The parking garage was dirty and flooded with lots of water and it smelled terrible. The pool was cloudy and green and you couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool, so we didn’t even get to get in which was one of our main reasons for booking the indoor pool.

Older property with wear and tear, definitely needs a face life inside the rooms. Parking was ATROCIOUS. 10 parking spots out front and if you can’t find one, you have to park is this creepy underground parking garage that does not feel safe and has almost no visible arrows to guide you through. Also the entrance/exit is the same with the most steep incline. Breakfast was okay but I have seen them close it early at 9 when it’s supposed to be until 10. Housekeeping only came once for us in the 4 days staying there and our room did not come with a do not disturb door sign. Overall, if you need to stay someone reasonably priced in a pinch, this is a fine hotel. The room itself is very spacious and the inside of the hotel is very pretty but I would not personally stay at this location again.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. It is old, but they cant help that. The parking however was atrocious. The garage is underground with a very low threshold for entry. Once inside its dark, dirty, and there were busted pipes pouring who knows what type of liquid. The outside parking was limitwd so you are essentially left with no choice but to use the garage.

You really gotta watch out in the parking garage at this location. It was built in a far away time where there was no standard on height clearances or number of vehicle-destroying concrete pillars. It was $100 for a room and $1000 for a collision deductible :-/

“My stay had several challenges that impacted the overall experience. None of the ice machines were working on any of the floors, and parking was very limited. During a rainstorm, the glass ceiling in the lounge area leaked, creating wet floors that posed a potential slip hazard. Additionally, the sheets were stained, which detracted from the comfort and cleanliness I had expected. While the property has potential, these issues made the stay feel average rather than exceptional. I hope management addresses these concerns, as improvements in these areas could make a big difference for future guests.”

The lobby of this hotel was so hot. Just sitting in the lobby I was sweating like crazy. I’ve stayed at several embassy suites and never experienced this before. The parking situation is a joke. Completely awful and feels very unsafe in the underground garages. The pool had so many chemicals in it in the morning my kids couldn’t swim. Very disappointed

Upon arriving to our room, we found hair and dirt in the bathtub. It was addressed and they did come and clean it. The air conditioner, then proceeded to not work correctly as well as the refrigerator. They were able to get the refrigerator, but every night was extremely hot, Hott and muggy in our room. The tables for the common area where you eat the complementary breakfast were disgustingly dirty to the point that my purse and both of our plates stuck to the table. When walking on the upper floors and looking down, you could visibly see that the tables had not been cleaned properly and that there were rings and stickiness and grime all over them. There were not enough staff present to even address this or to ask them to clean the tables. There was no manager on duty during our stay there as well. Overall, I would say this place is not worth staying at.

This was probably the worse overall stay at any Embassy Suite property. The hotel had a moldy/wet oder and the floors were really dirty. My room had a leak around the window. It rained on this particular day and the whole floor was wet next to the bed. The tub also had hair in it. I wasn't able to switch rooms b/c the hotel was full. Another thing thru out the building there was buckets and towels laying everywhere b/c of leaks. Not to mention the scary underground parking garage. It was HORRIBLE and stayed wet and gross. I was compensated with reward points. But i wont stay at this property again.

Quick unexpected trip to Dallas needed a hotel specifically in this area. Photos looked nice - real place is old, dingy, dirty. Breakfast tables are all gross and sticky due to some paint issues. Carpets in room are gross. Bathrooms have dirty corners, tiles broken. Curtains in the room are brown when the morning sunlight hits. Lamps in the room are slanted loose and toppling. I could probably think of more but I so was worried my kids would get bed bugs and just grateful we didn't. Also if you park in the back the door doesn't work so you have to walk around the hotel...not great if you have lots of luggage or kids. Or it's late and the whole area smells like trash and weed.

When we got there our bed reeked of urine & ANTS!! The room was dirty & unsanitary. The hotel gave us another room because it was late when we went to bed around 1am. Needless to say I will NEVER stay there again! Nor would I recommend anyone stay there! The parking is ridiculous and the property is old & outdated!

