asked how we were to resolve this I was told to file a claim with my bank card holder. Very snippy young lady answering the call. Interesting that on the first called she claimed that she could not help me and that all management had left for the day (3:00 CT). The same girl answered my second call and miraculously now know how to check the system and could try to help. Very poorly managed from this perspective. As a Lifetime Platinum Elite member I have stayed at countless Marriott properties world wide and this location is by far the worse and certainly not living up to the Marriott standards.

Everything was good, except the staff seemed confused about what she was doing. It took us 20 minutes just to check in, and she didn’t even ask what room we had booked. She gave us a room with two queen beds instead of the king bed we had reserved.

On Thursday evening Nov 9th the Gentle man working the restaurant counter / Bar was rude asked a question and was given a rude reply… couldn’t tell if it was open or closed since it was so dark! Shared what happened with the front desk

The front desk was so helpful! Teyvon is so kind and goes above & beyond! His food recommendations were on point! The gentlemen who helped us check in, I forgot his name was also so very nice & helped my daughter and I find a place to get a pedicure & it was the beat we have ever had!

Very close to shopping areas and concert venue we were attending.

Nice hotel. Close uber to AA Center.

Staff was wonderful but the lack of eating in walking distance is a challenge. It is not an area where I would feel comfortable walking after dark to go eat somewhere since I don’t know the area. Food delivery service is not great as well unless you decide to provide excessive tips.

Stayed during a Texas weather storm. Outdoor parking only. Loud - appeared to be on the ambulance route.

My stay at the Courtyard Marriott Market Center was super from check-in to check-out. The front desk clerk was instantly welcoming and accommodating. The room was nicely clean and welcoming. Super comfy bed, too! Great location with an easy in and out parking lot. I will choose this location again.

Proximity to Design District and downtown area.

I stayed at this hotel because it was a Marriott and was very convenient to UTSW hospital. This Courtyard Marriott was comfortable, clean, and staff was friendly. You can always count on a comfortable bed with comfortable pillows at a Marriott. The bar attendant went above and beyond to serve me a glass of wine the first night I was there. And, the friendly morning attendant had me smiling as I left with my coffee in the morning. My only criticism would be that the room was beginning to be in need of a redo.

We stayed because our grandson was transferred to Children’s Hospital from Texarkana and had emergency surgery, had complications and we stayed longer than planned. Everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. The young man in the Bistro was exceptionally nice.

The room was clean. Not having a free breakfast, I would not choose to stay there again with so many hotels in the area that provide one. Also, the food at the Bistro is all pre-cooked and they encouraged us to go elsewhere for dinner.

I liked that it was quiet and they had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash since I forgot to pack ours. I didn’t like that parking was extra, & breakfast was extra. We paid alot for the room and feel like they could provide that.

The hotel is clean and the room comfortable. I stayed three nights. There was nothing majorly wrong, just a lot of little issues. The main two issues was the hot water (it would last about three minutes before turning cold, no matter at night or in the morning) and having to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up at the Bistro (their small restaurant) to get dinner. As mentioned, there were several other minor issues, but those were the main ones.

Was convenient for eclipse watching. I wish the coffee bar/bar was open all day.

Good stay for a work trip. Breakfast cafe only stays open until 10 on the weekends and 9:30 during the week (closes early). Gym was useful

Everything from checking in, the room, the bar and restaurant was amazing. Will absolutely be staying here for future Dallas stays.
