Standard hotel, overpriced for what you get. Gym STILL has a broken Peloton seat and I let the staff know over two months ago. Still not fixed. Rooms are old old old feeling looking. For the price there are so many other better options.

Overall your hotel was great except that one elevator was out of service for the whole week that we were there and it took a long time to get to the lobby because it was crowded and we ended up taking the stairs several times

The staff were friendly except when my daughters and I went to the breakfast place. There were no host so we grabbed our plates, and when the server saw us, the first thing she said was “there is charge for this breakfast!”, like telling me it’s not a free buffet. Uhhh, I do know that, and even if I didn’t, there’s a better way to say it. However, Violeta was really kind and sweet to help me out and my daughters since when we arrived, there were not much options left. The fitness center was a decent size, the pool was small but we had fun there, parking was easy, $10 per day. I’d stay at the hotel again.

The property was just fine. I found it strange that we had a 10 dollar parking fee for our car as a paying hotel guest. It was onsite parking, so no valet parking was needed. Just saying. Haven’t experienced that before.

Room was clean, oddly decorated with one of two art pieces about a 1/3 hidden by the tv and the shower curtain was pretty ratty. I’m always disappointed by having to pay for breakfast these days and we also had to pay for parking each night. The pool and hot tub were clean. We had comfortable pillows and bedding.

Hilton Garden Inn - A Truly Exceptional Stay! I had the most wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lake Oswego. From the moment I arrived, everything was absolutely phenomenal. The hotel is outstandingly clean, and it was so reassuring to feel that I was in a safe and secure area. The food was a definite highlight—every meal was great and exceeded my expectations. The ambiance of the entire place was fantastic, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The hotel's central location is also a huge plus, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. I would highly recommend this Hilton Garden Inn to anyone visiting the Lake Oswego area. I just loved my stay and can't wait to return!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last decade or so and this was the first time I’ve had any problems. The staff was not as friendly as in the past. The worst part was a small stain on the comforter I discovered on Christmas Eve when there was no housekeeping available. Disgusting enough to make me consider never staying there again!

This is a very clean and well maintained property. It smells pleasant and everything looks newish even if it isn’t. Bedding is comfortable. My only two small complaints is the walls seem a bit thin, we could hear the room next to us and above us at a low level even though I don’t think they were being loud. Hallway noise was minimal though. And the other is the WiFi is really terrible; we didn’t pay for the “premium” upgrade because the property advertises free high speed internet, at least on Expedia. We were trying to watch a livestream and it would buffer every ten seconds or so which was pretty annoying.

The hotel doesn't provide room cleaning unless you request. I asked for cleaning each day upon check in... called to confirm... and let the front desk know when we left the room to assist scheduling. After all this, room was not cleaned... this is hotel 101... failure.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our server in the restaurant was excellent. Room was lacking. One window was foggy, maybe a leak in the window. The corners of the sink and the drain hole were dirty in the bathroom. A q tip was left under the sink by a previous guest. The faucet in the shower was confusing?only one bar of soap.

6 stories. in a quiet part of time, close to i-5. pretty standard. the toilet flush is tremendous, so make sure you keep the lid closed when you flush!

Will not be staying here again. Between the somewhat functioning noisy pressure toilets and the dumb luck of getting a room with a window adjacent to a downspout elbow. Rainy nights turn into a miserable noisy sleeping experience!!!

Comfortable bed in pleasant environment. Bad chemical smell in the downstairs hall coming in from the parking garage. Tiny bathroom; so much so that the towels had to be in the shower. Expensive considering the size of the room.

The staff was all so nice and the property is clean. The only thing we wished could improve was the soundproofing. We could hear all sounds around us (neighbors in the other rooms, the curtain came up/down, toilet flush, etc). Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Loved the free coffee downstairs each morning. Only complaint is that one of our queen beds was really uncomfortable. It’s starting to sag in the middle. As you face the beds, it’s on the right - Room 609.

Very nice new decor and upgrades have made this six floor hotel attractive and comfortable. Dinner in lobby dining area was excellent. Front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend for closeness to I-5 and nice area

Spectacular place. Only thing that was a bit of an issue was housekeeping knocking on door starting at 10am when the “no service needed” sign was on door and checkout time was 12pm.

The system for checking in was down when we arrived. We were told there were twenty people waiting to be checked in. The woman at the desk was short and rude. She was obviously stressed but also unhelpful in anyway. She didn’t express any concern about the guests situation and wouldn’t even look you in the eye.

Hotel is located directly off the i5, but is secluded within the trees so you never know the interstate is right there. Very convenient location with quick access to Lake Oswego, Tigard, and downtown Portland. We will definitely stay here again.

We were here for a family reunion at a home on the other end of 217, so the location was very good. And we'd stayed here before and looked the hotel. One of the elevators got a little "sketchy" but they got a service guy on it right away.

The room was good and the area was great but they charge 10.00 a night for parking which wouldn’t be bad if you could park. It was very annoying to have to find a place to park away from the hotel and walk to the hotel. They didn’t charge us for parking since we couldn’t park. The front desk didn’t explain anything upon check in. We had breakfast with our stay but when we tried to eat they kept trying to send us away. I finally got through to someone that we had paid for breakfast as part of our package and they looked into it and realized we were right. Then they must have forgotten to put our food order in because we waited over an hour and were late to the show up time for our daughters game because of this. Front desk again second night was very unfriendly and unhelpful when we couldn’t find parking. No suggestions about where a good place to park might be. They pretty much didn’t care. The ladies in the breakfast area were kind even though our order the first day took over an hour. You could tell they felt bad. Front desk needs lessons on how to great guests instead of just I need your ID and card. That was it. No other info about anything. Just handed me the keys, said sign this for your dog, and that was it. Very unpleasant experience.

Wish you offered continental breakfast without a fee. $12 seems very high per person. Coffee was good. Property was very comfortable and nice. Staff was friendly. Would stay again if have trip to Portland

My flight into Portland was nearly five hours late, in the middle of the night. Check-in usually ends at midnight. I called the hotel from Reagan International Airport to let them know it could be 1:30 am before I arrive. No sweat. They checked me in over the phone and a desk staff was there to greet me and give me a room key. Next morning I had a tasty breakfast in their dining area. Great experience, I highly recommend this hotel.

Wifi was painfully slow unless you paid more for fast wifi. They charge $10 a night parking which is ridiculous for a non-downtown hotel. Shower did not get very hot and water pressure was weak. Staff was very friendly. Bar was awesome, featured great drinks. Food was just okay.