Let me start off by saying the gentleman at the front desk that helped me was patient in trying to figure out a solution for me. I had to change rooms FOUR different times because of them not being cleaned properly! The first room had such a strong chlorine smell it was overwhelming! The second room I moved to the floor had not been vacuumed and crumbs were in the bed. Along with the cups did not have plastic wraps on then. The third room I moved to the floors were not vacuumed also and the pillows were dirty and no fitted sheet was on one of my beds. The fourth room I was sooo fed up to the point the young man at the desk checked and told me nothing was wrong with that room, but there was hair on the bathroom floor , crumbs on the kitchen counter and floor had not been vacuumed also. I had the worse experience with the cleanliness of this place and I will not ever book a room here EVER again! I was not accommodated anything for the amount of times I had to move rooms being tired and coming from the airport all day! My overall experience was frustrating!

I wouldn’t come back to this hotel. The pictures shown here are extremely misleading. My sheets had yellow and brown stains. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut so maintenance had to come and fix it. The bathroom was old and worn down. My room smelled like cigarettes and the bartender was rude.

The room was okay but very hot—it was 85 degrees when we arrived and didn’t cool off much. We specifically booked this hotel for the indoor pool, but when we went to use it, the water was about 40 degrees, and the room was about 50. It was very disappointing having upset kids. Everything thing else about the hotel was perfectly fine. If you don’t want the pool it’s a good stay.

The hotel is aging, rooms need serious remodeling, they are dirty, paint cracking, old bathrooms etc. the indoor pool was just above freezing so unusable. Breakfast was good and great parking available. The staff is great and nice bar area for evening cocktails. This could be such a great hotel if they gave her a facelift- she needs it!

Front desk staff was ok. Check in was easy. I can tell the hotel has had some updates in a lot of areas. Very beautiful on the inside! Love the evening reception. We did eat at the restaurant. Food was very good. You can tell the hotel is old. But still very welcoming. Carpeting on stairs could use some updating in the main area. The pool needs better ventilation! Can’t breathe! All you smell is hot air filled with chlorine! Our room was pretty nice. Air conditioner worked wonderful! I will say the picture above the toilet needs some cleaning definitely. The front of the cabinets need to be wiped down more frequently. Breakfast was good. The eggs were a little watery. But overall pretty good. The parking garage was not good. Could not tell where to park. Very dark. Very dirty. Had a feeling of not very safe . Although I didn’t encounter a problem. Was very nervous about leaving my car. Went to front desk to get extra shampoo and conditioner. The guy took the guy behind me first. Even though I had been standing there way longer. He didn’t have conditioner. But had it delivered to my room on a timely manner. Upon checking out I asked for receipt. And the guy basically refused to give me one. I asked multiple times. For people who are on a business trip. A receipt is a must! It’s almost as though he didn’t have a printer to print my receipt.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel has been disappointing. We’re staying in Room 526 and the air conditioning doesn’t work. We reported it, and while maintenance did come by, they didn’t fix the issue or offer any helpful solution. We were not moved to another room, and the staff didn’t seem concerned about our comfort. We had to spend extra money out of pocket to buy a fan from Walmart just to get some air circulating. On top of that, the overall service has been slow and unresponsive. I expected much better and would not recommend staying here based on this experience. To make matters worse, the room has roaches. I’ve never seen one in my life until I stayed in this infested facility. It was honestly disgusting. For the price we paid, I expected at least a clean and comfortable environment. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had to switch rooms after being told my stay was only 4 nights and not 5. The front desk clerk didn’t care that I had a family of 5 with me until Expedia contacted them and then we got a new much smaller room, Which was not what we paid for. The pool area was not clean, barely maintained. Water was cold. The rooms were below average. Definitely not Hilton standards. Staff was not helpful. Never got room serviced. I went to front desk and got new towels after 3 days of requesting. Bathrooms were not stocked with soap. Breakfast was disgusting.

I’m a Hilton Diamond member and this is actually the first time I was extremely disappointed with Embassy Suites. From check in the front desk staff were not friendly. We had a clogged toilet upon check in. We were a party of 5 and were given 3 towels. When we asked for more we never got them and were told they were backed up. We asked 3 times for towels. The parking is horrible. The property is old and needs updates. Breakfast staff are quick to start picking up right befor 10am and the selection was poor.

