The only downside was the pool was closed for renovations. The indoor pool was a selling point when I booked it, but I guess these things happen! Overall, a nice place!

Parking should be free if you are staying in the hotel and better room service

I was totally excited to come back to this hotel with my family and extended family after a trip to Dutch Wonderland. We had plans to come back and let the kids cool off and burn off remaining energy in the pool while the adults were going to relax in courtyard with some drinks from the bar. Both were closed!!!! Total disappointment! I highly recommended this place over many others after having stayed here in the past and I felt responsible for the failed plan. Wish we were warned ahead of time that both would not be open. Would have factored into our plans.

It was a beautiful room everything was clean!! Staff was friendly!! The only complaint I have is the pool was freezing

Room was fine, but the Exercise Rm did not have water or wipes both mornings, and they were out of towels the second day.

Room unkept especially bathroom. Pricing high - not a value. WiFi throughout down. Staff were great!

The room was great, bathroom clean, bedding clean and plush. My biggest complaint was that it is a very noisy hotel. It felt like someone with 8 kids was living above us. People banged their suitcases down the steps at 5am and I think the entire floor heard it. My spouse had a very difficult time sleeping.

Room was pretty clean. Needs touched up. Air works great. King bed and pillows not comfy. Great amenities. Need extra blankets and pillows in room for pull out. Could not get extra towels and washcloths as they were always out day and night. Overall not bad

I regret to share that my stay at this hotel has been absolutely disappointing. As a medical student staying here for a month, my expectations were for a clean, respectful, and professional environment. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. First and foremost, the front desk staff were incredibly rude. I was met with impatience and dismissiveness from the moment I checked in, and this continued throughout my stay. It seems that basic courtesy and professionalism are not prerequisites for employment here. Secondly, the housekeeping services were virtually non-existent. It appears that the hotel has outsourced this service to a third party, which has resulted in a complete lack of accountability and quality control. My room was never cleaned properly and the state of the bed sheets was particularly alarming. Not only were they extremely smelly, but I was horrified to discover blood stains on them. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene standards of this establishment. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel. The lack of professionalism, poor hygiene standards, and absence of basic housekeeping services have made my experience here extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be returning in the future.

Safe and clean

Impressed with room/ suite. Kitchenette was stocked with essentials which we did not expect. What a pleasant surprise this room was. Only room for improvement would be more comfortable pillows.

Everything was great except the bed and pullout was uncomfortable

Nice place, clean rooms, friendly staff. Parking is not very convenient. Went for business. Very thin walls. People were loud and kept us up all night could hear them over the tv.

I stayed at this hotel for the kitchen and refrigerator. The first day we came fridge was working. I went out and bought $200’in groceries. The next morning the fridge was hot and didn’t work. All my groceries went bad and I can to throw out. The hotel said they would fix but no one ever came. How terrible.

The room was very spacious - it felt like an apartment. It had a whole kitchen area with lots of storage space. This would be a great place to stay if you will be keeping/making food. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We were very pleased with our stay.

Overall our stay was good. The room and hotel were clean. The room was comfortable and offer ample space. Our only issue was the shower. The water pressure was terrible.

Well designed room, but the electrical outlets and USB ports on the nightstands were inoperative so I had to move it away from the wall to plug in my CPAP machine. The breakfast was not easy to navigate and was too small for the number of guests trying to use it (gave up on making waffles as the line was too long)

Clean, quiet, and has full kitchen in each room. Makes traveling for work so much better. Staff was super nice

Poor staff,

I showed up late at night exhausted with a screaming child carrying my bags only to be told there was a glitch in the system and they had made arrangements for me elsewhere. While I appreciate that if they knew this had happened they should have called me instead of waiting for me to show up.

The person at the front desk for check-in was very friendly and personable. Location had plenty of parking. Lemon water available by front desk was a nice bonus. Breakfast was just fine with variety and seating area was spacious.

Worse experience ever im my life at a hotel. All the staff covered for each other!

Room was nice,check in was easy. What I didn’t like was the lady who was in charge of cleaning up for breakfast she was very rude,we arrived 15 mins late for breakfast we walked the front desk they told us where breakfast was this lady said breakfast is closed and walked us to the front desk to ask who told us it was still open,she could have just offered us what she didn’t put away but she was very rude

This place is very clean, and all staff are very friendly and professional. Located around stores, restaurants and shops this is a great place to come to.

Great property but I wished that It had more eateries around the hotel. Otherwise this was a great location with easy access to travel routes.

Nice area

Great, big, clean comfortable apartment-type room. Very nice front desk staff. And we appreciated the oat milk out at breakfast without even having to inquire about non-dairy options. Shower was new and great too. Not much in the area directly near the hotel, but it is a very easy 10 minute drive to Reading, which suited our purposes.

My mother and I had a lovely stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott. The hotel staff were very friendly and the check in/check out was smooth!! The hotel was very pleasant to hang around. Breakfast had a good selection that I ate something different each morning. I really felt at home in the room we booked. The tv could rotate to face the bed or the other side of the room if I wanted to watch tv from the kitchenette. Walked to the Redner’s supermarket and Walmart for some groceries. I really loved the layout of the lobby. It was my first time seeing snow fall from the sky, I’m glad to say that it happened here for me.

All in all a decent place to stay. Easy access to the general area. The blackout curtains made it easy to sleep in. Relatively quiet (I could hear the elevator and at one point kids running up and down the hall). The breakfast was not good- the coffee was luke-warm (I heated it in the microwave). The fresh fruit options were abysmal- green bananas, aging oranges, canned fruit mix) and the oatmeal was unrecognizable grey matter. Considering the other hotels in the immediate area- this one is the best choice.

Modern hotel, clean, well equipped, excellent breakfast. Loved the idea of a shower rather than a bath but this was the area of my only complaint, the water pressure was extremely low. Another suggestion would be to add some art work to the living room wall. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed for the jazz festival. The studio room was spacious. It has a new layout. It has a bar, swimming pool, and breakfast.

Friendly staff. We mentioned my son was excited for the pool, and they gave us the closest room to the pool, super nice gesture. Room has a nice kitchen with dishwasher and is stocked with necessities like dishwasher soap, rags and sponges. Breakfast is very good as well.
