We had 3 rooms in our booking for a family wedding. They were all excellent accept the one room had a bathroom barn door that if closed all the way you could not get it open from the inside. They also need to add more convenient items to the store in the lobby. We needed medicine for an upset belly and they had nothing. It is a very easy fix.

Great time with my Grandaughter. Met 1/2 way from her home. Spent the night and visited nearby attractions. As a grandmother, I appreciated the warm indoor pool.

The stay was good The only issue we had was them doing baptisms in the pool. Not that it was a issue just that I don’t think that is the place to do things like that because not everyone is comfortable with that being done

We have stayed several times at this hotel because it's so convenient to where my mom is. I love this hotel because it's so close to dining options and any thing else you may need. They have plenty of parking and the rooms are so cozy. The staff is very nice and I love the fact that they have out coffee and tea all the time. Especially decaf because not many people think to have decaf for those who don't want the caffeine. I enjoy my stay here each and every time we stay here.

Hotel was clean and well appointed. Staff was very friendly. Pool was cold and it wasn’t really as quiet as we wanted it to be. But overall we would definitely be back.

The manager doesn’t order enough food for the breakfast they promote so they run out of various items before the breakfast time is actually over. We made them aware of a water leak through the bathroom light fixture, it was coming through any time the people above took a shower/bath. They were booked to capacity so we couldn’t move but hopefully they didn’t rebook our room til they made those safety repairs, I would hate for someone to get hurt. Other than those (2) things, the place was great, staff was very accommodating, housekeeping VERY helpful, front desk very courteous, hotel was very, very clean. Loved their 24/7 coffee area, coffee was fresh whenever I got my cup throughout the day. Parking lot was pretty well lit, very accommodating to my daughter who had to bring her 8lb dog. However Orbitz says it’s $50 per fee, they did not honor that, they charged her $75. So I may work through Orbitz to get her the $25 back onto her card. I would stay there again. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping areas.

When we checked in No one told us the pool was closed. Went to the room and the TV did not work, took my 7 year old niece down to the pool and was told it was closed.😡 Then we changed room because the TV was broke and then the next room the phone was broke. We left the next day and went to another hotel for the remainder of our stay. NEVER AGAIN

Breakfast was the usual fare, but everything was fresh and hot. Didn't have much interaction with staff except checking in and out. Our room was clean, bed comfortable. The only thing that I would want to see changed would be the towels. They've exceeded their use.

We got a room on the first floor. The room was damp, and the wallpaper on one of the walls was peeling off. The lights in the room were too dim. Also, I found a small cockroach in the room.

Comfortable king room for an overnight stay. Breakfast had good variety. Staff all were friendly and attentive. Only complaints are the pillows could be larger & firmer for a king sized bed and the barn door on the bathroom needs attention. It’s very noisy (squeaky).

The room was comfortable except for the loud heater in the room . When the heat clicked on , it was noisy. I had to shut the heat off to be able to sleep. Check in Tammy was friendly and welcoming.

There was no closet, there was hungers behind the curtain that was it. And bathroom door was a hanging "Sliding Door" without lock. Maybe no problem with a couple but otherwise not nice. Worst thing was a very noisy AC/Heater unit. And bad thing about was it doesn't have heater/AC switch. It is constantly blowing air with loud noise. I wanted to warm up the room. When the room temperature reached to the set temp, it started to blow cold air and when the room temp dropped lower with the AC, it started to blow warm air. It repeats that all the time. I couldn't sleep with the noise. I ended up turning off and slept cold. Not worth the money.

Stay was excellent other than checkout. Woman at front desk acted like it was an inconvenience to be there. I asked to checkout, she handed me a receipt and just stared at me, never making any conversation at all. Also the vending machine took money but didn’t dispense anything

I have been a loyal Hilton customer for years, but unfortunately, my recent stay at this property was disappointing. First, upon arrival, we were informed at the front desk that there was no hot water. What surprised me most was the lack of communication beforehand—no email, no call to notify us of the issue. To make matters worse, the staff couldn’t provide a clear timeline for when the hot water would be restored. Thankfully, it was back on around 10 PM, but the inconvenience left a negative first impression. Second, the room, which featured a king bed and a sofa bed, was missing a pillow and pillowcase for the sofa bed. When I went to the front desk to request these items, I was told they were unavailable because no laundry had been done that day. This lack of basic amenities was surprising and unacceptable for a Hilton property. Additionally, there was no conditioner or tissues provided in the room, which are standard items in most hotels. Lastly, the overall attitude of the staff was disappointing. They were unwelcoming and lacked the warmth and professionalism I’ve come to expect from this hotel chain. Not a single greeting or acknowledgment during our interactions—definitely not the level of hospitality Hilton is known for.

It was my second visit.One of the receptionist who wasn't identified. A white guy with a long hair and glasses, was verbally agressive with me my wife and towards my kids. I asked to be moved to the top floor and he got excessively mad with me and my wife. He told me that it was a big problem asking to change the room, when l asked him if l can keep both keys to move my belongings he refused to give me the key, so l asked him how am l suppose to move the stuff to the top floor if l have my child in the room? He stated take your kids with you!! A little bit racist,unprofessional and disrespectful. On sunday 11.30 when l dropped the keys to do the check-out the girl who worked on 1st shift at the reception didn't even look at me, apparently they label the client and bring their personal problems to work. We like the hotel,the cleaness,the area,the room.

I booked a room for 5 people - 2 adults and 3 kids. When we arrived, we were given a room for 4 that didn't fit a roll-a-way bed. The front desk clerk: 1. Said that they assumed the kids were small, even though I included ages. 2. Told us we should've called to make sure there was still a room available for 5. What's the point in a reservation??? 3. Told us we could get a bigger room but had to pay for it. 4. Told us since we booked through Expedia, she couldn't help us. I guess we weren't guests who deserved good service since we booked through Expedia? 5. She offered us a full refund so we could go find another hotel to stay at, even though it was 8pm. 6. When we asked to talk to a manager, we were told the manager doesn't take calls on the weekend... My daughter slept on the floor.

Overall the place was great. The area around it had tons of shopping a plenty of choices to go and eat.. The room was a bit small but we weren’t staying in the room a whole lot so it was fine.. the continental breakfast was what you would expect.. no complaints ..

I stay at Hampton Inns because I like the breakfast. When we went down at about 7:30 AM, it was apparent there was a problem. There was only about 10% of breakfast set up, no juice, no pastries, no eggs, no sausage, no cereal, no milk, no bread. The front desk reported that the person supposed to come in was missing. They resolved it as best as they could, but this was a big disappointment.

Hotel stay was amazing. Beds were very comfortable, everything was so clean. Check-in and out was smooth. Breakfast setup and the server (Liz) were wonderful. Liz was so friendly and accommodating to me and my family. She made sure everything was replenished right away. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!
