The front office is closed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Don't bother reserving a room if you plan on getting there between those times. And there is no way to contact anyone for help either. Very disappointing.

The room was clean and average size. The bathroom was recently re-tiled. Cable TV had a very limited choice of channels. The check in area was very cluttered. We stayed for 2 days for our grandsons graduation at Parris Island. It was about half the price of other nearby motels, for the price it was great.

I'm guessing the lobby is reserved for linen laundry. If you're hungry there is a snack machine but the office where it is located closes at random times. If you have everything you need on hand, you can sleep here while trying to figure out the generic remote for the TV. Soaps, shampoo...pretty much anything you might need is not provided. Never staying here again or any of its chains.

We got there at 1am. The room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. My son and I could not stay there it was so filthy. We slept on our car that night as it was preferable to the room we were offered.

The property is very run down, doesnt look like the picture outside or inside. The room wasn't what we booked either we booked a non-smoking king bed. We got a room with 2 double beds and it smelled like smoke. I went back to the front desk and they said it was a non-smoking room and they didnt have a king available. We were only there for the night so we made it work. When we got up the next morning 2 roaches crawled out of the bed. My husband went to the front desk and told them about the roaches and they told us next time is free. We were there for a funeral and will not be going back in the near future, But if we did go we wouldnt stay there.

First review ever. Absolutely disgusting. Dead bed bugs and such a dirty fridge that it had a vomiting smell when opened. We told them we would not stay there and got a room elsewhere. I later tried to get a refund from hotels.com and hotel refused to grant it. NEVER STAY HERE!!!!

Walk in and the room smells like mold. They would not change me into another room. Had to put my own blankets on the bed because me and my husband got bites from bed bugs, and they will not refund, so we had to stay. So not recommend this hotel at all.

When you first look at the building, it looks extremely run down with a bunch of trash around it.When you go into the office smelled, there is a bunch of boxes and things that don't look like they belong there. You were immediately smacked with a stale moldy odor. The bedroom was supposed to have 2 Queen beds. The beds was more full size. I did have to ask them to change one of the bedsheets because there was hair in it. Now I thoroughly check my beds.When I go to a hotel. The new sheets appeared to have bed bug stains they were washed.. Now, I did not find. Any clearly they had covers over the bed. Whatever they use to clean the furniture with left interested feel to it. There was a stained, single chair and um up the corner, and yeah, there was also a dead cockroach behind it. The toilet was decently cleaned.However the curtains were extremely worn. The event didn't work in the bathroom. When I looked on the reviews for hotel.com the reviews weren't bad. However, when I looked at the actual website after I got there, the reviews were extremely terrible.also was seventy five on there site. Not what i paid. Do not recommend this place.

Older property. Has alot of wear and tear i.e. furniture, fixtures etc.. Im a Harley rider prefer Motels. Didnt mind older more worn. Had a good bed and hot shower.

She acted like she didn't understand English. The last time we were there they were remodeling so I thought it would be better, at least there wasn't any fruit flies in the room. Only had 6 tv channels and none of them were local.

Disgusting room. Holes in ceiling. Dirty everything. Hole in wall in shower, perhaps where vent for fan should be. Smelled gross. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Glad we brought our own bedding because no way in hell would i sleep under the stained comforter Front desk clerk unfriendly and literally ran out the door to do something else while in the middle of check in. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car.

The TV did not work - would not turn on. The people next door on the last night - was into it - big time - I could hear him cussing at her and her crying - then slap the door - then come back - fighting again - left again - came back - this went on until after midnight.

The room was supposed to be accessible from 3 pm. to check in. I had to wait for 40 minutes for them to let me access the room. The conditon of the room was very poor. The bathroom didn't have a door knob. Therefore, we couldn't lock the bathroom while using it.

The room had a stale smell, the bed was hard, there was rusty dirt around the bottom of of the commode and the TV did not work properly (it was staticky), so I could not watch it. The people in the next room were loud, the baby cried all night and the adults were yelling as well.

Arrived at 12:30am, got in the room and the toilet was overflowing, changed rooms and had to pass by people using drugs in the hall to get to a smoking room when I didn’t ask for that. Damage to doors and walls, staff unresponsive, and a very unsafe atmosphere. Hated the entire experience

I. FroM Lansing,MI, I Drove 14 hours to come to South Carolina to watch my son Graduate Military Bootcamp.. I Stayed here cause it wasnt that far from Parris island. I Booked my room like 2 wks prior to coming down.. the Price wasnt not bad at all for 2 nights and 2 days... They where very noce and polite to me...and answered all my questions... The only thing wrong is the sign is on the building and it is right ne x t to another one... kinda didnt njo where to go...
