The lobby and room looked very nice and high quality, but looks are all the hotel has to offer. None of the amenities were worth the money, including having to pay $24 for parking with a constant open gate and trash all over the parking lot. We stayed in one of the suites. The pillows were of the lowest quality possible. They were thin and unsupportive, even with two stacked. The suite has two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living area with the couch. No remote could be found for the living room TV, and when we used the TV in the bedroom the cable constantly buffered and made it impossible to even watch tv. We tried to use the Netflix or YouTube app on the TV and it wouldn’t connect to the internet. To top it off there is construction going on and was woken up at 7 a.m. on a Saturday by loud banging outside my window. I will never stay at another Marriott, $250 down the drain for the most uncomfortable night.

All though staff was friendly and accomidating the condition of the hotel needs some work. We decided to dine in the restaurant. It was super cold in there, uncomfortable to be there very long. Thought we would hurry upstairs to our room only to find our heat there was not working. Staff did come and fix the issue very promptly. Electricity was lost a few times during the night so when we had to leave very early in the morning we found that the only elevator (one out of three that was working the day before) was now not moving and we had to take 9 floors of stairs to leave.

Staff was friendly, room was average, pool no lights at night, charged for parking when we didn't park overnight or stayed longer than an hour at the most (stayed at the children's hospital all day and overnight) $94.17 to be exact and it was a 2 day booking!! Wild how they charge you so much for something you didn't utilized! Bad enough we were there for hospital business on a tight budget then get hit with parking fees! Called several times, waiting on a supervisor to return my call!

We stayed here 3 nights and paid for parking on the 2nd night my Escalade was stolen the hotel had not ONE camera to see when and what time my car was stolen just paid off my car and stolen in a blink of an eye!! Don’t stay at this hotel if you don’t want your car stolen!! The front desk said oh I’m sorry call the cops!! Awful awful never ever in my life will I say here!! What Marriott has no cameras in parking lot!!!!

Excellent stay! Very clean and comfy hotel and room. The bed was okay, a little firmer than I’d like and the sofa was not super comfortable to me. It was very low and sank while the sofa pillows separated as we sat on it. I will say though, the leather upholstered bar chair in the room was super cute and comfortable. I wanted to purchase it but I don’t think it was for sale lol. There’s a little fridge and coffee maker in the room but no microwave. Two large TVs and a big shower with consistent hot running water. Parking is $29 per day but mine was deeply discounted to $5 daily. Perhaps it was because of my Bonvoy membership which is normally not honored with third party stays. There is a restaurant and bar and a very spacious lobby to sit and relax but we didn't indulge ourselves in the food though. Overall, I enjoyed it and Alexis was the best during check in. He was exceptionally attentive and friendly. Kudos to Alexis!!!

Have stayed MANY times at this location. Has always been a great experience. This stat was disappointing. Room was not cleaned properly. Dust on furniture, carpet in halls obviously not vacuumed. Overall cleanliness had gone down hill from past stays.

I had a very comfortable one bedroom suite. It was immaculately clean. I was impressed with even the toiletries! The face bar, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were exceptional. I ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent. The hotel is not a location where there is much to do, but I was simply looking for a place to spend the night before I went home, so it was perfect for what I needed.. Would absolutely stay there again.

I was dissapointed with the outrageous prices in the restaurant and bar for poor quality of food and offerings. The shower in my bathroom had hairs on the soap dispensers in the shower. Overall for the price I was very dissapointed.

Ok let me just say, definitely not worth the $400 paid! My husband and I came in from out of town to celebrate our anniversary. Our reservation was for 2 nights! Our first night was spent freezing throughout the night. We did not have any hot water nor did the heat work. I tried calling the front desk multiple times but the phone just rang. My husband went down and was told there was nothing that could be done being that it was after 11pm so the remaining of that night we were freezing and had to take cold showers which is very uncomfortable and unacceptable. The next day I spoke with Sydney and she had an engineer come to the room but he said a valve needed to be changed for the water and was unsure about the heat as he said he never seen a thermostat that wouldn’t allow you to increase the temperature so we were finally placed us in another room with heat and hot water, THANKFULLY!

