My reservation was canceled because the hotel had room repairs to make. I was told when I got there that they booked me at two other hotels instead, but neither had my reservation. I ended up getting a new reservation on my own at a different hotel and now I’m fighting to get refunded for a stay I didn’t even have. This is the worst online booking company you can use. Stay away!!!!
