Comfort Inn & Suites Wyomissing-Reading

Clean room, quiet, this room was in really good condition, and the staff was friendly and checked me in quickly. Great visit.

Besides us having a TERRIBLE weekend, the hotel was NO BETTER. My family & I was looking forward to this stay… carpets were not clean, beds were uncomfortable, water pressure for bathroom was TERRIBLE, barely any. There was talk of one of the rooms on our floor having bed bugs. People were complaining that we were being ‘loud’ in our room, but we were just playing cards & laughing, guest who complained of bedbugs stated she didn’t hear anything at all… people upstairs was running until like 2am. they tried to kick us out, front desk night person was rude about the entire situation while I was just trying to let the whole thing go (because I am pregnant). Switches & plugs barely worked. Only decent thing was location, breakfast & coffee! Paid too much for the experience we received. Will NOT be staying there again.

My room was filthy, probably the worst place o have ever stayed at. Facility is worn and not well maintained. Concerned enough that I bought sheets to cover the bed and slept in a long sleeve shirt and sweats. Carpet need to be vacuumed, counters wiped down, shower had mold, etc. just an overall wore down not well maintained hotel

I stayed for an overnight plastic surgery visit nearby. The bed was super comfortable. They even brought me extra pillows. I was able to get drinks and snacks from the vending machine on my floor, which was extremely helpful. I have to say that the scrambled eggs that they serve is probably the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had in my entire life. Very clean

The only positive to staying here is that it was better than sleeping in the car! Place is dirty and has a lot of issues. The permanent stench of weed was a giant turnoff as well. No way would I stay here with small children!!
