Comfort Inn & Suites Love Field-Dallas Market Center

The property is in the process of remodeling, so while the room we stayed in was clean, the elevator and floors were dirty. If we had know that the property was being remodeled, we would not have made reservations there. The breakfast was limited to cereals and other cold items. It was a very disappointing experience.

This hotel has an oder to it that knocks you out when you walk in. It is not very clean, front desk people not very helpful, rooms smelled aweful. I will never go back. Not a very good neighborhood either. Airport shuttle only runs from 7 to 7 so if you are an early flight find your own ride to Airport

Property was not visually appealing or welcoming. It wasn't easy to quickly discern where the entrance was. The property was very dated, the business center was out-of-order, my toilet ran all night and leaked water, the walls were in desperate need of paint (throughout the entire hotel), you could hear activity outside the room and especially the loud ice maker. Breakfast was surprisingly decent and the front desk attendants were nice enough to print off the documents I needed. Also the shuttle hours aren't posted anywhere, I was disappointed that it was not available to bring me from the airport to the hotel.

The shuttle pick up as advertised was not as I expected. It was a Lyft pick up but it's according to the hotels timing. Not flexible according to the customer's flight schedule. When I called to be picked up nobody was answering the call. Five times I tried no one answered. We got a ride on our own. Told the receptionist what happened. The management reimbursed my credit card when I mentioned it again at check out.

There was no mention of the hotel experiencing renovations when I made the reservation put the parking lot looked like a war zone! The business center was not accessible because it had renovation materials stored inside. The bathroom in my room had mold and peeling paint, along with a little 6-legged friend who dropped in to pay a visit while I was brushing my teeth. The breakfast that was supposed to be ready at 6AM wasn't ready until closer to 6:30AM so if you were counting on it being available early for your morning plans, you might not be eating that day. Accessing the internet wasn't easy, and the TV had no search function for the channels, and it was painfully slow to change between the 12 stations I was able to find - yes, that's right, 12. The area surrounding the hotel was a little sketchy and the only way I could shut the blinds in my room was to use a binder clip from some folders I had in my backpack. The person at the front desk was nice when I checked in. The ratings showed 2.5 stars when I booked the reservation but I often find that I would rate them a little higher. The pictures looked okay so I was hoping this might be one of those hotel visits that was a little better than the rating. Sad to say, it was not, thus the 2-star rating

Its not great. I think it was last remodelled in the 80's. The 'fitness centre' is falling to pieces. Its fine for a brief stay before an early flight, but any more than that would be very depressing.

Airport shuttle is not avaiable for Dallas Forthworth airport. I had to pay for an uber to take me back to the airport. This was unexpected as Expedia and Comfort lnn states free airport shuttle. They say it is only for the local airport when at the motel.. This needs to be clear stated when booking so that travelers are aware. I only booked this motel because of the free airport shuttle. Additional the rooms are dated with paint peeling in bathroom and grout peeling. Though 1 front desk clerk was kind and he tried to help me, the other frontdesk clerk was rude. I would not stay at this nor any other choice motel.

They do not have a shuttle or buffet breakfast. Grab and go breakfast. Called Lyft to pick me up at airport. And told me i had to pay for trip back to airport. Floors in bathroom are filthy get out of shower and your feet are black from bathroom floors. And urine around toilet. Gross!! Bath towels stained and gross looking.Most of cleaning could not speak english so hard to communicate what you needed.

It wasn't so bad, but the elevator seemed like it would stop working at any moment and it was a little unnerving.

The hotel never had room service even though I asked for it no one ever came. The workout equipment does not work and is hazardous. Also the elevators do not work and when they do work they are very slow and often get stuck. I had to change rooms because the floor was caving in near the AC unit. This entire place is run down and it’s not being taken cared of, negligence and false advertisement regarding quality and amenities.

Hotel is very outdated. Mold in the shower.

