Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Medical/Market Center

Staff was EXELLENT. rooms were clean. Proximity to where and what I needed was good. Breakfast not so great. All amenities are shared with the property next door. That kinda sucked. Have to go next door for pool, gym, bar. Kinda inconvenient.

Overall it was a nice clean hotel. The staff were amazing! If I had to change anything, it would be that they only have one elevator.

Room was clean, pool clean, desk staff members were very friendly and very helpful. The building with the fitness room needs attention. I was going to go check it out but when I opened the door to the building it had a bad smell so I didn’t want to go in further. I was going to check it out later to see if it was better but didn’t get a chance. Breakfast was okay. No microwave or safe in the room but it has a nice sized refrigerator. Plenty of towels and bed was very comfortable. I was able to walk to my event at the Dallas Market Center easily. Also walked to the Rodeo Goat restaurant—good food!

Room was clean, and we could easily walk to the Dallas Market hall from the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. Only complaints are that the breakfast wasn’t very good and that it doesn’t tell you on here that parking is $10 a day, not free. Other than that, a great option!

The staff was excellent, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the hallways had nice carpet on the third floor. I had the waffles so breakfast was delicious but they did have quality sausage. They had run out of coffee, I asked someone if they could make more and coffee was ready in about 5 minutes. The bed and pillows were comfy. Parking was $11 but that’s a small price to pay for security! A new window and whatever is missing out of your vehicle would be much more expensive. I felt safe in the hotel and parking lot. I would stay here any time I visit Dallas! One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had and you can not beat the price!! Would highly recommend

Comfortable room, but loose wall plugs were a minor hassle. Surprise $10 daily parking fee. Great location with nearby dining and exceptionally friendly staff. Overall, a positive stay. Would return.

Staff was great and super nice. Check in and check out was quick. The room was clean, swimming pool is shared with the Courtyard, but it was good size. Only thing I noticed was the breakfast area was small, some people had to take their food to their rooms because all the tables were occupied. Paul and Vidal were great!

Room was clean. The service was friendly. Breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend.

Significant Deterioration and Undisclosed Fees Significant Deterioration and Undisclosed Fees Context: We previously stayed at this property two years ago and had a pleasant experience. Our recent stay shows a marked and unacceptable decline in standards, affecting both the physical condition of the hotel and the service. Property Condition & Maintenance It is evident that the property has not received adequate care since our last visit. Several areas were neglected: Elevator Issues: The elevator floor is noticeably worn and torn. More frustratingly, the doors close at an unacceptably slow pace, turning a simple trip into a significant, daily inconvenience. Breakfast Area Furniture: The seating in the breakfast area is in severely dilapidated condition. The chair cushions are nonexistent, and the upholstery is torn and worn out, creating a poor presentation and uncomfortable experience. Room Cleanliness: The bathtub in our room was visibly dirty and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness upon our check-in. Service and Billing Discrepancies The service quality was poor and compounded by severe billing errors: Premature Breakfast Closure: Staff actively began rushing the closure of the breakfast area well before the advertised 9:30 AM deadline. Their practice of physically blocking access points made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Billing Errors: I was charged for an additional night that had already been paid for.

The whole place was dimly lit and dingy. Cockroaches in the bathroom.

This was our second stay here and the staff were great again - helpful and friendly. It’s not particularly updated, but it is clean and safe which are huge pluses in my book. I would recommend this hotel.

The room STUNK like mildew. We stayed three nights and our room was never serviced.

I like cheap hotels. I stay in a lot of cheap hotels. This is not a good cheap hotel. The elevator, hallway, and even my room had a strong smell of pee, and the AC unit gave off a mildew odor. Furniture was very dated, the tub faucet dripped nonstop, and the tap water had a strange metallic taste. Walls were paper-thin, so noise carried easily. The location was good, the AC was cold, and the bed was comfortable, but that’s about all it had going for it.

CLEAN & QUIET with great Staff! Looks like an older hotel that has had a recent remodel but done VERY well. CLEANEST hotel I have been at in a long time, kudos to the cleaning staff. I felt very safe traveling alone with my youngest child. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Will stay here again if in the area.

The property needs updates. Our room we had to call to have the GFCI in the bathroom replaced as it did not work. The toilet leaked and could not be fixed. The shower rod was placed to high and water got all over the floor.

Curtains are white without balck out.