We had such great expectations for a $190 a night room. The A/C unit was not working. Reported it as soon as we have made it to the room and engineer personnel came to check and says it is the weather outside and need to close the curtains as the sun might be causing the heat in the room. The thermostat is defective, stayed the same temp around 70 and we have set the cooling temp to 60 and still it was not cool enough. We went to attend an event as scheduled on our itinerary and we came back to the room around 10PM and the room has not cooled down one bit. Reported it again to the frontdesk, and the staff was not able to fix the a/c at all. They told us due to the new water system , it might have caused the issue. No resolution was offered. They just told us to try reset the thermostat and see if it works. Totally a waste of money! The trolly was so small like mini carts. Even small hotel chains have way bigger luggage cart transporters but never did we expert that a Marriott hotel in such a big city would have such mini luggage carrier. We drove 10 hours for an important event and never did we expect such horrible experience. One of the most critical part of our travel was to be able to get some good night's rest before driving back home for another 10 hours. Never again with Dallas Marriott Suites.

Front desk lady was not in a mood to entertain any customers like me at the time of check in, who was trying to checked in . She didn’t to offer any rooms availability nor asked my preference.after we checked in in our room , I realized she didn’t told me the breakfast hours and location. After half an hour when we move out for something, that I asked her about my breakfast ( which I already paid at the time of booking), she said let me find out and then she said you’re good for breakfast. And available every morning at there during 6:30 to 10.00, I never give any review for anyone, but this time I have to Because I was surprised about behaviour..

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The bed could use an update! The problem I REALLY have with the hotel is that the staff has a thief within. I left a $150 hairdryer in the room and it was "NOT FOUND". This tells me that it was stolen and the manager told my husband that all their staff is honest and wouldn't steal. He is basically calling my husband a liar who drove down to the hotel to check for it in person. He drove 45 minutes out of his way to check for it to be told that no one there would take it. MANAGEMENT handled this very poorly. Very disappointed in Marriott for the way their management dealt with us.

We usually stay with Marriott properties and have excellent service. Just staying one night this time with an 11 am check out time and had housekeeping knock at 730am, sleeping in, we answered through the door, “come back later”. Then again at 8:30, again housekeeping knocked quickly, then opened the door, not giving us time to answer as we were getting ready. Really surprised us! If checking out, no need at all to check in room. Otherwise stay was as expected.

Overall stay was good. But when you call down to the lobby they never answer. When I walk down, 2 ppl at the check in desk. Also when I checked out they were supposed to have emailed me a receipt. Still have not received one even after second call to the hotel. Definitely need to do better with customer care

Great staff! Great room. Sounded like I was camping on I-35 with sirens, trucks, and motorcycles. Too noisy on double bed side of hotel. It’s a shame. Great people and facility that I’d never stay at again.

Unfortunately we were here because my mother in law is in the hospital not doing well. And my son is also in the hospital at the same time. We booked this hotel to be closer to them. The hotel is really nice and clean. The suites are big. There is a restaurant and an awesome breakfast buffet. There is also a bar. They are amazing with the kids!

Absolutely best Stay in a hotel I’ve selected. From the very start the service was top tier with a warm welcome and helpfulness. Quick check in once in room ❤️OMG very clean and spacious with table and desk areas to set. The bed slept wonderfully. To top it all off on the wake up there is a marvelous buffet spread of breakfast that’s just great all in all a very pleasant and welcoming place to be.

Room was clean and very comfortable. The dining room was superb! The food was comfort food that was seasoned great. It was busy due to weather and the staff kept up and very attentive.

We pulled in to valet but it didn't have attendants, however there was no other place to park. We stood in line for 30 minutes to check in. We tried the restaurant at the hotel to celebrate a birthday and waited 2 hours for food and had to change my order 3 times because they ran out of food (we were the only people in the restaurant.) We didn't get our room serviced until we requested and then they showed up 3 hours later when we were crawling into bed. The bright side was that the rooms are large and nice. However, they didn't have basic drinking water. We had to go downstairs to pay $11 for 2 bottles🙄