I did not read the reviews as this was a last minute booking due to previous accommodations ring no longer available. Hotel has severe roach problem, it was dirty, smelled upon entering the lobby which they tried to cover with a strong masking spray. Breakfast, don’t do it….items were expired and breakfast area had roaches as well.

I understand that the property is undergoing renovations and that certain services would be paused, but I was really surprised and disgusted by the state of my room. There was mold on the curtains, large stains in the carpets, bugs everywhere, lightbulbs missing from lamps, and dirt and grime on nearly every surface. I dreaded returning to the hotel every night of my trip.

This was horrible. Blood on the floor mold in the bathtub. Ripped drapes and that were hanging from the rod. I have pictures and I would greatly appreciate a refund or a credit please. It was unsafe. I was followed to my room -I was traveling alone and was scared

Hotel had a terrible oder when entering, the room was literally falling apart. From the door entering the room to the back corner of the room there was a 6 inch drop in the floor. The floor felt like it was giving out. The room smelt like mildew and everything was dirty. There was blood on my sheets and on the floor. Do not stay in room 225

There is a lot of black mold on the ceiling in the shower. There is black mold in the grout ! Needs repaired.

Pictures do too much justice for this place, it was run down, grimy and full of roaches in our room. Staff was very polite and understanding when we couldn’t stay even a night there.

Dirty sheets. Dirty curtains. Dirty headboard. Disgusting!!! Bathtub didn’t drain . Water was backed up . Terrible place. Dirty and smells .

DO NOT STAY HERE I can truthfully say this has absolutely been the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. Absolute FILTH. Owners and Management KNOWINGLT rented a room out that had urine/vomit/blood stains on it. Per management, it's the guest's responsibility to remove all bedding and then inspect the mattress before they can move you. Truly baffling. I showed the front desk manager and he actually told me to give them leniency during their renovation period. This is an actual person giving what they believed was a legitimately good reason to let someone unknowingly sleep in a biohazard. DO NOT STAY HERE DO NOT STAY HERE

The hotel has construction stuff piled up outside. It has a weird “we’re trying hard to be fancy” smell in the lobby, the elevator door opened like it is part of a creepy movie, the shower head had rusty hard water build up on it, the bathroom door just nearly misses the toilet by maybe a half inch and to top it off there were roaches crawling on the nightstand. I left immediately after that.

Lots of construction going on and weird smells. Very poor WiFi signal.

The hotel is being renovated so it is a literal construction site. Our room is right next to the highway so we can hear every passing vehicle, making it nearly impossible to sleep.

It’s pretty noisy due to the location is by the side of the freeway.

Like many Choice and Best Western properties, this is an older hotel and it shows. Cracked tiles, bruised furniture, anemic decor, thin towels, bargain basement toiletries, and a single pane window with a lovely view of the freeway, complete with sound effects. That said, it was clean, close to Love Field, and the staff was super friendly, especially their night manager Cindy. Hey, you get what you pay for.

the staff was so nice and helpful! the property was right off the highway so we heard traffic all night long. it also did not feel like we were in the best part of town. but the beds were clean and comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic.

Good location for my event location. New owners and it shows. Completely new staff. Rooms need remodeling and tv upgrades. According to front desk on antenna channels were available. 7 channels like the old days. Other parts of hotel had cable. Interesting.. asked to move to different room with cable but was told none had cable. Overall it served it's purpose of a room.

Perfectly fine for this pricing segment. Particularly liked that the fridge has a freezer compartment. Rooms facing the highway are not quiet because of noise from traffic. But then, you're also conveniently next to the highway.

The photos on the website doesn’t match the hotel room… the AC wasn’t working the best…. Not what I expected but it was for a short stay

Overall it was a nice spot for the price, but it was roaches in my room. Kinda was not expecting that. The WiFi also did not work.