The staff made us feel as though we were a nuisance instead of being hospitable and treating us like guests. Breakfast ended at 10am and at 9:15am We were told breakfast was closing at 9:30am. Once we got our breakfast, there was no where to sit as many tables were not bussed and the busded ones were full of crumbs and sticky. We asked an employee if they could please wipe a table down so that we may sit down to eat, and she turned and walked away from us. We then had to go ask the host that was by the entrance of the breakfast area if we could get a table wiped down for us to sit and eat. We asked the bartender for a spoon for my children to eat their ice cream at night and his response was so short and rude, “front desk.” As he proceeded to point for us to go to the front desk. We asked the bartender for a Shirley temple for my son and he wanted to mark that off as one of the 2 alcoholic beverages we were permitted during happy hour. We have been staying at Embassy Suites for almost 30 years as this chain is know for its hospitality, cleanliness, breakfast, happy hour and indoor pool. It has all the perks for traveling family, and we have NEVER been treated with such low regard. The bar tender told my husband, “you can go over there and pour your own soda,” as he pointed towards the soda machine. I also asked another breakfast staff member for the breakfast closing time and his response was, “ I wish we could close already.” Absolutely horrible experience

Do not stay here! The area around the hotel is not a safe area. Just drive around to the street in the back side of the hotel and you will see what I’m talking about. I did not feel comfortable parking my vehicle at the hotel. Did not see any security around to make me feel safe getting out of my vehicle or safe enough to leave my vehicle unattended overnight. There were two men walking around that kept watching us as we sat in our vehicle. Since we did not feel safe we messaged through Expedia and asked to transfer my reservation to a different Embassy Suite and the hotel refused. We did not stay at the hotel and found another hotel in a much safer location. $160 lost. 2 lives saved and I still have my vehicle.

In the reviews it states that this is in walking distance to all your needs not true it is right off the highway in a little rough looking neighborhood. If i had to stay longer than what i did i wouldnt have stayed here. Staff was welcoming though. They did have breakfast there but we didnt have time to taste it.

I enjoyed the room layout of this property. It is located near the highway, but up the road are lots of places to eat and shop, and it's not too far from downtown. It is convenient to get on and off the highway. My kids really enjoyed the breakfast and pool area.

Wonderful breakfast with chef fried eggs upon request, sausages, plus French Toast, etc... The usual complimentary manager’s happy hour is always enjoyable. The gym was perfect for a super workout.

The stay was great...my view not so great...room was clean...beds comfortable....shower curtain rod was bowed..the curtain didn't fit the rod well...very easy to get to property...staff was great..food was wonderful...especially the breakfast and the cook...great place to stay without spending alot of money. The bartender they had for the reception had zero personality. The breakfast was the same crap they have at the little hotels with the exception of the made to order omelets. The omelets were the only thing worth eating. I am glad they had underground parking BUT you have to have a room card to choose a floor in the elevator, so check in first! The water pressure sucked, as I've found all hotels do.

We had some issues with the bartender the 1st night of our stay. We ordered 2 cheese quesadillas, and said no peppers and onions. He brought back 2 chicken quesadillas, then slightly argued with me on what he heard vs what we ordered. He went to have it corrected, and brought back 2 cheese quesadillas loaded with peppers and onions. I also ordered a beer, and he gave me white wine instead. We felt like there was a language barrier here, and had somewhere to be soon after, so we just scrapped off the peppers and onions from our food, and I didn’t drink the wine. Our room carpet had stains all throughout, and our bathroom had dry wall falling apart. Additionally, the faucet to the shower had this screw sticking out inside the lever and was preventing us from being able to turn it all of the way. I turned the screw enough to allow us to use the shower properly, vs taking a luke warm/no water pressure shower. The breakfast both mornings of our stay was awesome, but unfortunately that’s the only good thing I can say about our stay.

We love this hotel so much. We stay here every time we are in the Dallas area. The openness of the hotel lobby and foyer make this hotel very inviting. The delicious free breakfast buffet along with the complimentary social hour during the week are a few reasons for our stay at this hotel.

The QR code next to the bed that directs you to the hotel’s website, as well as the email we received the day of checkin said breakfast was from 6-10am….but they shut it down at 9 with their response being “we changed the time.” They didn’t care. Since I don’t read minds, I didn’t know it was changed. Very disappointing considering Embassy’s breakfast is the only reason why we booked there to begin with. If you’re gonna change your amenities, I suggest reflecting that on the WEBSITE YOU DIRECT PEOPLE TO. Btw, I checked like 3 times to make sure I wasn’t imagining that the breakfast lasted until 10am. I guess you can’t trust their website. Also there was no blow dryer which was annoying. And to top it all off, my husband got stuck on 4 elevators because his key card wasn't working.
