The one thing is Hotel charges 20.00 per day for parking your car or a rental car …this is in addition to the room rate you booked … so if I payed 149.00 for the daily room rate I am charged an additional 20.00 per day since I have a rental car while in town so may actual room rate is 169.00 That is frustrating!

Fridge wasn’t working. We asked for a replacement and was told they were fully booked and couldn’t get us one. The TV worked only for the first evening we were there. They said that a wind storm knocked out the satellite and a “technician was working on it” we never got it working again. The pool was closed the full day that we stayed there and didn’t open up again before we left. This was disappointing as we booked this location for the indoor pool and couldn’t even use it. The room was dirty. There was dirty tabletops, fingernails in the carpet and sticky substance on all electronics. We won’t be back.

The Hotel was very nice, room was clean but was shocked to have to pay 29.00 for parking. That is new for me as I have never had to do this. It does state on their website but I overlooked it because that's not something I look for. So with that extra fee it wasn't such a good deal after all.

I never stayed at this Embassy Suites before, but I'll try to make it my go to when I'm in town. I really enjoyed the stay although having to pay $31 to park in an open parking lot is pretty ridiculous, takes advantage of patrons, and is an unnecessary money grab, I enjoyed the hotel itself. I enjoyed hanging out at the bar later that night and breakfast is always good. The $31 to park tarnishes an otherwise good experience. I know they don't care, but I figured I'd mention it.

Upon leaving we noticed that our room appears to be growing black mold in the window frame. The curtains hide the mold from visibility but i was disappointed that the rooms are not checked regularly for things like this. I will definitely make a better review of my room on the first day of another potential stay.

I felt I would be dirtier taking a shower in a rusted tub with paint peeling. Wallpaper haphazardly patched , some apoxy or other material in solid drops on the sink. The carpet needs to go! Didn't see when I booked that I would be charged $29 daily to park. It was FREE two nlocks away at the Hilton. It was $5 daily at the hospital I was visiting and where my car was most of the time. I won't book this Embassy again. I am disappointed at how outdated the decor and room was. Staffing was fine.

Room was clean but carpet, couch and chair were outdated. Carpet was worn. Wood furniture in good condition. Bed was not too hard. Two vanities in the room was nice. Our room was on second floor above pool so we could hear the kids screaming until 11pm. Outstanding breakfast but long line for omelette.

My visit started with a leftover soda bottle in the corner of my room. The outlets in the bathroom were unusable. The shower was leaking and left the carpet outside of the bathroom soaked. The room above was also leaking, as there was a wet stain on the ceiling. The A/c and heating unit stopped working. Besides these serious maintenance issues, the staff was minimally helpful, but the breakfast was good.

We had room 908, I would highly recommend avoiding that room. It was a corner room on the top floor (we requested the top floor but never would have in hindsight). The problems with 908 are as follows: 1. The room is located right near a service elevator so you hear a very loud whirring sound (almost like a power drill) at all hours of the night and morning. It was not a soft whir, it was loud enough to keep us awake and wake us constantly. 2. The cleanliness leaves a LOT to be desired. My 1 year old could not crawl on the floor without his knees, toes, shins, and bottoms of his feet turning BLACK. It literally looked like he crawled in a chimney. The floors to the naked eye look “fine” .. but they need to triple shampoo/deep clean them or better yet, rip the carpet out and start over. It was disgusting how filthy they were. We all wore shoes inside because parts of the carpet felt wet, some felt almost gooey/tacky, but all of it was just absolutely filthy. There’s also a LARGE dark red stain near the pull out couch on the ground, it was a little creepy looking. Couldn’t tell if someone spilled an entire bottle of wine or lost significant blood. 3. The king bedroom air vent does not blow air very well. The room with tbe double beds down the hall (same hotel suite) blows great, you can feel it from 10 feet away. But our kind bedroom you could put your hand in front of it and not feel it. The room was about 78° until 4am. Overall, this hotel needs bedroom updates big time

Extra Clean Rooms, Housekeepers are AMAZING and FAST!! Our group went downstairs to eat breakfast early each day and upon returning to our rooms, the rooms were COMPLETELY SERVICED AND CLEAN!! We were thoroughly pleased with our stay!!

Great location, nice and clean lobby, great breakfast and very friendly staff, BUT: unfortunately, all this fades away once you take a look at the rooms. Outdated, super old, gross looking furniture and carpet. Patched up walls and popcorn ceiling, cracked sinks, stained toilet. Mattresses so used up that you fall into the middle when you lay down. Something sharp poking you through the chair cushions. Stained bedding, especially on the pull out sofa. Coffeemaker and coffee pods in the room but no creamer or sugar. Big water dispenser downstairs that doesn't get refilled when empty, even after asking.

