Hello front desk staff was amazing especially the gentleman Dee who checked us in. On the other hand the bar staff was very rude and not helpful or compassionate at all! I do realize that this Embassy location is older than what I’m use too but I only stay at Embassy when I’m in Dallas so I was a little shocked once I saw our room. We are use to big walk in shower’s, clean linen, and a clean pull out bed. The pull out bed located in couch was grossly stained with others body fluids. We had to request clean towels several times because each time they were visibly stained. The telephone in room did not work properly and that’s a big concern for me. Also our first night we spotted a stained pillow on one of the beds. We removed it and placed in closet. I like to clean and throw out the trash while I’m visiting any hotel but I could not find any extra trash bags and when I asked a worker that was in the hallway she stated okay she will get me a trash bag but she never came so I ended up stacking all the trash that was accumulated on the table in which I hated doing that. Overall I rate this stay 2/10. I always enjoy going to the lobby for complimentary happy hour but I strayed away this stay because of the bar tenders in how rude HE was to me. No I didn’t get his name but he’s an older Mexican gentleman with cross eyes. The young girl that’s in bar training was very attentive and nice but not the gentleman. I called to speak with management but to complain but no luck.Contact me!

Overall, I had a great stay! The hotel is a little older in style, but it has a really nice atmosphere and was comfortable overall. The parking garage was probably my biggest concern. The hill going down into the garage is very steep, and I was nervous about my vehicle’s clearance, so I decided to park in the back of the hotel instead. The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and helpful. I also stopped by the bar, and the bartender made a delicious tequila sunrise! The room had a slight noticeable smell—not necessarily a bad smell, just something I noticed when I walked in. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower water got nice and hot and stayed hot, which I definitely appreciated. Breakfast was also good. I had a made-to-order omelet and really enjoyed it. Overall, despite the hotel being a little older and the parking garage being tricky to navigate, I enjoyed my stay and had a great experience with the staff and amenities. I would stay here again!

The photos are edited. The facility is older and dirty and reeks of smoke. Elevator worked on and off and the air conditioning went out in the room. The back doors were broken so had to walk all the way around the building to unload each time you had to go back to get more. Late in the evening 2AM we were told they could move us to another room but my babies had finally fallen asleep. I would not recommend.