The employees were extremely helpful and friendly! The hotel itself is a bit run down. It was clean but outdated. Toilet seat kept sliding, the a/c was old and loud.

Not enough plugs in the room to run the lamp, tv and coffee maker in each room. Only one blackout shade on the window that covered half of it. Had street light in my room all night long. Signal to TV was abysmal. Only a few stations were watchable. Staff was excellent.

The staff was so kind and welcoming! The rooms were clean and comfy. The only complaint we have was we were on the bottom floor and the room above us-every time someone moved around the ceiling would squeak and creek. It woke us up at might night when the person got up and went to the restroom (it sounded like that anyhow) Other than that, great room!

Thin walls, everything seems to be maintained regularly, very clean, excellent service. The structure of the room was a bit odd, couldn’t find the light switches or rather they were at odd places . needs more outlets, the pillows hurt my neck as well. My restroom door didn’t lock but i was by myself so i was fine with it. Overall I had a good stay, I was there for a concert and I would recommend it, it felt pretty safe in my experience. It is also next to a Denny's so that is good. I wish there was a trash bin in the restroom though along with trash bags in the bin, as a girl it was important to me so I just used the ice bin bag.

Friendly staff! things went well. The hotel is an older hotel that is in good condition. Could use and updating of wallpaper and carpeting. The pillows were wait too soft. not much support at all. But the room overall was very nice.

Front desk terrible service

They were amazing. While I was at the hospital with my husband my oldest daughter had a medical emergency. They were wonderful helping my middle child. They were with her and my son until I got there. They also told us they could arrange another night if we needed it. I can’t say enough

The customer service was exceptional, five stars. Many thanks to Ms. Sheila who made everyone feel welcomed and prepared the best breakfast. The staff was kind, accommodating, and professional. The dining and entry area was clean and inviting. It was the best part of the trip!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I found the cleanliness of the room well above par especially the bathroom. The breakfast was satisfying, too. I also slept really well. The bed was comfortable..

Hotel had everything we needed. Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Conveniently with in walking distance to Midevil times and other various locations. Great stay and would stay again. Thank you Paul for making sure our room was perfect!

Very pleased with the location of the hotel. Close to interstate and within walking distance to many places to eat. Very quiet , clean area. Also the breakfast was surprisingly good. I don’t care for continental breakfast even when included with room price but this one was tasty.

This place was in a convenient location, close to downtown Dallas, Deep Ellum and right near the highway so the location with having a rental was perfect. The hotel lobby and rooms were clean, staff was very welcoming and accommodating and the bfast was great. Overall great stay, would recc and stay again.

Good breakfast, convenient to get to American Airlines Center

This hotel was great to stay in. It was in walking distance of the conference we went to at the Hilton Anatole. It was very clean and high quality. The breakfast was outstanding with more than you usually get at a hotel. The outside pool area was well maintained. The only thing that would've made it even better is if there was a hot tub. :D We had a wonderful stay!

The breakfast was not good at all. I have stayed other Fairfield Inns in the past and the breakfast was amazing. As far as the staff is concerned Barbara at the front desk is amazing and the lady helping to refill the breakfast items was very hard working. Other staff not so great. The room door wont close properly and the water in the tub dripped all night. I would not stay here again.

The guy at the counter was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful when I checked in. The room was clean and everything worked well. Usually if I try, I can find something to nitpick about, like loose outlets, no back on the remote, or something, but this room was very well kept and well put together. The beds were nowhere near as hard as a lot of hotels I've been to, they were actually quite comfortable. Solid breakfast served in the morning, including hot food, like eggs, sausage, etc. Even a later than usual checkout, at noon instead of 11:00 am. Great experience all around. I hope to be staying here my next time in Dallas!

This place is a bit dated but for the price & location close to hospitals, etc, it’s very good. Our toilet had a very loud flush but everything worked…was clean, & breakfast was good. I always want protein for breakfast and they had eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal…and the usual carbs like waffles, bagels, etc.

Front desk clerk was overwhelmed but got everyone taken care of. Check in was super crowded seemed like no rooms were available at 3. Breakfast cook lady was rude to everyone who entered the area before 7 and even to some right after 7 when hot foods were still not out. She’d bark it’s not 7 or give me time, or there ain’t nothing ready yet. Very rude. Also lights kept off till we turned them on in breakfast area.