Excellent hotel and room. TERRIBLE internet. I would not recommend if you need internet in your room. The signals in all rooms are poor. You have to go to the lobby to get good connection. I rented three rooms on different floors and all complained of the internet. Staff said they’ll call the provider but never did. They very well know the internet in room is bad. I stayed for a week. The breakfast buffet and omelets were good. Good service overall but TERRIBLE internet.

Room is humongous. So comfortable, 3 sinks, 2 TVs, two beds, Dinner was a bit slow. No waitresses. Bartender had to order our food. Elevators shut down from about 11pm to the next day breakfast. But overall, a very pleasant stay.

Room description did NOT state conjoined room with another room and no sound deadening between rooms, so drunks next door making lots of noise and pounding on the joining doors at 1, 2, 3 am made sleeping horrible. The bathroom has obviously had work done so ceiling looks rough and metal is rusty and shower sprayer pipe is sideways and loose. Room description also does not state that the room is an interior room with no window view.

Good location. Air conditioning system made a huge noise every time it turned on and off waking us up every time. Also no hot water on day of checkout resulted in no shower before our flight home. Called and talked to the front desk and she seemed to not really care. We love staying at embassy suites but we will not return to this location.

The room we were given, the AC wasn't cooling. The maintenance man came up and tried to fix it, but it still wouldn't cool. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she gladly gave us another room. The second room was nice and cool and clean like the first one. It was a great experience. All employees were accommodating and very nice including the housekeepers, maintenance, bartenders and breakfast crew. We will definitely come back when we come to Dallas and highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay.

I have to say, this is officially the BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. Customer service on point when we had the one and only issue with the fridge and came quick the next morning! Evening staff was very friendly and helpful checking in. Place had trash and filth everywhere. They are not cleaning common areas enough here. Morning staff was definitely not suited to be in a customer service position. Very short with me and lacking any personality. You could tell she didn’t want to be there/didn’t like her job. Bad look for the hotel.

I travel around the country attending apparel shows. I stay at many hotels and even attend Northern Calif Apparel Show in San Francisco hosted by Embassy Suites. I was excited to stay at The Embassy Suites Dallas Mkt center for its proximity to the DMC. I was in room 622. After returning to my hotel on Tuesday 12 I was perplexed by the fact that house keeping had been in my room, even after I had placed the sign on my door. They came in, left new towels that I didn’t need, restocked my coffee bar, and left without making the bed or taking a dirty wine glass. Why were they in my room? Then, the next night Wednesday 13 ,when I was coming back to my room I noticed that my rooms door was ajar!!! This really scared me and shocked me. I carefully entered my hotel room because I have all my personal belongings and then I carry hundreds of dollars of Jewelry for my line. I quickly called the front desk and told them what had happened. He let me know that the manager would be in at 9am. After sleeping a sleepless night… I spoke to the manager who I felt was not prepared as a manager to acknowledge my situation. Didn’t offer me her card, didn’t write it down and then most importantly didn’t follow through with a call or email.

Where to start? This hotel was awful. Spa and pool literally full of dirt. Flooded bathroom, resulting in a room change in the middle of the night with our daughter. Charged us for a late checkout when they offered it for free due to the room change. Had to spend 15 minutes waiting in line at front desk to get charge reversed before leaving. Sent another family and gave them keys to our room, who walked in with our daughter in the front room. Completely ambivalent, rude, and condescending front desk staff. And the rooms are horrible. Beat up walls, broken fixtures, cat5 wires hanging out of curtains. Finally, and most disappointing, the general hotel manager didn't keep his promises to make it right or return our follow-up call. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The property was very busy. The pool and hot tub were packed Saturday evening-so set the alarm for swim before breakfast and then it was closed. The room was very accommodating and beds good.We were in 308 and the 3 that were in that room were woken up at Around 6 am by noise by staff working. It was a good location for the medieval castle. Reception and breakfast were good.

Outstanding Courtyard looks very nice Rizzi, etc. Rooms are spacious pool is indoors and it’s in a great location not too far from downtown. Be sure to check out the monkey bar on the roof rooftop just a couple of blocks down.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was friendly, fast and attentive. Hotel was clean and well taken care of. Parking was easy and no more than a few steps, considering I had two kids with 6 adults with me it was a perfect attribute. I felt safe parking my car and staying at the hotel.

This hotel site is very convenient for Fallas Love Field and not so far from DFW. It a nice facility, I will say it could use some TLC in areas, but overall our stay was comfortable. The staff was lovely! The breakfast was very nice with lots of options including made-to-order eggs. We recommend.

Breakfast was "out of this world." Hectic, but very well worth it. The hallway outside the pool door was always slippery, so maybe investing in rubber mats would prevent slips.

The room was clean the breakfast was not bad could have had options for non-pork eaters..the problem I had was the service. Shower was cold and no one attended to me in 2 days so both days I had to endure a cold shower on a business trip. Completely unacceptable
