The hotel is fine but overpriced. The main attraction is the lazy river but you need to go very deep in the hotel website to check that this is open only on weekends. We booked the hotel just for the lazy river but we didn’t read the fine print. So no lazy river and without that the RESORT is not the worth of $$$

About 99% of the property is cashless! Was only able to use cash to tip the staff. Everywhere I turned there was a fee for something. Want a chair/ lounger by the pool? Need to pay for it.

Absolutely loved this hotel. We had a 2-day conference here, and I am so glad that we did. The hotel itself is beautiful! All of the staff that we encountered are friendly and ready to help with any questions. The hotel is big and has a resort-type feel, but nothing felt like a long walk to get to. The fitness center is the best hotel fitness center I've ever been to. It is huge and has a lot of machines of all kinds, as well as 2 separate spaces for weight benches and for dumbbells. There is a small running track, and below it is a gym set up for basketball and pickleball. The locker rooms are beautiful with a whole area filled with mirrors, hair tools, and products to use. The hotel not only has a pool, it has a lazy river, water slides, and a swim up bar. The conference we attended provided the most delicious (and healthy) lunches. If you like to walk (or take a short Uber), there are a number of restaurants within a mile. We walked and always felt safe in the area even at night. I've stayed in a lot of places, and this place is now one of my favorites!! Absolutely loved our stay.

The Anatole is a fabulous property and a family friendly destination with the addition of Jade Waters. Beware, parking is $37 per day and more for valet. I thought my package included parking so I was surprised. Expensive, but a great stay!

We were looking for a fun and comfortable place to stay for a night on our road trip—something the teenagers would enjoy—and were initially really impressed. Courtney at check-in was fantastic: warm, helpful, and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience went downhill after that. When we returned from the pool, we walked into a room that was stuffy and had a strong musty smell. Both my friend and I are sensitive to mold, and we immediately noticed the air quality felt off. We both woke up the next morning with unbearable headaches and nausea, and even my teenage son felt unwell the entire car ride home. At checkout, we learned that the air conditioning automatically shuts off whenever you leave the room. This policy is deeply concerning. Not only is it uncomfortable—especially in Texas summer heat—but it also creates a perfect environment for mold to grow in a humid, poorly ventilated space. Anyone with even basic knowledge of HVAC systems knows this isn’t a sustainable or healthy approach. It’s also less energy efficient long-term, as the system has to work twice as hard to cool the room down each time you return. We returned to the room after dinner to find it hot and stuffy again, and even tried adjusting the AC in the middle of the night—only to be told later that all units are timed and preset. I sincerely hope this policy is reconsidered. It poses a real health risk and made what should have been a fun overnight stop a very unpleasant experience

The water park was not kept up. Cups, straws, and trash were accumulating all over the park. It does not seem that anyone was clearing items. Napkins and food were blown into the water. The girls' bathroom smelled like an outhouse.

Our check in experience for a Friday afternoon was not great. We got our room assigned and ready an hour past the expected check in time. Thankfully a family member paid for early check in and got their room so we were able to store our stuff somewhere that wasn’t the bell stand. The room we got into was extremely hot because housekeeping leaves the black out shades open for your arrival and the hot late July sun helped increase the temperature in our room. It did not reach a comfortable sleeping temperature until the following day around noon after keeping the heavy shades closed. Our room had visible mold, and thankfully, we did not spend a lot of time in the room, but naturally and given the price that was a little discernible. All four of us woke up feeling unwell. We noticed it the second evening but hotel was full and there was nothing they could do. Overall, I’m not sure we will come back just due to the value for our experience.

I loved the facility! It was a family friendly and a very massive facility. The pool area was amazing, and they had staff waiting when you left the pool to give you a warm towel. The only issue I had was the tub in the room drained slowly. The water had built up while taking a shower. It was an unpleasant feeling. Other than that, it was a nice family-friendly place to stay.

Friendly staff. Room was very outdated with visible signs of wear ex wallpaper peeling in areas, carpet unraveling. Extremely small bathroom. You have to squeeze next to the toilet and sink, close the door before you have room to get in the shower. Don't forget you get charged $38/night for parking and that's on top of $32/resort fee. For me the hotel wasn't that nice for the price.

I've never been in an hotel room with no windows. Horrible room, bunkered in the middle of the tower, with no windows listening to the elevators next to the room all day and night. Seems like they penalize you for buying through hotels.com.

The hotel was very nice. The issue we had, and as maintenance told us, it’s a problem with the entire hotel, was the air conditioning. The design is poor. The vent is in the far corner by the window and is aimed at the opposite wall, not into the room. The air conditioning does not work well at all! The staff was helpful and brought us a fan to blow the cool air into the room, and the maintenance guy set the AC in VIP mode to 62. This did eventually cool the room down. Other than that, the facility was pretty impressive. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival, they had us waiting for more than three hours for our room. It's worth mentioning that I had my children with me and the youngest was asleep. It was very frustrating that no one came to help us. We had to go back to ask what was happening with the room and that's when they helped us, but more than 3 hours had passed without a response.