The place is dirty, dingey, dimly lit, nothing works, and terrible service. Waited 5 minutes for the front desk person to appear to check me in. Found out breakfast didn't start until 7:30, which is too late for me to get to my event on time. My room was very dimly lit, even in the bathroom. The ice machine on the second floor didn't work, neither did the one on the third floor, only the one on the first floor. Did they bother to put signs on those 2 saying they don't work and to go to the first floor? Of course not. The iron in my room didn't work either. Worst part of the stay was that a cricket started chirping inside the air conditioner in the middle of the night. I took the cover off to try to find it. This thing was loud, like trying to sleep through a fire alarm. After struggling to sleep for several hours, I called the front desk to ask for another room. They said they were totally full and to just do a YouTube guided meditation video to go to sleep. Seriously! I barely slept all night because they didn't bother to try to help. I thought people pay for hotels to have a place to sleep, but they didn't seem to interested in solving this problem so i could actually sleep. I tried sleeping on the floor in the bathroom to get away from the sound, but guess what, the bathroom door doesn't latch shut, so the cricket chirping was still pretty loud in there. I eventually was able to kill it then get a about 2 hours of sleep. I can't recommend against this place enough.

Upon check in the desk clerk not there, then she walks up and rude, apparently some Expedia rules had changed and wasn’t willing to explain!! U want the room or not, her response! Room bathtub nasty, needed replaced, hallway hall tape all on it, as needed painting, checking out the guy was preoccupied with his phone and the tv to just help me with a receipt! Location was very convenient to Dallas market!! Won’t stay at this location again! Past years was very different and good!! So sad for downturn of the hotel!

Great customer service and breakfast was hot and ready

The young man at the front desk was welcoming,kind and checked us in quickly... when i couldnt get TV to come on, he came right up to our room and reset the TV in seconds and was pleasant and thoughtful! Anytime i am in the area, this will be our go to for all our stays! The hotel is doing rennovation but that didnt affect our stay! And the hotel was so clean and lobby was freshly mopped the next morning and i was so impressed!! Beds were so comfortable! 10/10

Whatever it was that needed done/fixed was taken care of right away. Everyone was very nice.

The girl at the front desk was so rude, terrible customer service, not a friendly person. The room was cold and we tried to get up the temperature but the AC no worked and no less terrible there were roaches in the bathroom.

It took 2 hours to get us checked in, when the girl working the front desk left she left about 5 of us customers waiting to get checked in. When the next girl came in she apologized for whatever it was that happened and got us checked in quick. The room smelt musty, the bathroom was super dirty where you can tell they don't scrub the floors or tub, there was a roach and hair. It was disgusting and we'll never book here again. The only good thing was the breakfast when they had it available and the rates. Do yourself a favor spend a few dollars extra and stay next door at the Crown Plaza.

Bad bad bad bad place to stay…keep looking!!! Apparently no hesitation by desk clerk to just walk into a rented room at 11:13 at night. Scared the hell out of me after I had just had fallen asleep. She wanted me to sign another paper form! How is that for customer service! I took my bag out to my truck after being unable to go back to sleep to find it had been broken into sometime overnight. Then, at around 8 am my keycard had already been disabled when I went back to double-check that I had gotten everything. Bad bad bad!!!

The young Anglo lady was super sweet but the odor was bad in rooms and elevators. For what I went the location was convenient but it is in an area that is somewhat ghetto

The staff were very helpful but this property is due for a complete redecorate as the walls and carpets are dingy. Our room was clean. We had a lot of trouble with the magstrip keys. Breakfast was decent but the seating area was also tired and needs new furniture. Overall for the price we are not disappointed in this stay. The location right on the freeway made entry and exit from the parking lot a bit troublesome and there is no restaurant in walking distance.

Place is just run down and staff seemed very unhappy. Breakfast was weak, no eggs or fruit.

I didnt like the fact every morning we had the exact same thing for breakfast and nothing was stocked up. It was about 2 yogurts out no milk and orange juice tasted like grapefruit juice. Horrible The bed was super comfortable, room was clean
