The staff was so wonderful. In the morning the coffee ran out and the girl at the front desk had backup coffee ready to go in under 2 minutes. Smiles for miles by ALL staff. The room was spotless and the bed was amazing! It honestly felt like we slept on a cloud! The entrance is so modern in a comfortable way with several places to sit if you want to escape from your room for a bit. The restaurant was fantastic and they had karaoke which isn’t really my thing but the crowd was having fun so we relaxed and enjoyed it more than I thought I would/could. Bar/restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. My boyfriend used the gym and said it was clean and modern. We didn’t swim but the pool was very inviting. This stay couldn’t have been better. Every time we stay at a Four Points by Sheraton we are happy.

Mediocre at best. It is loud and busy - quite a crowd at the resturant/bar with Karaoke! couldn’t park on the weekend bc of the bar crowd. Lobby is run down. No breakfast included. Wouldn’t recommend.

There wasn't much noise buffering between rooms. We could hear arguments,doors slamming and babies crying all night. The pool also was closed early for no reason and we had kids who would have liked to swim. Close to everything though and free parking.

We booked this hotel with multiple families from our wrestling team. We chose this hotel because we wanted the boys to have access to a pool after a long day of wrestling. When we arrived back to the hotel, they closed the pool early and would not allow the boys to swim. I’m hoping others don’t have to be let down by not having access to the amenities.

Great place for families going to Dorney Park. Lots of kids running around. People were smoking and drinking in the pool area. The food at the pub was ok. The hotel was having a towel shortage when we were there.

Property is older. Carpet needs to be replaced in corridors. Only one elevator worked. Bathroom shower had hair from previous occupants. Bedroom sheets clean. Walls thin, could hear the people in the next room coughing, talking. Location of hotel is good, not too far from stores, restaurants.

At check-in, the receptionist said there were no more rooms available. Called for a manager. The manager gave us a room. The room was extremely poorly serviced. Already used bed sheets, floors not vacuumed and the couch had sand on it. When we complained about the sheets, they said they didn't have any staff at that hour, so we asked for fresh ones which they provided and we replaced the sheets ourselves. Even after that, the air quality was very poor, and we couldn't rest. We left the room at 2 am and headed home, to at least catch some sleep in the early hours of the morning. We gave up on all the plans we had for that morning (lost participating to a race). The hotel looked okay, and the air was good in the hallway, so I assume the problem was just with that room. Regardless, terrible experience for us, paid $167 just for suffering and lost the event we were in the area for. When we left at 2am, the receptionist didn't ask any questions.

The property was located across from Dorney park. Which is great. Checkin was smooth. Got to my room after a long drive sitting in the chair provided out pops a bug crawling on the wall. Upon close inspection it was a roach. I left the room when straight to front desk. He came up and checked kill the bug with a tissue. Put us in a new room with had previous guest clothes left on the drawer. The toilet bowl was filthy, hairs in the shower, used soap on the faucet. Yellow stains on the bed. My daughter had apple juce for breakfast at the restaurant and it had crumbs in it. Uncleanliness is what I experienced. I had to purchase my own cleaning items after i asks the homekeeping on the please clean the room. I believed if the management overseeing the room. I could write a better review. Also i have pictures to back up my claimes.

Nice hotel, however the walls are very thin. The people in the room next to us had their TV on full volume well past midnight. They then turned the TV off and proceeded to play very loud, annoying music. I had to bang on the wall between our room and theirs to get them to turn the volume down. My wife and I had to get up early in the morning for a medical procedure. It was a Sunday night. There was no reason for the loud music. The rest of our stay was fine. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

Room was very dark .We didn’t like the bathroom set up with the sink in the bedroom. Chair was uncomfortable and wobbly. Sheets didn’t fit properly and came off during the night. All in all probably won’t return.

The restaurant was great. The room smelled of pot. Went to front desk, gave us another room which had the same smell. We were exhausted from our day at the amusement park so we just stayed in that room with the air full blast. The rooms only have one small window which made it dark and the room was minimally decorated.

We were not told that housekeeping service was every 3rd day. When 3rd day came along we still did not receive housekeeping service. We complained and were told they would do it the next day. No service the next day. Then they offered a “full cleaning” on Friday, when we scheduled to leave Saturday morning. Told them not to do full service on Friday. We hung a DND sign on our door and I received a curt email Friday afternoon saying they would not be able to do a full cleaning since we have the sign on door. So we stayed a full week without any housekeeping service! The shower pan in our room was rusting. On the positive side, all the staff we interacted with were polite, especially the front desk staff. I also would note that management at no time reached out to us after the multiple complaints.

I was relieved to find a no smoking and no pets. It was cleaned well and quiet. The staff was super friendly before we even entered the hotel. The halls, elevator and lounge are kept in great conditions and cleanse Staff always available to help. We'll definitely revisit this hote.

When we got to the hotel, they had no room for us and no solution. We had to go home. They said we would not be charged, nothing else. I got charged and am still fighting to get back my $300 for their mistake - not to mention a canceled trip.

For those wishing to stay near Dorney Park, this is the perfect property! I stayed during the offseason so I cannot speak to the park noise, but it is literally across the street from the park. The road in front of the 4 Points is a busy one - which means access to shopping, the interstate, etc. with relative ease. But it also means that it is “at your own risk” if you want to walk to any of the nearby stores or restaurants. There is a restaurant on the property, as well as a snack bar for items you wish to charge to your room. My room unfortunately had empty shampoo and conditioner bottles - which I didn’t realize until I was in the shower, so I recommend that you check these when you arrive. The alarm was also active for 5 AM, so I encourage the housekeeping staff to check both of these between visitors AND visitors to check and ensure they have the peace of mind. There was also very low lighting throughout; a feature I don’t mind but want to caution folks who may need lighting for zoom meetings. Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall, would stay here again

I booked a king bed and was put into a double queen room. The room floor was pretty dirty. I was switched to a room with a king bed which was pretty clean. Its about a 10-13 minute drive from downtown. The restaurant closes from about 10:30 am to 4,00pm.

We booked here because of the attached restaurant and their extended hours but it was CLOSED. Filthy bathroom not enough towels,.. no control over AC..hot..and paid extra for a view.. it was a parking lot..horrible stay, we booked our trip route to stay here based on listed amenities. This was like a bad boarding house..large groups of men hanging around nasty girl at front desk..not a safe place tostay.wthchoice.hot

When booked I was supposed to have breakfast included in my rate and it was not. The hotel restaurant was not accommodating to my family. They were racist. We waited and hour for breakfast which never came. Not a coffee no water nothing. We left after waiting for that hour and went to a local IHOP. it’s terrible that this happened to my family and I’m almost certain I’m not alone. That’s bad business. They are on the losing end because my money was spent in another establishment which could have been spent at Four points.