We arrived with my 3-year-old after a long day traveling to this very large hotel at about 11pm. We waited for check-in because the app was not working correctly. They had changed our rooms. We’re not ready for us. We’re very rude at the front desk. And we stood in line for over an hour just to speak to someone at the front desk to check in. This was the very worst hotel experience I have ever had. They did not have a bed ready for us. I cannot emphasize enough how horrible this was. I am not an entitled human and I genuinely would have rather stayed at motel 6–at least I would have had better service. I’m contrast, the steakhouse upstairs was excellent.

To start, check in was a nightmare. I called to inform the hotel that we would be checking in late because we had dinner plans. We arrived at the hotel at around 10:30 and were informed that our reservation had been canceled. We were given the run around with I’m sorry, it shows it’s canceled.. it was even noted on the reservation that it was a late check in. It took forever to get it fixed!!

I had an exceptional experience at the Top Golf restaurant inside the Hilton Anatole, thanks to our amazing bartender, Dylan! He was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive from the moment we arrived. My friend and I were celebrating a new chapter in life but couldn’t quite decide on what to drink. He took the time to ask about our preferences-what we liked and didn’t like-and then curated a perfect list of drink options tailored just for us. Each recommendation came with thoughtful insight and genuine enthusiasm. His knowledge, professionalism, and great personality truly elevated our evening. If I return to this resort, it will absolutely be because of his outstanding service and the top-notch hospitality of the restaurant staff. Truly a 5-star experience!

Very large and clean property. Service at the pool is lacking. I called housekeeping a dozen times to get towels with no answer. Then I tried concierge no answer about 5-6 times. I had to walk down to the lobby to request from front desk. It took about another 15-20 minutes before towels arrived

During my most recent visit, I had a disappointing experience that completely turned me off from this property. Upon check-in, I was assigned a family suite because, according to the front desk associate, it was the only room available. Two days into my stay, I received a call from Alondra at the front desk asking for my room number. After I informed her that I was in a family suite with two conjoining rooms, she immediately shifted the blame onto me, acting as if I had somehow taken the extra room unlawfully. She insisted that I should never have had access to both rooms and threatened to charge me for both if I didn’t move. Her approach was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially considering this was the hotel's mistake, not mine. After speaking with the manager, we agreed that I could stay in the room, but my key would be switched so I only had access to one side. However, when the new key was delivered, it was brought by a staff member accompanied by a security guard—as if I had done something wrong. The entire situation felt like an unnecessary intimidation tactic. I definitely won’t be returning.

It was fine, but not worth $500/night. Check-in was slow, guys at the valet just immediately asked my mom to move while I went to see where to check in while I had my baby in a carrier and clearly a LOT of baby stuff to haul up to the room instead of asking if we needed help or a cart to load our stuff onto. Room was fine and clean enough. “Water park” was nice- calling it a park is a stretch. Only one hot tub for the whole place was disappointing. Overall it was a nice hotel, just think they’re a little too proud with the name Hilton slapped on the building- especially for the part of Dallas they’re located in. (Born and raised here, I wouldn’t travel around that immediate area at night, or even alone during the day.)

We just had a staycation and had a great time. Easy check in, breakfast buffet was good. We had dinner at SER, our service was top notch. My favorite part was the lazy river and my son loved the pool basketball. We will definitely be back! Very clean and beautiful hotel and property. Plenty of restaurants around for plenty of food options. The candy store was a big hit as well as Starbucks in the morning.

Goof, but we had a few things that were a little upsetting..1. We were not informed we needed our ID until we got to the outside bar area. 2. Room service came in a brown bag and the onion rings were cold. 3. We floated the lazy river Sunday morning & there were bottles & cups from the day before everywhere. Have stayed here many times , it was nice to see they have started updating Prepaid the stay and when I checked in Front Desk charged additional fees for use of water park pools etc.. which I explained we were there for a business trip and had no interest in these ameneties ...hidden fees not cool Placed order for in room dining , which is now done via QR code , had issues called front desk and they claimed we could not talk with kitchen to confirm receipt of order after having to argue with staff finally someone called us back. Food an Beverage manager delivered personally ( nice guy ) apologized for issues. Next morning wanted to make coffee and of course no regular coffee supplied. DECAF only ...right next to the QR code to suggest a tip ??? Heres a tip Stay elsewhere

Absolutely an awesome hotel. You do not even have to leave, they have everything you could want or need and more right there at the hotel. Top Golf, Water Park, Great food! Clean rooms! The only complaint I have is the price of room service meals. One BLT is $25 + Service Fee and delivery fee.

The hotel interior is nice and swimming pool is really attractive especially for family. The staff was kind, but the cost for breakfast was a bit expensive (30 dollars / person). Also, bed sheets of our room were not replaced because we left the room around 9:30 which might be late for cleaning staff, so they only replaced bottle of water and towels. I hope they should have replaced the sheets after we left the room.
