I wish this hotel was multiple stories. I don’t like being on the first floor, but I had a heavy suitcase and they don’t have elevators so I couldn’t have a room on the second floor. That’s my only complaint. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are wonderful. Less than a five minute walk to Starbucks and Hirons, which has everything. Very very convenient to University Of Oregon. Rooms are clean and have a small fridge and microwave.

We chose this hotel because it was in close proximity to Hayward Field. Truly about a 5-7 minute walk! Several restaurants are within walking distance. We opted for a room with a balcony/river view. Quiet location. It was upstairs and there isn’t an elevator. I door pool and the gym has 1 bike, 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, hand weights, tv, water, and towels. Buffet style breakfast was decent. Friendly staff. Room was good size with comfortable beds. Clean. Walking/bike/running trails begin around the corner. Pet friendly. Definitely recommend.

Definitely a great place to stay. Room was very cleaned and love that it’s very modern. Very quiet outside and very comfortable beds. Gym, pool, and laundry onsite. Walking distance pizza place and other Mexican restaurants. Overall it was a great stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Great front desk service! Cameron let us check in more than 3 hours early, accommodated our request for rooms right next to our friends, and grabbed napkins for us from the breakfast room when we had a pizza delivered. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and of course the front desk had one for us. Pool and patio area was very nice and was a relief from the rare 100°+ weather that we were having during our visit. Breakfast was typical but clean and well run and organized. They also let us remain parked in the parking lot three hours after checkout so we could attend our event. Anytime that we walked in to the lobby we were greeted within seconds.

I've stayed here twice over the past month. Both times the staff were super friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is tasty and has choices for everyone. Though the rooms show signs of wear and tear, they are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is also convenient to so many things and attractions. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

The staff was very nice - my complaint is about the room cleanliness. The beds and bathroom were clean, but we found someone's underwear and cigarette butts behind one of the sitting chairs!! In a non=-smoking room no less!! Asked for credit on the high room rate ($230/night) but staff said they were unable to do this. Not a happy camper here...

The bathroom had mold in it. It was a no smoking hotel, and a group of construction workers were smoking weed and cigeretted right in front of my room door. Also in the kornong the was a bag of dope in the walkway by our room doors. This is in a decent area of eugene, and it was filthy with drugs and dirty people and a dirty hotel. I checked out a day early. Never again.

Rooms are very old, and ours was stinky. A musty/old smell to it. Bathroom needs updating... just old. We paid a 4-star price for a 2-star room. But... loved the location & easy access to Hayward Field.

All of the electrical wall sockets were bad. Nothing would stay plugged in…phone charger, iron, hair dryer. Annoying. The room was clean, but there was no light near the closet. It is an older property in the University area.

I didn't realize it was a motel type building, with ground floor rooms that are accessed from outside via the parking lot. If we stayed there again I'd request a second floor room, which are in the main building.

We booked a family room and it was the weirdest hotel room we have ever seen. It was on the back side of the hotel, by itself, away from all of the other rooms, located next to the house where the manager lived. The ceilings were low, it was musty, there were a couple weird random locked doors. My kids said they would not sleep in the other room because the room was creepy, which is the whole reason we booked the family room. Luckily, the staff was very nice and they moved us to another room located with all the other hotel rooms. Highlights - The beds were very comfy, the rooms were quiet. One suggestion would be to change all the light bulbs for warm instead of cool. The lighting was reminiscent of a hospital or jail. The pool was nice but I would have really enjoyed a hot tub. Just another suggestion. ;)

Location was great for a one night stay over on our way to San Francisco. Very nice staff, rooms are clean and large. Very comfortable. Breakfast was unusually good. Cameron at the front desk was amazing! He went above and beyond for us and was the definition of customer service. The manager Marion? Was an absolute nightmare. My fiancé's parents had ants in their room that got all over food for a wedding we were in the area for and the manager wanted to move them at 11 pm. This escalated and the manager had her parents trespassed on the property without allowing them to have breakfast. The manager then asked if I was staying in room 137 and my response was no I'm in room 147. The manager then told my fiance I lied to her and said I told her I did not know them. That is not true. I answered the question I was asked. That manager then told my fiance her parents called 5 times during the night which is not true they called once or twice. The management does not have proper training in customer service or de-escalating. To try and hold us responsible for another rooms issue is completely uncalled for. Ants throughout their room is a justifiable complaint, especially when food for a wedding gets ruined because of the condition of the room. Homeless were allowed to breakfast with the guests. When i pay that much for a room I expect the condition of all the rooms to be the same. I also would like to have breakfast with my family without the smell and look of homeless getting into the food for guests while trying to enjoy my time with my family.

We arrived at 12 noon to check in and waited till 530pm to finally get our room. We had a 6pm engagement and had to rush to get ready and it was not a good experience to get our room . Other then that rooms.was cleaned and breakfast was good but there was ants crawling on the floor.

While the property is a bit dated, it is very clean and the staff are friendly. The location is wonderful - you can walk right on to campus. It is a bit far from downtown (it would be a long walk), but if you are staying for the university, it is a great location.

We were there for UO graduation and it was very convenient. Property is clean, staff was friendly and they have a fountain for refilling water bottles. Campus is across the property and Autzen is walking distance. Free breakfast is basic but convenient. Overall great location for UO visits.

Breakfast was excellent- eggs, candied sausage, sausage gravy & biscuits, bagels, muffins, cereal, pancake maker, all the milks (dairy, oat, almond, soy), juice and more. Room was modern, comfortable and clean. They have a pool, sauna, laundry area, coffee & tea 24 hrs. I would absolutely stay here again!!!!

Typically we stay here 3-4 times a year and it's great. This time the breakfast had very limited choices. During the evening there were drunk people fighting outside and in the morning a homeless person sleeping in front of our room. I was disappoonted as typocally we are very pleased

Great landscaping. Breakfast area too small for the amount of rooms. Out of food both mornings increasing the line size. The potatoes had enough salt to kill you. The sausage looked like dog food from a can. The toasters were on their last leg, extremely slow, Not for commercial use. No where else to go and pay for breakfast. Restaurants surrounding were EXTREMELY dirty. Track pizza was the dirtiest place I ever went in my life. I had to take pictures.
