TV sensor didnt work had to stand next to tv to change channel or volume. Sheets did not fit bed and kept coming off. Microwave was not working well. There was no coffee machine in room. Hotel was very noisy making it difficult to sleep meaning the room had no soundproofing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room appeared to be recently remodeled as was the hallway. The location of the building is very close to the freeway but it didn’t bother us, earplugs were provided if needed. A gas dtsois next door as are restaurants and a small grocery store. More help could have been nice to keep up with the breakfast.I would stay there again

Pretty good stay. It was clean for the most part and the staff were friendly-ish. I’d stay again if the opportunity arises.

My room (1-bed King, accessible), was clean and overall well maintained. My biggest issue was the fact that the TV didn't operate correctly. I could turn it on but couldn't get a guide, a menu, or change channels. Wound up watching YouTube on my phone all evening instead. Also, was not super impressed with the continental breakfast...not many options for anything. I took one cup of the only tea they had and left. Everything else was fine, though.

This was a one-night stay to attend the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints Temple. The proximity to the temple was close enough and the neighborhood felt safe. We needed a wheelchair accessible room and this room had a roll in shower. There was limited accessible parking spaces but the property had sufficient parking. However, if I had my wheelchair van with me it would have been difficult parking. The room was fine and that's expected in advertised. The bed itself needs to be updated, as it has been broken in quite significantly and was not that comfortable. The breakfast was standard fare, but I used to choose Best Western because of their quality breakfast and the offerings were mediocre. They do have the standard waffles and toast. They had biscuits with gravy and reheated from Frozen fried eggs that did not look appealing to me. However they had yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and sausage links as the protein options. The fresh fruit was limited and looked tired. Yes I will probably stay here again assuming the rate is reasonable. I certainly wouldn't want to pay a premium price for the room.
