Sad there was no firepit area as advertised. In deciding between 2 hotels that was a deciding factor so I was sorry to see it's not there. I would have stayed at the other property closer to where I was headed if I knew the firepit was no longer there. Should remove it from photos.

Rooms are huge. Free beer, wine and pizza from 5:30-7pm. Relaxing hot tub. I've stayed at plenty of hotels and this was definitely one of the best ones.

Very nice 2BR unit! Nice-sized, clean and comfortable. Fairly strong air conditioning, which is always a priority for me! Very nice staff! Very good free hotel breakfasts! They even had corned beef hash one morning, which is a favorite of mine and was pretty good! I’ve never seen corned beef hash at a free hotel breakfast before. Nice pool, workout room and hot tub/sauna. Liked that we could walk to the Red Robin’s through the parking lot and the parking lot of the hotel next door. Short drive to Dorney. :)

My stay was great and I appreciated the cleanliness and offerings of the hotel. The hotel provided a good breakfast with availabilities like home fries, scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal, yogurt and coffee. What I really liked was the “social” that provided a light evening munch for the guests. Room service was provided everyday and they have clean towels. Amenities such as the pool and free laundry was a bonus. Overall, I would def stay here again.

Very displeased. Chose this hotel b/c advertised on travelocity to have free extended parking and free shuttle service to the airport. Get to the hotel to check-in and Megan was at the desk and informed us there is not free parking. I showed her the screenshot showing the free parking advertised on Travelocity. She states that b/c we booked on Travelocity, she cannot help us fix the issue and we have to speak with her manager in the am. Never did introduce herself, was rude, very unhelpful when asking about shuttle services in am. Area behind the desk was also cluttered and staff was dressed very unprofessionally. Would have picked a much nicer hotel for a small increase in rate if we had known how bad their service would be and that there actually supposedly is not free parking. Oh, and they also did not have a shuttle service that morning to get us to the airport, so we ended up driving over ourselves anyway. Overall, very dissatisfied in customer service and overall experience. was outdated and had a funny smell and again. Megan at the desk was rude and very unhelpful.

We had an amazing stay. Rooms were cleaned, front desk was friendly, and the amenities including pool and hot tub were great. The free breakfast included hot food options which was very nice.

Received a text in the early morning asking for our arrival time so our room would be ready. I replied that we would arrive around 3. Due to traffic we did not arrive until 4, to a not so friendly front desk speaking Spanish so hard to understand and room not ready. Checkin time was 3. We got our room and quickly changed for an event that we were attending and left. When we arrived back at the hotel after 11pm I was going to make some ice cubes to find a dead bug in the freezer. We were all tired and rest of the room seemed fine.

I appreciated that this hotel offered a 2bedroom suite with two bathrooms at a reasonable rate, which was perfect for a family of four adults. We were in town for a day at Dorney Park. The suite was clean, however I noticed dark a few small spots (blood?) on the wall near the sink in the one-bedroom section. I removed a few of them with soap and scrubbing, but one small one was stubborn and I couldn’t remove it. In addition, our room was dated and worn. The bathroom door handle was loose and the carpets looked old. The refrigerator was clean inside, but the door handle needed to be cleaned with a bleach cleaner because it was dirty. The walls inside the elevators looked dirty with smears and scratches and the floors looked and smelled old. The elevator lighting was dim and gloomy. The hallway carpeting also looked worn and dirty. I slept well. The pillows offered good support and the sheets were clean (no hair). We enjoyed using the gym, but again a fresh coat of paint would brighten it up. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, allowing us to check in about 30 minutes early. I also appreciated the room’s amenities of hand and shower soap, lotion and dish detergent. Not sure I would stay again, though.

The staff was great however I was ravaged by bedbugs. I travel ALOT and while I've heard horror stories, this was my first run in with bedbugs. I certainly didn't expect it at a Marriott Brand. Guess I should've stayed at the Hilton across the street.

The staff was great. The room needs an upgrade and to he cleaned better. There was rust in thr bathrolm and dishwasher. The vents were dirty. The living room TV did not work amd the chair needs to be cleaned and vacuumed.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Very clean room & main areas, breakfast was good, the Christmas decorations were stupendous, the staff were amazing and were all friendly. They go above and beyond; the vibe is just overall wonderful! I would stay here again.

Our favorite place to stay near Allentown Airport. Two room suites with small kitchen are perfect for our family. We make dinner and get a good night's sleep before our flight. Everyone has their own space to get ready in AM. Plus they have free breakfast and a great pool. We've tried other places and always been disappointed.

Greeted by the manger who was just wonderful. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Check in went super smooth! The room was super spacious perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfy and the room had two tvs.

Great room…clean, comfortable. The only issue was sound proofing. I could hear every noise from every room on each side of us including running above us from 6 am to check up! The staff was wonderful…breakfast and breakfast crew amazing! House keeping was accommodating, beds were comfy…excellent room but the lack of sound proofing and a bit of upkeep issues (elevators and bathroom) are my only negatives.

Stayed for early morning flight next morning. Front desk agent wonderful. Very helpful, friendly, and kind. Room was little tired though they tried to upgrade it. Mattress ready to be changed out. Hard and feel springs. Wouldn’t stay again.

From check in until check out the staff we encountered was excellent. Lakeema was professional, pleasant and courteous and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The texting updates were an unexpected way to keep us informed.

When we first checked in on Friday night, the female employee at the front desk was not welcoming and pleasant at all. It felt like we were an inconvenience to her. But the staff on Saturday and Sunday were welcoming and excellent. We loved our room and loved the location! We'll definitely be back!

Lakeema at the front desk was EXCEPTIONAL! My family and I were minutes away from checking in when we received a phone call from the hotel that they experienced an emergency and there was no hot water. When we arrived she and her associate took the time to explain all available options for me and my family. She was extremely accommodating and followed up with us throughout our stay to ensure our comfort and needs were met. The major inconvenience was well made up for by the level of attention and professionalism showed by Lakeema and her associate.

Went to an event at the Allentown PPL. This hotel was 3 miles away. Red Robin is across the parking lot. We took an Uber to the event so no need for us to drive when we got to the hotel. Breakfast was extensive for an included breakfast. Worked out super for our needs.

The woman at the front desk was awesome! Very friendly and accommodating! However the area around the hotel was shady. When we checked out of the hotel and went to our car, someone had tried to steal our license plate. It was bent up and left with 1 screw in it. We had parked on the side of the building.
